Shawn, from Painter's Delight, painted and stained our new back porch/deck. He, and his crew, were very professional and did an excellent job painting and staining the deck. I have since asked Shawn to provide an estimate for painting the exterior of the house. Shawn made sure that every day the job site was cleaned up at the end of the day, and when the job was completed, took the time to go over every aspect of the job in detail. In fact, there were a couple of additional areas that needed attention after the job was completed and payment had been made, and Shawn promptly performed the services, and make sure I was completely satisfied with the work.

Shawn came highly recommended from a co-worker and I had him out to quote the job in mid-may, I quickly called and booked his crew to paint my entire home for the first week of June. The previous owners were heavy smokers & loved tacky wallpaper so Shawn & team had their work cut out. They preped the walls (wallpaper removal, skim coat & sanding) and painted every room (ceilings included). In addition to the walls & ceilings they also painted all of the doors and trim work. From the first appointment to the last Shawn and crew were very professional, attentive and understanding - even with a last minute paint change they were at beck & call to meet my needs. I would highly recommend them & plan to use them again myself - they definetly left a good impression... everyone who has been over and viewed the work has been WOW'd by the difference, the work, the little details. It's a huge change I feel like I'm walking into a whole different house! THANK YOU SHAWN!!!!

Sean was very sensitive to our need to select a totally NO-VOC paint and accomodated our wishes to provide the paint ourselves. He came promptly with his helper, covered everything and moved all furniture without disturbing anything, and painted two layers in one day. When they left, everything was spotless, and we have an absolutely gorgeous basement! Incredibly professional, superb in their perfectionism, polite, trustworthy and pleasant. Couldn't have had a better experience! We will hire them again, definitely.

Shawn was great. He initially came out for an estimate and I immediately asked to get on his schedule. He and one crew member came out as scheduled and did a great job. They took the time and paid attention to all of the details. He also offered some great advice regarding paint colors and trim. I am so happy with the outcome and plan to use him again in the very near future.

They were very professional and courteous. The only reason I didn?t go with them is because I found someone who would do it for cheaper.

We contacted Painter's Delight and Shawn came out to meet with me and my wife the next day. He was hyper professional and extremely customer focused. He provided us a quote that day and we decided to work with him and were glad we did. Shawn and team did an excellent job painting our house (yes he actually estimates and paints). He drives his team in a professional manner with quality as his number one goal. As it took 4 days to paint our house, he ensured everything was cleaned up and put away neatly each night. We now have a "new" house from the great work provided by Painter's Delight. We certainly will use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their house painted.

I don't recall the last time that I met anyone with the customer service orientation of Shawn Crome, owner of Painter's Delight. In every way, this experience exceeded my expectations. In 16 years of having my deck freshened up in May, no painting firm has attacked the project so conscientiously. The preparation work was exhaustive. The painters scraped and scraped to increase the likelihood that the new stain will adhere (and even adding an emulsifying agent to the stain). The process revealed some spongy boards that needed replacing, and Shawn did so at a very reasonable price. Shawn and I have a bet on a hot fudge sundae on his work. He thinks the deck is going to look OK for more than one summer; I have never been able to skip a single summer when it comes to deck maintenance. I will definitely use Painter's Delight for my next painting project, interior or exterior.

He came out right away. The guy was very nice. We didn't use him because we decided to go with the guys that had put our flooring down.

The owner, Shawn Crome, was very professional when he provided our quote in person. Copies of all appropriate business licenses were provided which made me feel comfortable from a trust and liability perspective. The work was scheduled quickly and performed timely and impeccably. The office staff was very responsive and helpful during the scheduling process. We highly recommend Painter's Delight and will use them again in the next three months for interior paint work (and likely many more times).

It took one week and the company did a great job. Always on time. High quality work and nothing damaged.

Shawn was great to work with. From estimate to payment he was knowledgeable and professional. It was the little things that made a difference like touch ups to existing areas, painting of the trim in the kitchen, a lot of dry wall patching and filling, and other details that he took care of that were not included on his quote.

After we called Shawn, he was quick to stop by in the morning to give us an estimate. Because it is outdoor painting season, he said it might be 3 weeks. However, if he had a rain day the following week, he would schedule our project. Based on the weather forecast, we tentatively scheduled Tuesday. On Tuesday, Shawn called to say he would start by 9:00. It took him most of the day because of taping and he painted two coats. He did a great job. Everything was cleaned up when we got home and he followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely use him again.

Shawn and Ryan repaired and painted a ceiling in one room in the basement ~ painted the ceiling and walls in another room in the basement and painted the stairwell of the basement... They were extremely courteous, neat and did a great job.... Two weeks later we had them come back and paint 3 bedrooms, hallway, living room and foyer walls. Shawn was very kind to work with me as we were having carpeting installed and he was able to fit us into his schedule and worked until he got the job done.... He does a great job ~ is reasonably priced ~ and loves what he does.... IT SHOWS.... Don't hesitate to hire this gentleman, you'll be very pleased....

I was very satisfied with the work. Shawn is the owner of the company, and his dedication to doing a good job shows. I had a few bids just nominally lower than his but I chose Painters' Delight because of Shawn's attitude. He gave me advice on what brand of stain to use, even if someone else got the job. Shawn's estimate was significantly lower than some others I received. He gave me a selection of stains to choose from. Both he and Ryan were easy to work with.

Great...Sean promised us a time for starting and completion and was true to his word! He was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. He gave us good advice as to color and texture. He followed up on his work to make sure we were satisfied.

They arrived when they said they would, scrapped/ sanded/ prepared all surfaces and gave everything two coats over the next several days. Cleaned up after themselves each day.

Extremely well. They showed up when scheduled and worked continuously till finished several days later. They moved furniture where necessary, covered, and moved back when finished. The house had very dark paint and required several coats to change to light colors. One area had been sponge painted with globs of paint stuck on the wall. They sanded and scraped till smooth in preparation and the end result was quite good. They cleaned up each day and were pleasant to work with.

Shawn and his crew did an excellent job. My wife and I had been looking for a company to paint our house for sometime, and an associate of Shawn's came to our door handing out fliers for Painter's Delight. We called that evening, and Shawn came by the next day to give us an estimate. We had another quote from another company which was slightly less than Shawn's, but I liked the fact that Shawn himself would be doing the work, and that there were no subcontractor's involved (the other company subcontracts, and thus their record was hit-or-miss). I called Shawn that evening and hired him to do the work. He and his crew were at our house every morning at 8:30 AM. When it rained (which it did a few days), he called at 8:30 AM and told us he would not be out (for obvious reasons). The paint job looks great, and the work site was kept clean everyday and was cleaned upon completion. I will definitely hire Painter's Delight for our next painting job (the interior this time).

The service was wonderful. The price was excellent. Shawn worked very hard to make sure that everything was perfect for me. And I would recommend them to anyone needing interior or exterior painting. He worked very clean and careful to only disturb the area he was working on at the time and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. He stayed as long as he needed to in order to finish the work.

I did not hire Shawn and his team member directly; they were contractors working for the company that I signed to paint my homes interior. The contact was for a floor to ceiling foyer, 3 bedrooms, a master bed room and hallway. What I would like to share with you is the experience of excellence that comes when Shawn and his team member entered my residence. I found Shawn to be polite, personable and professional. Even though he was a employed as a contractor, he treated me as if I had signed the contact directly with him. Shawn and his employee always took the time to answer any of my questions, arrived on time and their quality of work is superb!

The living room required an extra coat of paint because of the color used (red), therefore a slight extra charge. The quality of work performed was very good with nice crisp cut lines along the ceiling. My wife had to call and reschedule the initial appointment when something came up, but it was not a problem. Shawn rescheduled us for a week later and the work was performed in the time allotted. Shawn and his helper were very professional and courteous.
