Mr Mover was on time, efficient, economical, and careful. Very satisfied with the move. Would definitely use again.

It went very well. This was the second time we used Mr Mover. The guys were very professional. Everything was done to our satisfaction with one small exception -- they accidentally misplaced some vinyl spacers for a glass desk top. They offered to reimburse for replacements -- but it ended up costing $3 -- not worth the trouble.

Great. They arrived on time and quickly completed the work. They were very careful not to mar floor or walls.

The team arrived promptly and did the job fast and efficient. The only complaint I had was that I had labeled boxes to where they should go in the new house and showed the guys which rooms those where yet I still had a number of boxes end up in the wrong rooms. Nothing tragic just inconvenient. Overall, a smooth move.

Excellent. From the initial assessment by Jerry, to Judy in the office, to the crew Nick, Dave and Terry; it's probably been my best moving experience and I've moved a lot. Everyone was professional and courteous. The crew was very careful with my belongings and they moved me in the rain. Also they were the lowest estimate of four.

Mr. Mover's staff was extremely professional and did an excellent job moving our 4 bedroom house. We received 3 quotes and Mr. Mover was the most competitive with their pricing. They showed up on time, and moved us efficiently, and did not damage any of our furniture or belongings. I would definitely recommend Mr. Mover for your moving needs.

Very disappointing experience. Though, admittedly it was a very taxing move due to several pieces of extremely heavy and bulky pieces of furniture, the lead mover complained constantly throughout the move which made us very uncomfortable. Upon settling up once they were done, we pointed out several areas that the men had nicked and scraped up along our staircase which we had just had painted, and the lead mover reacted by getting defensive and raising his voice, again blaming us due to the weight and size of our furniture. We were absolutely stunned by his lack of professionalism. When we contacted the business office, the manager stated that he possibly had some personal issues in his private life at the time that he was bringing to work with him and she would talk to him. It was an extremely weird and disappointing experience all the way around. Personal issues should be left at the door period and the lack of accountability on the end of the employer and the lead mover spoke volumes.

What a great experience. The movers arrived on a Saturday Morning early and ready to go. Crew was very cordial and talkative. They went room to room to see what needed to be packed. They were motivated, positive, and you could tell they were ready to do a great job. They worked in a very effective and efficient manner, and load the truck up in just over an hour and a half. They unloaded the truck in the same manner. They made sure to put things where we needed them and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. They covered all the rails, flooring, and doorways to make sure to protect the home. They worked extremely hard and were amazingly friendly. They made a stressful event enjoyable. after moving I did have an item that had a slight tear in it. They brought this to my attention and Judy and the front office worked to correct this. Very positive experience. I would recommend Mr. Mover to everyone. Very Impressive company!!!

I can not say enough good things about Mr. Moving of Ohio. To start they came out and gave a preliminary estimate. After everything was boxed up ready to move, they came out again and gave a final estimate. This was very helpful. Their office staff was professional, organized and very helpful. The day of the move, the workers were there on time and ready to work. The were friendly, efficient, and well organized. The packed the trucks with a purpose, knowing where and how to stack each box, each piece of furniture, and each piece of equipment to maximize space and ensure the safety of valuable pieces. They packed the house in about 3 and a half hours. Unpacking went just as smoothly the next day. I would recommend Mr. Mover of Ohio to anyone making a short or long term move. If we are ever in need of moving services again, we will be using Mr. Mover.

My husband and i cannot begin to express how well this experience went. Due to a delayed closing, we were moved on the same day we had to hand over possession of our old house. Judy guaranteed it would happen, and it did. We were completely moved and unloaded in under 6 hours. Guys were great to work with, careful, considerate and very efficient. Have never had a move go so smoothly. And the best part, it was all done on a Sunday morning. They set up the furniture where we needed it, organized the boxes in the basement. And, when the washer wouldn't fit through laundry room door, they took the window off and lifted it through with NO damage. Again, CANNOT say enough good things about our experience. Be sure to use them!!!

We packed it all up. They scratched my leather couch. They were supposed to repair it and never did. They scheduled for somebody to come and look at it, but that person never showed up or called. I think they were late. I am not sure if I am going to use them again.

We had a really great experience with Mr. Mover. The price was equivalent to other reputable movers but this is the best service and experienced I have had compared to my other moves. The owner came out to give us the estimate and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. His estimate was spot on and they did not exceed it. A lot of either family or long time employees make you feel comfortable and they are very responsive. They came the day before to pack with a big crew and were very friendly. The day of the move they were very efficient, using two trucks to move our house and storage unit. We also had a couple big backyard toys (climbing frame and little tykes trampoline) which we didn't have to break down. The workers on the day were very good. Nothing broken. Everything accounted for. Finally, they have a box program where they take back the boxes and give you a credit which is nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jeff from Mr. Mover gave me a quote that was in line with others I received. The deciding factor for me was not only the improved insurance coverage, but Jeff himself. He's a third generation mover who knows his stuff. His son was the lead workman during our move. The crew of 8 worked efficiently throughout the day. The guys were personable and all had great attitudes. They made what is usually one of the most painstaking chores actually fun! I enjoyed their positive attitudes and willingness to place heavy furniture in desired locations; even if a few items were adjusted! The only issue I had was minor damage to a wall and stairs. Something Judy was completely willing to reimburse me for as my painter was returning for touch up later. As someone who's done their fair share of moving, I can safely say Mr. Mover is a great choice. I would use them again.

The move went fairly well. Nothing was broken. the movers were professional. There was a misunderstanding in terms how much work I needed and for how long I needed it. I was initially concerned about how Mr. Mover handled the misunderstanding but the owner got involved after learning of my situation and completely remedied the situation. I was thoroughly and surprisingly pleased with how it all turned out. I will gladly use their service again.

This service was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we started working with them, everything went very well. The price was excellent. All of our items arrived safely and they took their time to ensure that they did not damage anything. Very polite and professional.

Judy was always there to answer questions either by phone or email. She was empathetic to my needs, courteous, and professional. Chris and Steve were polite and efficient and always had a smile even through the unexpected problems that arose. Before leaving, they let me know that there were additional services provided by the company that I could utilize in the future. I will definitely use this company again since this experience was handled so well.

Not great - felt like I was overcharged. Would not use them again. The actual movers were very nice - but there are better companies out there. Definitely not worth the money - had friends use other companies, stopped at storage and still paid less. Should have listened to them.

The move went very well. The movers (Jeremy and SF) made the move very easy. They were fun to work with, professional and efficient. We had several large pieces of furniture that had to be moved. They knew exactly how to deal with the large pieces and moved them into two different houses. Judy was also very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this company.

Movers were average. Took several breaks. Price was over the original estimate. Movers broke a painting/frame and there was no follow up on damages. Upholstered furniture was supposed to be wrapped, but we had to keep reminding them to wrap. We were very disappointed after all the build up from owner.

From my first interaction with this company, I was impressed. Judy was kind, helpful and very nice. I needed someone to move our dining room furniture upstairs for storage that day as we had a truckload of wood flooring coming the next day! She worked out the schedule to accommodate my needs and was both professional and fun. When the movers came they were pleasant and hardworking. Mike and Wes were able to take care of all of the moving in no time, but were then stumped by the china cabinet. (It was a huge two piece unit, but we couldn't get it apart.) With a great deal of patience, lots of effort, and some experimentation with different tools, the cabinet was separated. They were then able to move the massive pieces upstairs where they can be stored while we redo the floors. They never lost interest in helping and were willing to give the extra time and effort to make it happen. Overall my experience with Mr. Mover was as good as it could get. Every member of their team was professional, helpful and great to work with. I will definitely use them again (When we need to bring the dining room furniture back down!) and would recommend them wholeheartedly!

It went well, guys were great! Very efficient and fun to work with. Fun personalities! They were super helpful. We had a few minor mishaps, like catching a wall on the stairs and a dresser and nightstand ding, but Jeff came to the rescue and had the minor damages fixed. Judy was great to work with as well! It was a smooth process and a long day, but everyone survived!
