I was unable to use this Big Deal because I thought that they would come to my home. They got back to me right away and were very nice to deal with, but unfortunately I could not use this Big Deal.

I called the number given and made an appointment for the next day. The representative called me timely and proceeded to take control of my computer. He went through each process, explainin what he was doing as he went. The computer's performance improved significantly. The representative was personable, courteous and professional. The cost is not representatve of their usual charge as it was a special deal on Angie's List. It was well worth more. UPDATE: I had some further issues with viruses and was having serious problems little more than three months after their initial service. I sent them a message through Angie's List and got a reply asking me to call them. I did so, spoke with the same technician and he told me I had a bunch of viruses (which I knew) and offered to remove them for a reasonable price which was further discounted. I spent about an hour and a half on the phone with him, and the viruses were removed and the computer is working well. I very much appreciate the technician's time and dedication and will continue to use their service for future problems.

I sent an email to '1866HELPTECH.com' to tell them what I needed, ie, my printer hooked up & was that OK. They never answered me.

I was having problems with my computer. I called 1866helptech.com and he spent a couple of hours solving my problem. He was professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this service again.

I have not heard from the company at all since purchasing! They were supposed to contact me and I have checked my messages and not heard anything.

They did a great job! It was excellent. I called him after the service with a couple of questions and he got right back to me and didn't charge me for the consultation.

It's gone very very well. I haven't used my computer but from what I have looked when he was showing me in the end, it looks like its going to be a fine job. He fixed issues on my computer to make it work a little more smoothly.

I had one question, but every time I called the phone number given, no one would pick up. Could not even leave a message. I'll just let another company do it, they have much better PROFESSIONAL service.

Anthony wasn't able to clean my computer. A virus had apparently invaded my hard drive on my laptop and Anthony couldn't do anything about that. He was very honest and professional and worked patiently with me. After trying several fixes that were quite time consuming, we decided the laptop was beyond repair. I did not mind paying him for his services even though the outcome was the purchase of a new computer.

He did have some trouble but was able to get rid of virus. Computer was running perfectly when he was done. Price was right and he was very professional and caring. Would use his service again.

Excellent experience. Anthony remotely logged into the computer and removed viruses and tuned the laptop in approximately 1.5 hours.

The experience was great. Anthony took the call and immediately began the process of diagnosing and servicing the computer. This is all done remotely. The entire process took about 2 hours of his time. Anthony was professional and courteous. My computer posed a challenge, but Anthony was able to overcome that challenge. I am extremely pleased with the experience and will recommend him and his service to anyone experiencing computer issues. The remote service is very convenient.

Fantastic. I called provider first to ask if he could do what I wanted. Before he took my money he wanted to make sure he could access my computer. That is where the problems really started. We had to trouble shoot about 20 minutes before he could even determine what was happening as it was a real crazy situation. Did not charge at this time. Only after he was able to get in and determine that he could help did he accept payment. This is unheard of. Computer all nice and clean and running like a gem. I would definitely use this service again. Anthony was great and I highly recommend using him.

Went very well, called and made an appointment. When I called at the appointed time, he was ready to go to work on my computer. Removed virus and cleaned up my computer in a short amount of time.

Anthony called at exactly the date and time agreed upon. He was helpful, cordial, and obviously knew his stuff. He took control of my computer and got rid of all the offending websites and impending threats. He installed new drivers for my equipment. I chose to purchase a top-rated anti-virus program rather than use the free versions. He performed other tasks, but I am not computer-savvy enough to understand or explain them. Since he fixed everything a week ago, I have not had one problem. If I do, I can call him back any time. Anthony was prompt, professional and very detailed about his work. At first I was skeptical about someone logging in to my computer and repairing by remote log in, but this service was great. Easy on my end and no difference between having someone sitting at my computer fixing it and someone remotely fixing it. Great job.

He fixed the problem I was having. Excellent work. Very knowledgeable. He could explain things to me so that I could understand.

Anthony was friendly and personable yet professional. He obviously has an extensive knowledge of computers and was able to correct the problems I was experiencing. His fee of $49. is very reasonable and that's for up to 2 hrs of remote repairs, tune-ups or whatever you need. No need to get dressed and admit an stranger into your home! I will definitely use him again and higly recommend him for your computer concerns.

Cleaned up all junk files that was slowing my computer down and causing Internet Explorer to close often. Everything is running like new again.

The service turned out pretty well. It did take them a while to schedule them. After we were scheduled, they were very responsive. He called when he said he would and did a good job. The computer seems to be working better after a general clean up.

Anthony started work right away at the appointed time and worked steadily for almost two hours. In addition, he offered a few tips on how to avoid future virus programs. My laptop runs so much faster now.

Easy to work with, and when he finished he left protection against viruses. I have had no problems using my computer ever since he helped me.. He was responsive and did what I asked him to do with a competitive and reasonable price. He did not limit himself to a specific number of hours that like many other similar services did. I have no problems with my computer now.
