Mr. Mover of Ohio Inc

They were very professional, courteous, and didn't damage anything. It was an excellent experience. It was one of the best moves we've ever had.

The move was done by six men in two moving trucks in early September, 2006. The movers arrived on time, were very polite, completed the move ahead of schedule in one day with no damage of any kind to our belongings and best of all the final cost was over $300 below the estimated figure. Nothing but the best ratings for this company in all respects.

They were one of 3 companies to give us an estimate. We were required to go with the lowest bid.

They were courteous, thorough, clean, hardworking, and professional. It was the best bargain for the dollar I have ever spent! They put everything where it needed to go. A real plus is that they carry full replacement insurance in it's price. You don't have to pay extra for it. They were still hundreds of dollars under the other bids I received. There was one piece of furniture damaged and they sent someone out to repair it without any question.

I was extremely pleased with the crew from Mr. Mover. The crew showed up 15-30 min. early. The work order was for 3 men. They showed up with 5 men. They were very efficient and careful with our furniture. They asked if there were specifics regarding any of the furniture and the placement in the new house. They even came in a little under the original estimate.

It was six men and they moved us in about six hours. They were very nice, very friendly and aimed to please. They packed and unpacked for us too, and they did that great.

My experience with Mr. Mover left a bitter taste in my mouth. The workers were very careful with my stuff, but they took exceptionally long breaks (hourly pay) and asked for a tip when the job was finished. I thought this was exceptionally rude since I had moved a lot of my stuff ahead of time, and they used all but 1/4 of an hour of the estimated time. I felt I had been over charged. The office manager did correct the situation with a cost discount.

First crew was on time, polite and was done and out in less than an hour. Crew returning to replace furniture was late (Judy forgot about the appointment but got somebody out pretty quick when I called) but polite. They also were quick workers and got everything done in an hour. However, Crew #2 also insisted on a ''two hour minimum'' and therefore cost me twice as much. Since I needed it done then, I paid the extra.

They delivered the boxes and once I was done with the boxes they came and got them. (You pay up front and get your money back when finished.) They have 5 young men that help me move and they were polite and worked very hard. The price indicated was for the boxes only.

Scheduling was a mess, as they didn't have a truck ready when promised and pushed the move back a week or two. I was originally quoted $270 to move the cabinet, but was charged $360. I had discussed this with Judy, and she had no record of the $270 quote. We finally agreed to split the difference and she'd send me a $45 check. Six weeks later when I followed up nothing had been done, so I drove to their office to get the partial refund.

We checked Angie's list before calling anyone to help us move into our new home (2004). Because Mr. Mover received very high ratings, we thought to call them first. We called four other companies, but was not pleased after speaking with them. Two employees from Mr. Mover, both brothers helped us move. Before moving one of the brothers came to our old home to meet with me, drop off boxes and get a visual of what needed to be moved. He was very friendly and made me feel that my possessions would be in careful and good hands. We had what I thought a lot of furniture and odds and ends to be moved across town. I was surpirsed how little we paid for the amount of stuff we had. They were very professional and caring. We had moved before with a relative helping us, so I was dreading moving furniture again. One of the movers told me that we will be having a lot of fun. How could moving be fun, I thought to myself? Guess what? They took misery out of moving. Just slightly running over schedule.

Great company to work with. We plan to use Mr. Mover, when we move to our new house. Responsive to unique needs of the job, movers on time, confirmation calls were made prior to the move dates. Wonderful people!

They did a good job and got everything moved without damage. There was some differences between estimates in regard to the amount it cost and the amount that we paid.

I was totally satisfied. I will absolutely use them in the future.

They were polite, reasonably priced and on time. They were very careful with all of my furniture and no damage occurred. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Mr Mover was the only mover of four contacted that provided an in home estimate. Mr. Judd reviewed the contents of my house and told me what could be moved. He also gave suggestions on how I could speed the move up and lower my cost. The truck and two of the three movers showed up on time. The third mover was an hour late. The movers laid mats down to protect the floors and hung mats on wall corners that might get hit. They worked the entire time except for a break in the morning, one for lunch, and one in the afternoon. They beat their estimate by an hour. When I was presented the bill, they had already deducted the time for the initial missing mover without being asked. The only nit I have, I asked Mr. Judd about tipping and he said it wasn't necessary. The movers still asked for one at the end.

Very friendly and flexible. On time and extraordinarily helpful.

Mr. Mover packed and moved our household. We had used them previously and did not seek competing bids. Service was good, although one employee was a bit surly. I am not aware of and damages, although 10-20 boxes were delivered to the wrong locations within the house despite the fact that bright orange sticker said where they should go.

Company was on time & worked in a professional manner.

They damaged a chrome coffee table. He says it doesn't need to be replaced because it is corroded under the chrome (oxidized). They are saying they didn't do it, but I've moved the piece several times and it has never been damaged. He told me that he's not even going to do anything that he considers it to be resolved. He also knicked the corner of an end unit on a Stickley entertainment center. They also took a pillow that they got dirty and were supposed to dry clean it. I had to follow up after 2 1/2 weeks and Judy finally tracked it down to have it cleaned. I am pleased with her effort, but frustrated with the problems I've had getting issues resolved. Their work was fine until after 4pm when they seemed to lose interest. I would give them all A's up until 4:00 and after. I even had to go back and get some items they left behind (including an HDTV and DVD player). They were supposed to pack a mirror and bring it and never did.

Mr. Judd came to my home and provided me with an estimate that he guaranteed within a 10% margin. He explained his company's mission statement and cultural values. He has a very professional demeanor. But, is is warm and open as well. I cannot say enough about my experience with Terry and everyone I had the pleasure to meet and work with. This was the 20th move of my life and it was by far the best moving experience ever. Jason and his crew were polite, professional, and moved my furnishing as if they were their own. I was so very impressed with these young men. I will refer any one looking for a moving company whether you are moving across the street or across country. You will not be disappointed!

Mr. Mover included ''replacement value'' insurance. Other companies appeared competitive until they were asked to include full insurance coverage. The crew were competent and were great fun to work with on this very stressful day. They finished in less than the estimated time for which I was given a 22% reduction in price.

They were accommodating in scheduling. They did everything in a timely fashion. They were careful with our things.

The president of the company himself came to give the estimate. He was very professional, and the estimate was much lower than another estimate received from a different top-ranking Angie's List company. The movers were very polite and careful. Everything was delivered in good condition. The company insures every move for the full replacement value of all items at no extra charge.

They are just great. They were early, gentlemen, efficient and SO careful and thorough with our things. They wrapped all doorways and just about everything that would have potential of hitting furniture.
