They listened to what I needed, worked with me and even found me a coupon. | |Mark and Wes showed up on time and worked hard for all 3 hours that they were loading my truck. | |Mark organized and packed the truck better than anyone I have ever seen! Everything arrived at my destination in perfect condition. Wes is strong and carries the load of 2 men. | |I had a great experience with Mr. Mover in every aspect of my interaction with them. I highly recommend them, if you need help moving.

Description of Work: This mover was very professional and did a great job. Some issues with sings in the wall and some scratches as this was a new build but overall were great people to deal with. They stand by their word and value customers.

Description of Work: We hired Mr. Mover for our move from Ohio to Wisconsin. They were very organized and prompt. Packing was scheduled for two days and loading the same. They arrived as expected in Wisconsin and unloaded our stuff efficiently. The packers and movers, including Barrett, the team supervisor, were very polite and professional. A couple of floor lamps were damaged in the move. I contacted the office and received a check for replacement of both quickly. We also had to have a third party to dis-assemble and re-assemble an elliptical machine. Mr. Mover coordinated the who process. Working with Judy in the Mr. Mover office was great. She was so pleasant and extremely helpful, coordinating the move dates and answering any questions that we had. I would recommend this company to anyone moving across town or across the country.

Description of Work: Moved our furniture, four bedroom house, from Ohio to South Carolinai. Went smoothly. Packed up departed on time and arrived on time. Care was taken to protect carpets, stairs, doorways etc.

Description of Work: Terry, Judy and their crew moved us from our townhouse in Columbus to our apartment in New Jersey. Had a very nice experience with them. They packed us on the scheduled date and made sure everything was well packed and labeled. Pam and her husband left us extra boxes and packing paper in case we changed our minds about stuff we were not planning to take and last minute essentials. Chris and Shannen showed up on time for the move with a truck that had their label and sticker. They were very organized and made sure to ask us about all the items that we had packed and also took care of our heavy items we needed to dispose by helping us dispose it off. Without them and with a 1 year old in our hand, we could not have done it in the time frame we had planned. The items were all well packed including our glass and breakable items. Chris and Chris at the other end took care of placing our furniture as we wanted them to and also made sure all the labeled boxes went to the respective rooms and locations. They even had to move our w/d into our garage space which was further down (couple of blocks) and did everything absolutely professionally. If we had a chance to use their services again, I would have no doubts about using them. They weren't our cheapest quoted movers but it was sure worth the money going with them. A minor thing was that Judy had forgotten to write the full address on the form that the movers had, but we got it fixed easily. Thank you Terry and Judy and your entire team for making our move as smooth as it could get.

Description of Work: Moved home contents from two storage facilities into new home

Description of Work: I had a very large piece of solid cherry furniture that we were unable to remove from the upstairs of my house ourselves. I had Mr. Mover move that piece and a few smaller pieces of furniture and some boxes. The three guys that showed up were very capable of moving my belongings and very friendly and easy to work with. Other moving companies that I spoke with did not seem interested a couple hour job. I will definitely use Mr. Mover again.
