Orkin Pest Control

I don't dislike anything about them, we are on a program, and they come out every other month and spray. They got rid of my ants, that we had 2 years ago, and keep the bugs out of my house.

They have a pretty fast response time and are very quick, yet thorough service. I use them on a regular basis. They take care of every issue that occurs around and in my house.

I have been using them for several years. They are very friendly and do a good job. They call you the day before and again while they are on the way to your home.

They come out every month. I spend about $60 a month. They are great. I have the same service person every time and he is very good. I do not have any issues with him. He is always polite and tries to find out if I need anything out of the ordinary. I will use this company again in the future.

Darryl Flint is the person that came out. They came out when we initially had a concern and they set up a plan with us. We've had no problem with them. They are very helpful. They do a good job.

For the outside, I don't really see, because they just check the termite things around my house. Therefore, I don't actually see them very often. They come regularly. They do leave me a report. For the inside work, I had a couple of man, the last one that I have now, he calls me ahead of time to set up a time to come. He is very friendly and he likes to talk. He tells me about things what is going around and what he is doing. I would use them again in the future if needed.

They are fine. It's hard to judge, but they got rid of the problems we had.

I have been using them for about 7 years on and off. The guy who comes out seems like a nice guy. They are reliable and responsible. The only thing that I would criticize is that he doesn't have coverage for his shoes. That's the only feedback I would give them so that they are not tracking their shoes in my house.

They work with me on payments. They are very honest and upfront. They are people person and they respect your home. Their price is kind of high.

I like the fact that they are very faithful. Every month, they are there. They notify me by phone that they are going to spray that day. If we have any problems, they come in to deal with our individual problems. Their punctuality is great. The quality of their work is great, also.

.We had carpenter ants 10 years ago and they took care of those and we no longer have them. I am very pleased with their service. The technician who comes out has remained the same for the past three years. I am very pleased with how he takes care of everything. I have a set day when they come. It is the second Tuesday after 1 PM and he has always been very prompt. He sprays outside the house and then he sprays all around the windows and in the basement. I had a problem with mice at one time and he came down and took care of the mice. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are okay, but they were not able to find where the yellow jackets were coming form. I ended up finding them. I have been using them since September. The technicians that came were polite and professional. They were dressed in their uniforms. I always got a card saying when my next appointment would be. The office people are always helpful in case I wanted to reschedule or anything. They did help me with the other pests though.

We signed a contract with Jimmy Craig, inspector, to remove birds. They never showed up after 3 attempts. Excuses were had to wait for vent covers, next man would be out in 3 days, next time was a no show. I called the main office and talked with supervisor, Andy Clinton, he said would do it the next week. I said, NO WAY. I even told them to cancel bi-monthly pest control because I was dissappointed by the company and giving excuses. His answer was OK. I had paid a year in advance and it is now 6 weeks later and I am still waiting on my rebate for the one month I had left. I called about not getting the refund and they said it takes a long time to do that. I guess time will tell if I ever get my money back.

They come out every two months to make sure that I don't reoccurrence of the insects I found in my house when I bought it. They are very good and don't see any bugs or cockroaches in the house. They have cleaned all out. It was really bad when we bought the house five years ago. I've been using them for five years. The only question I asked them is that if would hurt my cat and they assured me it wouldn't. The cat is fine and they were right. Everything seems to be just fine when they come every two months. They are very good but the prices have gone up since I've and I do find it a bit of a strain. I've decided it's worth it. They come every two months automatically and I don't have to call them each time. If they had to change the time, they will let me know.

The ants would go away for days and then be back in time for the next treatment. I believe that they are providing a scam. I will never use them again.

We’ve been using their services for approximately 6 years. We have a yearly contract. This morning, at 8:30am, a technician showed up for exterminating services. He told us that he was there to do a regular check, but that wasn't due until the end of this month. The last time we had this service done was on February 24th, and the next one wasn't due until April 28th. He indicated to us that the company rescheduled all of them, so that was the reason why he was on our doorstep. Normally the company is fairly good about reminding of the appointment, but lately nobody calls us or informs us that we are scheduled for this service. It was at an inconvenient time, but he completed the work.

I had mice several years ago and Orkin got rid of them for me, so I called them again this time and am confident they will get the job done.

I am pretty pleased for the service that it is. It works, I've used a company before this and I wasn't happy with them. Orkin is a little bit better than that company. Whatever the spray they use works much better than the stuff the other company was using for keeping the spiders out of the bushes and deck. I think it's overpriced but they are competitive with everyone else. He showed up on the assigned day.

As mentioned above it went very well. We have used Orkin and Craig in the past and they have always done an excellent job for us.

It was very good. I called Orkin Pest Control to come to the house where I thought there might be wasps. My number was taken by the technician to call back, which he did within about a day. I scheduled a day and hour to come back. The inspector was half a hour late, but was worth wait. He looked at the place on the roof where I had been concerned that wasps were coming in. He said they were not there and said in detail their habits and why they would not choose such a place to nest. Also, he explained how to tell when bees were there. He looked at one other place in the front of the house. He was very pleasant and informative. I had asked for the inspector I had previously had, but he was not available. But, this one was just as good. There was no charge for this inspection. I would definitely use them again. If they are running late, I would have preferred they would have called ahead.

I started an every other month service that started in January 2010 and due to end in January 2011. I paid an initial fee of $144.12 and then a fee of $89 plus tax for the every other month service. I purchased the every other month service to gurantee that I would not see the mice again. Well, it is now the third week of July 2010 and I killed a mouse in my trap yesterday. They initially came out inspected and placed sticky traps, bait and mouse traps. To date they have only killed two mice in their traps. I was told on the last trip in June that the issue was my neighbors and that I needed to plug up two spots around a pipe. I then did this with spray foam. I also spoke with my neighbors about the problem with the mice in our building. I live in a townhouse/condo. I requested additional service only to have more sticky traps and mouse traps placed all of this was a waste of time and money becuase I still have mice. I called to discuss the issue with a supervisor and when I told them I was thinking of going with another service and wanted to cancel my contract they obliged however no offer to refund any of my money. What happened to the Orkin guarantee? It was never there, they wanted to throw a few a traps and take my money they did not want to take care of helping me to get rid of the problem once and for all. I am out $500+ dollars and still have the occasional mouse. The $500+ dollars also does not include all of the cleaning, supplies, and mouse traps that I have purchased over the last few months in an effort to deal with this issue on my own. Also, other then two mice, the mice that have been killed were in the traps I purchased at Lowe's. I also followed all of their instructions or suggestions. I will be contacting another exterminator.

I pay them about $39 every month. They spray my house for mice and bugs. They spray only the exterior of my house. I like them. They do a great job. I use them because of their price. Also, there is no sign of rodents or bugs in my house. I will continue to use them in the future.

They have been really good with us. I don't know how much we spend as my wife handles the bills. They alternate between spraying the outside of the house against some infestations and then coming in and spraying the inside, the basement, the upstairs and all the little nooks and crannies. The guy that comes is absolutely wonderful. He is very accommodating. He usually calls first to let us know that he is coming. If we are not here, he comes and does the outside and leaves a message letting us know that he has been here. He is a very accommodating individual.

We did the original application in parts, and so I’m not sure what the price was. I’ve never had a problem with the quality of their work, and so I’d love to continue with them.

Service is suppose to be every other month. The first month we had the service all services were done. Service since the initial has been perimeter only and haven't have the inside done since the first time. Called for service over the weekend and they scheduled it for Tuesday between 1 and 3, tech called a little before 4pm to tell us that he was coming. We called the office and they had between 1 and 3 but the tech had something different and said he would be over in alittle bit. We've been waiting since 1pm for him to come and finally at 4:30, we called his cell phone and no one answered. We called the office back and the tech told them that we weren't home, that he knocked and rang the bell. Now usually, when no one is home, the tech leaves paperwork saying he was there. No paperwork, no phone call, no knock or doorbell rang.
