I hired them to replace water heater. But it wasn't the problem.They recommended using a camera in my sump pit drain to find the problem, for $405 for the first two hours.In 5 minutes or about 15 feet it wouldn't go any further. They asked me how my credit was and they left. When they were leaving I asked about a senior discount, and was told it was too late, they had already run my credit card. After they left they sent me a text asking how I would rate them. I gave them 1 star. That"s when they called me back and I was able to then get an estimate on the water heater,and found out they were going to give me a senior discount.of $40.59. So it cost me $365 for them to use camera for 5 minuted, with no benefit at all.So I have no faith in them working on my foundation, I then had 2 other companies take a look and both gave me a quote on the spot,at no charge..I have had other companies run camera's outside in the drains from my gutters to the street for free. Mr. Router cost me a few hundred dollars by taking their advice, and I got nothing that was of benefit I won't be using them in the future..

Project was satisfactory and it was done on time

I needed to have the regulator replaced in my shower. It took a great deal more effort than either I or the plumber thought it would take, but he managed to get everything replaced and working in short time. He also replaced the leaking shut-off valves to the basement, all in quick turnaround. He showed up shortly after my initial call, gave me a quote and got the work done in lightning speed. Definitely worth the call.

Overpriced and snippy. One gentleman tried to save the project and sent over a $27,000 quote for plumbing work. 2 stars for the guy who tried to be thorough and had poor backup.

Price quoted was high but after coupon it wasnâ t too bad,

The plumber was personable, got the job done that evening. At one point, he had to have assistance, due to the weight of the water tank that was filled with sediment& water. Another plumber arrived to help him, they got the job done. There was minor damage to the flooring, they reduced the price to accommodate that damage. I would use them again.
