Price was high. Tech was professional.and did a good job.

Price was higher than I expected but job was done very quickly. He was suppose to arrive between 2-4pm and arrived at 7:25pm. Ready to give up. Tech was very professional and completed job very quickly.

Mr. Rooter was great to work with. They showed up the same day and worked into the evening to finish the job. I would highly recommend them.

I was quoted $450 for the job. When the work was completed the worker told me the price was not $450, but $570 because it was more difficult than he thought. The work was done so I couldn t ask him to undo it. Very poor way to conduct business.

Was here quickly to resolve our drain clog. Explained everything to our satisfaction. Very nice guy did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend.

They were just good at what they do

This job consisted of putting all new schedule 40 drain pipe in the ground. I'll start by saying the final result turned out well. However getting there was a bit of a challenge. There were a few times when a call was promised but did not happen until the following day. The work was scheduled for a Wednesday and then rescheduled to a Thursday without much explanation. Fortunately, I work from home so the scheduling wasn't an issue. However, for individuals that schedule time off for work like this, it would have been frustrating. There also seemed to be a disconnect between the home office/dispatching team and the field crew. As an example, I was provided two quotes by the sales rep that showed up, but the home office could only find one when I called them. The sales rep seemed very knowledgeable as did the crew that performed the work. The crew that did the work accidentally cut my cable/Internet line even though it was marked but I understand that is a risk with any type of work like this.

First appointment was set for Monday between 11 and 1. At 3:45 they hadn't shown and I had to leave for an appointment so I called and asked to reschedule for Tuesday. Appointment was set for 11-1. At 1:30 I received a call that the plumber was 30 minutes away- he arrived at 3:17. He did a great job with my plugged drain and set up an appointment for his "boss" to come out and take a look at my plumbing and give me a comprehensive quote. Appointment was set for Friday at 1:00. No show, no call. I took time off work on 3 separate days anticipating that Mr Rooter would at least be close to making their appointment times, I was sadly mistaken. With this company I can honestly say, "Don't waste your time." I learned the hard way. Company stated they would follow up with me- haven't heard a word from them...

Very professional and courteous. Took time to answer our questions and explain the problem and the fix.

The issue was not resolved. The dishwasher continued to not drain. I paid $150 for absolutely nothing

did a good job.

I was so pleased with Jason's knowledge and friendliness, that I am having him back to "streamline" the piping under the sink so we don't have another clog in the future. I found the cost of both services to be extremely reasonable.

Make sure you contact the manager if need additional support. Make sure to fully check all work. James the manager of Gahanna location helpful.

Aside from being required to pay him directly after making the payment to the company I hired him through Home Advisors (took over an hour of back and forth), the same problem arose - in less than two months.

Great customer service and quality work... just a bit pricey!

Technician gave us an estimate of $275 just to replace the fill valve in the tank -- outrageous!
