We had a problem with our dishwasher, they were able to come out the next day and quickly diagnose and fix the problem. We will call them in the future for other appliance issues!

On Sunday 2/26 I requested quotes via Angi from 4 refrigerator repair businesses. Northwest Appliance responded to me Monday morning (2/27) and my refrigerator was repaired by noon the same day. Great communication, they did everything they said they would. The technician had the parts on hand for this apparently common issue with GE french door refrigerators. A+ Definitely recommend!

Showed up as promised, completed work, explained options

Northwest Appliance responded for my request to fix my dryer, but I decided to replace it rather than fix it because it is 23 years old. They responded very quickly to my request, so the next time I need appliance repair, I would definitely consider using them.

I gave them 1 star only because they did not respond for the service request submitted online despite of a detailed description on what is needed to be done, In a response of being not interested doing the job or some sort of follow up.

Nick came out and fixed both items. I have an older Bosch so the part had to be ordered. Nick came back with the part, installed it and leveled the unit. He know exactly what to do with the frig to fix the water drainage issue. Both are fixed and working great and we are very pleased. We would definitely use them again.

Tech was very knowledgeable and made repairs. The dishwasher now works. We have 30-day free service window if instead need to replace the electronic board. Very friendly and courteous service with all phases.

Nick troubleshooted and determined there were no other problems other than the oven heating element was not working. Nick ordered a new heating element. When available, he picked it up, bought it over and installed it. Throughout the troubleshooting and installation process, Nick explained everything to me in details. He was knowledgeable on stove brands and provided great tips on oven maintenance. He also adjusted the stove legs to make it more even. During the entire process, Nick was professional and the service he provided enhanced my customer experience with Northwest Appliance.

Upon receiving their quote for the work described, we found it reasonable, called, & left a message. Northwest responded to our voicemail within a few hours. We set up a time and Chris, the NA technician, called ahead of that time to say he'd finished the previous job early and would come by with our approval. Within a short time, he determined that the unit's motherboard had malfunctioned. The part was not in stock, but he scheduled an appointment for the following week, assuring us the part would have arrived. On the appointed day, Chris showed up early in the time frame we had been given. He had the replacement part in place within 15 minutes, and he answered all of our questions about what we should do before using the dispensers again. He was knowledgable, thorough, and easygoing. We could not be more pleased, and we'd recommend Northwest Appliance for such repairs without hesitation.

Technician found transmission needed replacing, costed one out and I found it was not worth it, compared to the price of a new washer. He was honest and professional, and I would use their services again.

Everything went exceptionally well with Northwest Appliance. I called and had excellent customer service and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. I was told I would receive a call when the technician was enroute and I did. His name was Brad and he was extremely professional. Fortunately, my repair was quick and easy and he explained everything to me and reinforced the 30 day warranty on the service call. I couldn't ask for a more positive experience. Highly recommend.

Easy to schedule. Tech arrived on time as promised. Tech showed us what was broken, and we determined it was too expensive to fix. Charge for service call to evaluate was fair. We would certainly hire again.
