After sitting in front of my computer for a DAY, and not being able to fix my computer, I tried Angie's List and found ANTHONY. I read at least 30 reviews and then decided to contact him. He sent an email the following day and requested that I give him a call. After talking me through the ins and out of the computer I decided to give him a GO AT IT and, believe me, ANTHONY IS A COMPUTER GOD. He also told me that if he couldn't fix it that I didn't have to pay him. It turned out that the problem had to do with my Kaspersky Virus Ware and I am so happy that he figured it out. It had filled my hard drive to capacity. It is now fixed and as soon as my Kaspersky expires I am contacting Anthony and getting the virus ware that he suggested. He was truly professional and a very pleasant guy to talk to. I might get a tattoo with his phone number so I never lose it. KIDDING.

They remotely fixed my computer. Everything was great. They were in and out with no problems.

I highly recommend Anthony for computer or laptop repair services. I appreciate that he looked at my computer to see if he could repair it before committing to anything on my behalf. It was so convenient to have him remote login and then Just let him work his magic on fixing the laptop. I will use him in the future and you should too!

Very helpful and excellent all around

Laptop was running slow with lots of pop-ups. Anthony of Helptech completed remote tune-up, including removal of a virus, in about one hour. No more pop-ups, and laptop is running at or near original speed.

For this deal, you must get online and get the computer running, and then you call them and they access the computer from their location, and take over to do the tuning. What he did was not effective because the computer is still not working.

HELPTECH contacted me immediately to set up and appointment. Their tech called me on time, took control of my computer remotely and stripped it of all malware, viruses and programs that were running in the background and slowing the computer down. The whole process took about an hour, and when completed restored my computer to its former speed. It also removed a bottleneck that was preventing Windows Update from operating properly. Great Job! I highly recommend them!

He did a great job but the next day I wasn't able to log on to a website. I called him back and he fixed a small glitch and said to call him again if need be. He was very helpful and I would use him in the future

Excellent. There was nothing negative. What was positive you know was that it was so easy and that I didn't have to unhook my computer again or have to carry it anywhere. He was able to access it virtually and access it. He fixed it and he diagnosed my problems. I have called him since and as a followup he has been available and flexible so I have been fairy pleased with that and I will use their service again.

They called and gave us a download to put on the computer. Then they called back and I clicked on the shortcut and it downloaded to the computer then he went to work, Worked for about a hour then called back and told me he finished. I checked it out and the computer ran great. My wife is happy and I don't have to buy her a new computer. Good Job.

There was one miscommunication on the time, due to the time zone. She was happy with the work, though, and everything was cleaned up nicely. The spyware and malware was removed and it’s running very well. I'd like to use the service again for all of our computers.

He contacted me exactly when agreed and did all that he promised. Anthony was professional and thorough. He was also great in asking if I had other questions, anything that he could answer for me.

I had a 7 year old laptop that I took over to them. I told them that it was not picking up the internet very well. I left my laptop with them and then they called me about 3 weeks later to let me know that I could go pick it up. When I went back to pick it up, he said he didn’t do much, because he said it was working fine. Since taking it to them it has been working fine.

Anthony explained all the things he was doing as we went along. He is a very polite man, couldn't has asked for anyone better!!

It was a Big Deal purchase. I paid an extra $40 for him to put in a new antivirus program.

We set up an appointment, but he wasn't able to work on Mac computers. I got a refund through Angie's List.

Very well; technician (Anthony) called at the agreed time and although some unexpectedness developed in the course of the tune up, at all times he demonstrated willingness to search for solutions when an obstacle seemed to have developed; he was courteous & professional at all times, capable and available. All in all, I’d recommend Anthony wholeheartedly and should I need to, I will not hesitate to use his services again.
