Pammela’s Cleaners are top notch. Their work quality is consistent and they often add special touches around the house, which is a nice surprise. It’s clear their staff are well trained and take an abundance of pride in their work. I have two dogs and they drop more dog hair than you can imagine, yet when Pammela’s team leaves there’s not a dog hair in sight. I can’t figure out how they do it, but wish I knew their secret. I love that they are so responsive and willing to come on special occasions outside of their normal schedule, have never turned down a request I have made, and always arrive as schedule. I’ve used many services over the past 25 years and Pammela’s Cleaners is certainly at the top of my list. Their fees are very reasonable. You won't be disappointed if you decide to hire them.

Pammula scheduled us in for the week we called. They showed up on time, very professional and friendly. They started right to work and really worked hard. After several hours the house was spotless and impressively cleaning. My wife and I were thrilled with the price and the wonderful service they provide. Hopefully this will be a monthly treat for us.

What needs to be cleaned is cleaned and the house has always been taken cared of very nicely in my absence. I have the confidence that they will do the job right.

They quickly responded to my email inquiry and set up a time. They cancelled via text 5 minutes before they were due to arrive due to medical emergency and we rescheduled. They came to the next scheduled appointment and unfortunately said nothing except to speak in Spanish to each other and for the initial cleaning quoted me FOUR times the price of my previous cleaner. For the regular monthly cleanings they quoted me double. I did not hire them. They may be wonderful cleaners but I will never know.

Overall we were happy with the service provided. The price was competitive with other cleaning services we have at our home. I must admit the cost for any thing more then a general cleaning seems much higher then other services. Only other note of concern is a down stair sink drain was found to be broken and a note would have been courteous. I would consider hiring them again.

Pammela's crew does a great job. They are efficient, reliable and thorough. I'm always pleased when I get home on cleaning day. The whole house looks and smells fresh. When we've needed an extra cleaning before a party they've been able to work us in. I recommend this service highly.

On the rare instance I need to reschedule or cancel, they are flexible and very dependable. They also provide other services, like deep cleaning, which costs more but is well worth it.
