We have had this company for the last year. We have employed various companies over the last 15-20 years and a good team is very hard to find. Below is a list of what this company does every cleaning: 1. They show up on the date and time as scheduled. We have never been told that they forgot or couldn't come on the scheduled day. 2. They have not increased the price since we signed on. 3. They clean the entire house w/out missing any area. We don't come home and need to touch up areas that were skipped. 4. Our kitchen and entrance has white ceramic tile flooring . We have 4 dogs that mess up the floor. After a cleaning, the floor is spotless. 5. They are easy to work with. Occasionally, we need them to come a little later in the morning and we just text them and they accommodate us. 6. The price is reasonable for a 3000 sq. foot house.

They always do a great job. No issues with bi-weekly cleaning and I am picky. They also do an awesome job at a deep clean- that is more pricey but worth it!

They are dependable, thorough and attentive to details. They also are very flexible about scheduling to accommodate my travels.

The ladies were prompt, courteous and professional. They did a fantastic job. The house looked amazing.

They were reliable and thorough for the first several months but unfortunately not anymore. The quality of work began to decline a few months ago, as did the amount of time they spent cleaning. After asking them to slow down be more thorough, it was good one time then worse than ever. During the most recent cleaning, they only spent 45 minutes at my 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2800 SF home! I pulled out the list of services they committed to, walked the house, and discovered just how much they were not doing.

Honestly I wouldn?t recommend them. They were late and it was like they were trying to squeeze me in between appointments that they already had. So it was like a rush job and it did stuck me real well. I just won?t recommend them because I was not pleased. I decided to use them because their reviews were great so I thought that they were pretty good. I only go with companies that are recommended on Angie?s List and I thought that she could fit me on their schedule. I thought that was the case but it was not. They were responsive to my initial call.

After reading the reviews on Angie's list, I contacted Pammela. This is the third cleaning service I've tried since moving to Columbus last fall. I was so surprised and pleased that she called me back within a day and was willing to come out that night to provide an estimate. She and her crew did a deep cleaning yesterday and they were so pleasant to have around and did such a good job that I scheduled them for biweekly cleanings before they left. An even better surprise is that as I walked around the house since they cleaned, I keep noticing things that they did so well. My usual experience has been the opposite ? the things I notice a day later are the things that people have missed. But not with Pammela's team. They're thorough and very neat and tidy in addition to doing a really good job cleaning. And whatever their cleaning products are smell great! They truly live up to their reputation on Angie's list. :-)

Because I was already out of the area, the provider met with my representative to enter the condo. They cleaned 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a living room and kitchen. This was a deep cleaning. A week after they cleaned, I was able to return to the area for a day and was very pleased with the job they did.

DEEP CLEANING We purchased a large house last year, Pamela and her team of 3 others were at my house from 9AM - 6PM performing a move-in deep cleaning. They cleaned everything including inside cabinets, refrigerator, taking apart lights, fans etc. it was a huge job and I can't imagine how long it would have taken me to do it myself. REGULAR BI-Weekly CLEANING Pamela is prompt, reliable and does a great job. She has not missed an appointment in the 8 months she's been cleaning for us and has only asked for a reschedule when it was near the holidays. When we come home after she cleans, the house looks and smells fabulous. She includes details such as vacuuming the couches and making the kids beds. I have hardwood floors that she cleans a couple times each week. Excellent work. Give her a try!

Pammela's Cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning our 1st and 2nd floor. They were responsive, responsible and the cleaning job was excellent. We will use them again the future.

My regular cleaning guy quit the day before his cleaning. I called a few Angie's List Housecleaning Companies and Pammela called me back within an hour and was at the house two hours later to give me an estimate on Thursday. She was very professional and very understanding since a very important holiday was coming up and I needed the house cleaned. We arranged for them to come to clean the house on Monday morning. I contacted Pammela via email to request quotes for a one-time deep clean and bi-weekly cleanings. She was prompt in responding and coming to the house to provide a quote. I scheduled a deep-cleaning for a Saturday. Pammela arrived promptly at 9:30 and worked until 1:30. The team did a fantastic job. They were pleasant and professional. My house has NEVER been so clean. I was so pleased with their work that I scheduled bi-weekly cleanings with Pammela before she left. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

They were punctual and professional, cleaning the rest of the house while I worked in a home office. The house smelled clean and looked great, nothing missed, including cabinet fronts, base boards and my laundry room has never looked so organized. My kids enjoyed the roses made in the Kleenex boxes and on toilet rolls! They were very accomodating and willing to add things as needed.

Fantastic. Everything sparkled and smelled wonderful. Very professional. Did everything as instructed and more. Appliances looked new. The rose on the toilet paper roll was a special touch. Very pleasant and we were comfortable leaving them in our home.

I've been working with Pammela since June of last year. I have them celan my house once a month and they have done a great job.

Our former cleaning person quit the business to be a stay at home mom. Therefore, my wife and I have been searching for a cleaning service for quite some time. We even considered doing it ourselves but with both of us working a full-time job and having a baby on the way, we needed some help. So, we contacted Pammela's Cleaners. They were very easy to get a hold of. I sent them an email on a Wed night and they called us back the very next day and told us they were available for a deep cleaning on Saturday. We jumped at that immediately, as our house desperately needed it. At first, I thought the price was a little high but since it is a one time deep clean, we went ahead with it (The regular cleaning is much less expensive and very reasonable) Man, am I glad we did. They were on time, arriving exactly at 9am, just like they said they would. They were fantastic. I literally cannot find a single dust in the house. What most impressed us was how detailed they were. Things we never even thought about, they cleaned. They even wiped down our washer and dryer and also emptied our paper shredder and cleaned the inside of it. They even made little roses out of our toilet paper. As soon as we walked in the door, we could smell the freshness of a cleaned house. Pammela's Cleaners will now be coming once a month to clean our house but my wife and I talked about possible having them come bi-weekly in the future. Called on 2/4 and she was willing (a bit pushy actually) to come out and do the estimate that day. I explained that the house was not decluttered yet as we had two weekends set up at the end of the month for family to come and watch our children while my husband and I would declutter and touch up paint. Our house is just under 2000 SF not counting one finished room and two unfinished rooms in the basement. I'm not sure if her quote was just high or if she based it on the current state of the house. She was very friendly and professional, but the cost was just too high. She also quoted weekly cleaning which would have been $100 and that seemed very reasonable, so I think the quote may have been based on the house's current state. If I have a situation where I need a house cleaner again, I might call her again but make sure the house was at least close to the state it would be cleaned in as I imagine the estimate would probably be more reasonable.

From the first time they returned my initial call it has been a great experience. I have trust in them and come on the regularly scheduled day and weeks. We always come home to a clean house after work and they are always going the extra mile.

When I needed a replacement for a long time house cleaner, I checked Angie's list and found Pammela's Cleaning Service. they were able to schedule the work at a time that accommodated my busy schedule and could start immediately. The price quoted seemed fair. They have always been prompt, which is important to me. After their team arrives, I never have to worry about the work being completed in a minimum amount of time and in a very satisfactory manner. thank you Angie and Pammela. Pammela's Cleaners provides excellent cleaning service. We used both the move in cleaning and biweekly services. They are very thorough, courteous, prompt and always do an overall great job - I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family

My experience with them was positive. They came out the same day that I called and gave an estimate. They were friendly. The price was pretty reasonable. But we ended up not needing the service.

The experience was wonderful. They came with their own equipment, supplies & went right to work. They worked hard & made our home the cleanest it has ever been. My wife was very happy. So happy she scheduled them every other week.

Pammela's cleaners just did a deep cleaning at my house they did a wonderful job ! They were from 8 am till 6:30 pm . They worked really hard. My house was left shining and smelling great. I loved them, they are schedule to come and clean every other week .
