Mr. Mover of Ohio Inc

Nothing but good things to say about them. Very quick and courteous. Also very knowledgeable and had good suggestions. We plan to use them in the future for our move to North Carolina and for my mother's move.

They were extremely professional, worked quickly and they did come in under the estimate which they try to do.

Our experience with Mr. Mover was great. My first meeting with the owner was a bit shaky--He didn't show up as originally scheduled, and I was ready to give up on them and go with another company. I'm glad I didn't! After that first bump in the road, everything was smooth sailing. I got a quote and a careful explanation of what they would do, and they did it as contracted. The packers and driver (Gene) were very professional and worked hard. A few short days later, they arrived with our stuff as scheduled, and worked very hard to get it unloaded. Most importantly, they broke nothing, were polite and careful, and made sure that we were satisfied, before they left. Mr. Mover turned what could be a stressful experience into something that was almost worry-free. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

This is one of those cases where the low bid turned out to be a best buy. All the other places we asked for a price to move the appliances were going to send a truck a well as the movers. As a result the cost was a least double that charged by Mr Mover. The men arrived on time, they knew what they were doing, and they did not damage the appliances, doorways, or floors. Since this was a brand new hardwood floor, this was obviously the major concern. Small moves are sometimes harder to get help for than going cross country. Mr. Mover made this small move easy for us. I will hire them again the next time I have a small move.

Excellent! Arrived on time, seemed knowledgeable about items to be moved, polite, accommodating to requests, office staff was helpful and friendly on phone. 2 persons who did the moving, both named Brian, both good.

The crew did an excellent job. Some of the employees specialized in packing, while others did the moving. All were professional and helpful. It took them three days--but we just had a lot of stuff to move. One mover accidentally broke a glass shelf, but he quickly told us about it. The company had a new one made and delivered it to us soon after the move. We recommend Mr. Mover!

They were on time and courteous but there was a problem in that they accidentally left one of the clothing wardrobes at the old place. That didn't bother me because only half the things in the old house were being moved out, and this was simply overlooked by all of us, including me. When it was discovered, I was able to put the wardrobe in my car and move it myself. I called Mr. Mover a couple of times to ask them what they wanted me to do with the empty wardrobe. I was told they'd pick it up, but they never did. I ended up collapsing it and recycling it.

They did a wonderful job packing and moving. Everything went very smooth. The guys were on-time, professional, and friendly. My only complaint is that there was some lack of communication between the office and the guys (they didn't know there was a storage space to be moved, they didn't know American Express was already authorized).

THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICED. WILLING TO GIVE ESTIMATE THAT THEY PROMISED NOT TO EXCEED 10% OF. HAD TO MOVE HEAVY THINGS UP 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. EVERYTHING WENT WELL. THEY PADDED WALLS IN THE APARTMENTS SO NO DAMAGE WOULD OCCUR.

The two men who came were very polite and very careful. The company was a delight to do business with.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. EXCELLENT PACKING AND MOVING. THE MOVING CREW WAS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, AND EFFICIENT. NOTHING WAS DAMAGED. EVERYTHING WAS PLACED EXACTLY WHERE I REQUESTED.

TERRY JUDD PROVIDED AN ON-SITE ESTIMATE. THE FINAL BILL WAS GUARANTEED NOT TO EXCEED THE ESTIMATE BY MORE THAN 10%. THE ESTIMATE FELL IN THE MIDDLE OF 2 OTHERS. I CHOSE MR. MOVER BECAUSE I FELT THEY WOULD TAKE THE BEST CARE OF MY THINGS AND I LIKED THEIR GUARANTEE. THE DAY BEFORE THE MOVE, ONE OF THE MOVERS CAME TO THE HOUSE AND INVENTORIED EVERYTHING. THE CREW CONSISTED OF 6 MEN WITH 2 TRUCKS. THEY ARRIVED PROMPTLY. THEY PADDED DOORWAYS SO THEY WOULDN'T GET SCRATCHED. THE GUYS WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY HARD-WORKING. THEY TOOK GREAT CARE WITH OUR THINGS. IT TOOK THEM ABOUT 6 HOURS TO COMPLETE THE MOVE, INCLUDING HELPING US RE-ASSEMBLE A BASIC WOODEN SWINGSET. WE ALSO UTILIZED THEIR BOX LOAN PROGRAM. THEY PROVIDE BOXES AT $2 PER BOX, WHICH IS REFUNDED WHEN YOU RETURN THE BOXES. THEY SELL PACKING TAPE AND WRAPPING PAPER AS WELL. I'D HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT. WE WERE EXTREMELY IMPRESSED.

THE COMPANY SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR THE MOVE. THESE GUYS WERE GREAT. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND HARD WORKING. THEY TREATED OUR BELONGINGS LIKE THEY WERE THEIR OWN. THEY WERE UNDER THEIR ESTIMATE FOR THE PRICE OF THE WORK. THE REPRESENTATIVES THAT ANSWER THE PHONE AND GAVE THE ESTIMATE WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AS WELL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

QUICK TO RESPOND, VERY FRIENDLY AND WAS AN EXCELLENT QUOTE. WE CHOSE ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE ALSO TOP RATED AND SLIGHTLY BEAT THE MR. MOVER QUOTE. I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO CONTACT MR. MOVER AGAIN.

CAME OUT VERY PROMPTLY AND DELIVERED A VERY PROFESSIONAL PRESENTATION AND QUOTE($1440). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY TWO CO-WORKERS. PRICE WAS VERY GOOD, BUT WE EVENTUALLY DECIDED TO MOVE OURSELVES. HAD WE DECIDED TO GO WITH A MOVER WE WOULD HAVE SELECTED MR. MOVER.

I WAS OVERALL HAPPY WITH THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE.

THE PEOPLE THAT CAME AND PACKED WERE FINE, NO PROBLEMS. WHEN THE MOVERS CAME TO THE HOUSE, IT LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE DOING FINE, BUT THEY HAD A NEW PERSON AND HE TRIPPED OVER A BOX. THE BOX PARTIALLY WENT THROUGH A WALL IN OUR NEW HOME. THE GUY DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING TO ME ABOUT IT, I THINK BECAUSE HE WAS SCARED AND NEW... THERE WERE ALSO MARKS ALL OVER THE WALL AND PAINT. I NOTICED THE DAMAGE AND THE OTHER WORKERS SAID TO CALL THE COMPANY AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. THEY TOLD ME TO GET QUOTES. I CALLED MY BUILDER AND HE REPAIRED THE WALL FOR FREE, SO I COULDN'T GET A QUOTE TO TAKE THE MOVER. THEY WOULDN'T REIMBURSE ME FOR THE DAMAGE BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A RECEIPT, SINCE THE BUILDER REPAIRED IT FOR FREE. THE LADY IN THE OFFICE DIDN'T APOLOGIZE FOR THE DAMAGE, OR ANYTHING. SHE SAID "WHY SHOULD I PAY YOU BACK FOR THE DAMAGE WHEN YOU DIDN'T PAY ANYTHING." I THINK ANGIE'S LIST SHOULD KNOW BECAUSE THEY DID NOT GO BEYOND WHAT WAS REQUIRED TO MAKE ME FEEL RIGHT ABOUT THE SITUATION.

OVERALL, IT WAS FINE. THE ESTIMATE WAS ACCURATE. IT MIGHT APPEAR A LITTLE HIGH, BUT WE HAD TO STORE OUR STUFF FOR 10 DAYS, SO WE PAID EXTRA FOR THAT. EVERYTHING TRAVELED WELL, AND UNPACKING THE TRUCK WENT QUICKER THAN WE THOUGHT IT WOULD. PRICE WAS PRETTY MUCH THE SAME AS EVERYONE ELSE'S QUOTE, EXCEPT THIS WAS GUARANTEED NOT TO EXCEED 10% OF QUOTE.

JUDY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO MY EMAIL INQUIRY. PROVIDED AN INITIAL ESTIMATE AND WORKED WITH ME TO IDENTIFY A WAY TO MAKE THE JOB MORE AFFORDABLE. I GOT SEVERAL OTHER QUOTES ALL IN LINE WITH THE INITIAL QUOTE. WE ASKED IF WE COULD GET THE WORK DONE WHEN THEY WERE IN THE AREA ON ANOTHER JOB TO ELIMINATE THE MINIMUM TIME REQUIRED FOR THE JOB. SHE WAS HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE AND WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE JOB FOR ALMOST HALF OF ANY OTHER QUOTE. HAD WE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THE WORK DONE FOR THIS PRICE WE WOULD HAVE NOT MOVED THE PIECE OF FURNITURE WITH THE REST OF THE SET. THE INITIAL QUOTES WERE ALMOST EQUAL TO THE PRICE OF THE PIECE OF FURNITURE WE MOVED.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND DID A GOOD JOB. THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WAS $547 AND EXPECTED IT TO BE 5.5 HOURS, BUT THEY GOT IT DONE IN 4.5.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I HAD ONE PORCELAIN BEDPOST FINIAL BROKEN, BUT THEY ARE TRYING TO GET IT FIXED. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY TIMETABLE.
