Nutter Handyman Services

Because it was December and roofing work had to be done, they watched the weather and called me 2 days before the job was to be done. The worker that came out to do the work called me 30 minutes before arriving and he came ready to work. He placed runners on the floors to the bathrooms and put plastic up to keep the place clean. He went through the attic access looked at the situation and came back down to tell me what he was going to do. He removed the previous plastic flexible duct which was putting moisture in the attic. He removed the old exhaust fans, cut the ceiling opening larger and secured the new exhaust fans. He went and got vents and duct for the new exhaust. He made cuts through the roof and installed the roof vents and connected with insulated duct. While on the roof, he noticed that I had a hole in the flashing around a vent stack. The next day he went and got new flashing and installed it. The job was very professionally done and all areas were clean before he left. The job took 2 days. The worker that came to do the job was very knowledgeable and professional.

Excellent. Very professional, personable, and neat. Even fixed a drawer not on the schedule. Office lady very nice and organized. All around a job well done.

Excellent, excellent, could not be more pleased with the work and the highly professional manner of the installer David Yoder. David took great care as if he was working on his own home. Kept me informed, offered options as he went through the installation process, and completed the work on time and truly ready to paint. I did not have to fill or sand any nail holes, just paint. I selected Nutter based on the recommendation of a friend and I have since recommended Nutter to a neighbor for some work on their house. Nutter Handyman Services is a credit to the industry and David Yoder is truly a professional and takes great pride and care in his work.

I've had good experiences with several different associates, everyone seems very nice & their work has been excellent I kind of hate to write this review & let everyone know how great they are - that will just make their waiting list longer That said - I highly recommend them

They were very professional. I was very satisfied with their work.

They came by, they did a halfway job, they took my money, and they never came back. I sent multiple emails and he kept saying he would come back.

They did a great job. One of the interesting things was that the guy, who installed it, came back on his own time at the end of the day. He called us to see if he could drop by because something didn’t seem right with what he had done; so he came back to check it and there was actually something that he had overlooked. He came back on his own, after hours with no charge and that pretty much blew us away. His price was in the high end of the estimates we had, but in terms of the value we got for the price was excellent. He was running a little bit late and he called us to let us know in advance, and he came when he said he was going to be there.

I thought they were great. They were punctual and professional. My wife like the worker so much, she mentioned she wanted to adopt him.

They were great, did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. They are very expensive but I will use them again in the future.

I know them personally. I knew them before I used their services and I still know they. I do like them. I think they are efficient. They go to Church with us. The kid that came out was very good. He was hard working. It was kind of expensive. They are very personable. Mr. Nutter comes out and makes a list of what I need. They send e-mails back and forth on when I'm going to do the project. The secretary or who ever that does the e-mailing was back and forth on that and on top of things. It was more than a day job. It was may be like a day and a half. The price was expensive, but then what we were doing we kind of needed that. For an average sort of an industrialist, may be they are a little expensive. They cleaned up after themselves. They were punctual and professional. I would use them again in the future for different things.

This handyman service always seems to know what to do, and it always seems to get done right. They are organized and prompt. (You can tell my story, but given the loveliness of the mirror, I'd appreciate it if you would withhold my name.)

The carpenter's work was first class, and it resloved the problems with the doors sticking. The owner suggested that I repair the doors instead of replacing them, which would have been a more expensive alternative. My experience in working with this company was great. From the owner to the office staff and workmen, they are all very cordial and professional.

The job went well. Their customer service stood out about them.

It was my second experience with them. The work wasn?t performed very well initially but Chuck made it alright. They had actually done a terrible job on a couple of things. I told Chuck about it and he came out here himself and made adjustments to what he could. My experience with them was not the best.

What am amazing experience. We came home on a frigid Friday night in January to find water running through our kitchen ceiling. We had no idea what caused it and in desperation called Chuck Nutter. Chuck had been recommended to us by a good friend, but we had never used his company before. As such I had low expectations that he would call me back at 9pm on a Friday night. To my huge relief he called me back within 15 minutes and was at our house within an hour. He spent 2 hours chipping ice off our roof in 10 degree temperatures. Equally impressive was the fact that he stopped by twice the next day to check in. He did not charge us for those subsequent vistis. In short, Nutter are a greta resource. Incredible service, highly professional and skilled and so pleasant to deal with. In a word....outstanding!

They did a very good job. I'm going to have them do some painting in the next week. I like the fact that the people who work for him are really clean and high-caliber. Their trucks are always nice and clean. It's a first-class operation. They are very expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Incredible service in every respect. Charges are based on $80 per hour, which is much higher than other handyman services, and because of the nature of the work we needed, it was not possible to project the number of hours that would be involved. Nonetheless it took more time than I expected, and therefore the cost was much higher than I expected it to be.

Fantastic experience. I was in a bind; needed to get the 3 pane door in before Thanksgiving, and after getting shafted by another company, I called Chuck and asked him if he could send someone out same day. Chuck was very professional, and the installer he sent that day was fantastic - had the door in, lock installed, and weathersealed in a couple of hours. I would hire Nutter again in a minute.

Fantastic! Their worker Matt was great.Originally I was just going to have the paneling removed..but I held Matt hostage for three days to complete the rest of the work(lol) after I saw what needed to be done.He had no issues in completing the work.He was very professional,really very detailed.

It went very well. It was done quickly and the quality of work was top-notch. It was a little expensive but you get what you pay for. Chuck Nutter came out to our house and evaluated the list of items we needed to have done. Then sent out one of his employees to do the work. We were very pleased. They also stand behind their work. It was the best experience with services we had in all of 2009 and we had several due to moving.

We were pleased with the service. He was prompt and got the work done quickly. He is an authorized service man.

The serviceman was Colby Macumber, who knew how to do anything I asked. He was clean, efficient, punctual and did a superb job. I was ready to buy a new house vac unit and asked if he'd return to install what I bought and he looked at the 5-year old one and said he thought that he could fix it, so why buy new? His boss, Chuck Nutter, came over to consult about the house vac and they agreed it could be repaired, then did so. This appeared to be an extremely well-run company and I will definitely call them in the future. They were here several days for 1-2 hours over the period of a week, always checking the time beforehand with me, and always adaptable to my schedule. I chose this company after reading other reviews about them on Angie's List, although the owner told me that he is not a paying member of the list.

They are just outstanding in every way. They arrived on time and did high quality work. They were also very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.
