Fine in the end. Took two trips because of numerous problems. They only charged for parts on the second trip and that was under warranty. Overall, an A performance.

They do an excellent job! The repair man who came was exceptionally good at explaining things, found the problem and fixed it the first time out. He was very pleasant and their prices are good. I will recommend and use them, again.

Brad was wonderful. He fixed it and cleaned everything up. He was nice and professional.

He was very efficient. He knew what was wrong with the dryer and he repaired it. He also vacuumed the inside of the dryer before reassembling. He cleaned up everything. He did a fine job. I am very happy with everything.

$245.00 for a $30.00 part -- they charge a trip charge as well as labor. Technician told me that "everyone charges this much." I told him "never again!" How this company has an *A* rating when most of the reviews I read rate them an *F*??? Humm

Gave me a four hour window when they'd arrive, tried at the last minute to come early, then failed to come until after the appointed window when I was unable to do so. Was dismissive of my encouragement that they keep their commitment. Did not follow up.

Randy fixed the problem by rebuilding the drain where it was kinked.

It was great, in less than a minute the repairman was able to tell me what was wrong. Fortunately it could be repaired and the price was fair. I couldn't have been happier. The repairman also looked over my machine and told me what condition it was in so I knew what to expect in the future. My machine although 10+ years old is in great condition. I think this Northwest Appliance is a great company to do business with. Don't hesitate to call them.

Very smoothly -- and cheaply! The repairman was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts needed to fix it with him, and had my machine back in operation within an hour. Would definitely use him and Northwest Appliance again!

Fine! Overloaded machine, so machine had to be reset. Tech was very courteous and went over proper loading procedure and general review of machine operation.

Northwest came out promptly and reminded her how it works on this brand of stove. I think it has a delay of some sort, so you might not notice unless you check it right away. So some education, but no repair.

Seemed like a lot of jerking around. Four visits including vent cleaning.

Excellent job! New parts were installed and the washing machine has not leaked since.

My service window was between 9 and noon. After calling first, Brad showed up just a few minutes after 9. He quickly determined that my washing machine needed a new drain pump. Fortunately, he had the part on his truck and installed it. He then realized the newly installed drain pump had a crack in it. He called his shop to see if someone could drop off a second one, but his shop didn't have another one. Brad left for the parts store, returned with yet another drain pump, and installed it. Although he was here longer than expected, I had a working washing machine again by the time he left.

Prompt and courteous! Quick troubleshooting and fixed the problem.

Couldn't fix it, but took the time to explain my options.

Electric outage made freezer stop, did not restart, had to be reprogrammed.

Repair tech was in the house for a total of 35 minutes. Identified the issue quickly and repaired the small plastic roller quickly. They charged us $52 for the small part and a total of $180 for service call and labor. $249 total for about 1/2 hour work and a part that likely cost them $30. Not a bad profit for them. I don't consider this a fair and reasonable charge.

The technician was professional and pleasant. He called when he was around 30 minutes away and arrived accordingly. He was here for about an hour and fixed the problem, which was a faulty install. No new parts needed to be installed. They charged $80 for the service call and $50 for labor.. not sure what the industry standard is, but I thought it was a little high. Overall I am happy with the service and would reccomend this company.
