The day of the move, 3 men arrived. Each of them were friendly and polite and they worked at a steady pace. They were careful with the items being moved and also took care not to damage anything in either home. I couldn't be more pleased with the great job and would highly recommend them if you have a move upcoming in your future.

Every employee did their best to assure a happy move - delivery was difficult but they did it cheerfully. Very professional from estimate to delivery. Mr. Mover was professional at all times and ready to help, however, they could and did. Keep up the good work.

They were very persistent! The freezer had to come up some steps that were curved, and other companies told me it could not be done. Mr. Mover kept trying until they were able to get it outside!

The owner came out to give an estimate. He was punctual and professional, and his estimate turned out very accurate. Judy was very kind over the phone answering additional questions. I used the free "box delivery and pick-up" service, and found it convenient. On the day of moving a team of four men arrived on time; they were friendly, courteous, and efficient. They worked very hard with only minimal breaks, and were extremely careful with the furniture as well as with the hardwood floor of the new house. They were very willing to accommodate to my needs. I not only appreciated their excellent service but enjoyed getting to know them. I thus recommend the team (Lee, Louk, LS, and Jerome) very highly.

I was very pleased with the work and the two men were prompt, courteous, and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

The 3-man crew arrived on time and worked hard until the job was done, only stopping for a half-hour lunch break taken on the way from the old place to the new place. Overall, things went well, and the total ended up being a little less than the estimate. The movers were friendly and hard workers. I am not a fan of the blatant trolling for tips (I think that is something that should be discussed at the time of the estimate, not by the movers on moving day), but I had planned to tip if things went well and because they did, I did tip as planned. I had an insane amount of stuff to be moved, but they did it in a reasonable time and with a good attitude.

They were very thorough and very careful with our furniture. The price came up a little higher than expected and they were shy both of men and trucks from what they told us during the walk through. They were, however, very nice people and did an exceptional job in the move.

They did an adequate job but took many breaks and lunch while on the clock (they are paid by the hour, not the job). They broke the leg off of an expensive piece of exercise equipment (an elliptical) and tried to hide the damage. The head mover for the job informed me at the end that it was customary to tip them.

They were very professional, on time and took care of my move. I will be using them again.

The men showed up a little early. They did a good job. They were very careful with my furniture and my woodwork and doors. I wasn't aware until I was handed the bill that I was being charged a full hourly rate for the ten minutes before the hour that the crew started working and for the twenty minutes after the hour when they finished. Thus, a job I expected would cost $180 ended up costing $270.

Overall it went very well. The movers were on time and only took a short break over the 2 to 3 hr. job. They were pleasant and there was no recognizable damage. The only item I was unaware of was the charge for the drive time to get to and from the job from the Mr. Mover site which received the same hourly rate as when they were actually doing the moving work - charged a full hour for this drive time which I was not crazy about. If we were not charged for this 'drive' time (or at a lesser rate) I would have given them A's across the board.

The movers showed up on time and were friendly, professional and efficient. They placed plastic covering on the carpets and padding over the banisters at both homes. There was not one ding on the paint or the furniture! By far, this is the best experience I have ever had with a moving company. And who would figure that the most reasonable estimate would be the one with the best quality? I highly recommend them.

Overall, it was a positive experience. The movers were friendly and courteous. We had some minor damage which could have been handled better. Some honesty would gone a long way. Some of the damage was repaired at the earliest.

Scott Judd did an excellent job of explaining the process and their business when he arrived at my residence to give an estimate. I called their office shortly after he left and set the move appointment. Unfortunately, they never showed at our arranged day/time. When I called to inquire where they were, I learned they didn't even have me on the schedule. I was furious, as I had many arrangements set up around this move. The glitch was apparently in their paperwork process. To make things right, they offered to move me the next day for FREE. I couldn't get my move day back, but I felt they went above and beyond to the best of their abilities to stand behind their reputation and to correct the issue. The next morning, the movers arrived right on schedule, were a pleasure to work with and took great care with my belongings. I was very impressed with the quality of work they did. They didn't rush through the job, but rather, were more focused on doing the job correctly.

Did a good job within the estimate with minimal damage- all damage has been repaired.

Scott is the one who came out and gave us the original estimate. He was very professional. When he found out we wanted our playset moved as well he took measurements to make sure they would send out a truck with the proper dimensions. The day of the move was bitter cold, but two teams arrived and quickly got everything loaded onto the trucks. They were quick on the unloading end too until the very end. When they pulled out of the driveway at the rental they hit the mailbox. Judy had us pick out a new replacement mailbox and then we were quickly reimbursed. Because the crew worked non stop in the cold December weather we tipped each man on the team $30.

Job 2: They had limited breaks and got the job done quickly. They were both extemely pleasant and helpful. Again, we were even more surprised. To move the WHOLE HOUSE, we ended up paying around the quoted estimate for just the furniture. There were some very minor marks on some walls, but I can't imagine anyone being able to get all our stuff in without that. Cleaned up fine. We would definitely use them again! Job 2: This is the second time in several months we've hired this company. This was a smaller job than the last, as we were just helping to move some items from my in-law's home to a condo. I underestimated the amount of items when I made the appointment, but the guys were great and didn't complain when it turned out to be a little more. As before, they were SO FAST! They got in and out in record time. They had to move a couch through the front window. No complaints from them, no problems with the situation. The fee was exactly as quoted.

Mr. Mover we very efficient and professional from our first meeting. The owner of the company met with us and explained how the cost was estimated, how far ahead to call for the scheduled mover date, and advice on how to pack. We recieved great service. The men who moved our belongings were very careful, quick, and efficient. They asked where we wanted the furniture located at the new home and were very open to moving items when we requested they be put in another area. The men paid attention to the marked boxes placing these items in the correct rooms. The clothing in the closets were placed in hanging boxes and when delivered were placed in the closet. We give Mr. Mover ''A'' ratings in all categories. Price, efficiency, care, communication, and professionalism.

The work went very well. The team (4) was well mannered, polite and personable. The team made every effort to make sure there would be no damage during the move and that I was satisfied with the work that was being done. I am delighted and will recommend Mr Mover of Ohio to others.

I was impressed in the beginning when Terry Judd came out personally to quote his company. I chose Mr. Mover based on that meeting as well as Angie's List reports. The move from our home in Utica was great. Movers came on time, did a great job and also moved that piano. The 2nd move was not as smooth. Movers were late. Instead of 4 to 5 men, there were only 2. Some had called in sick. We found out that in the process of moving/storage, a knob from our washer had been broken. They sent people out to fix it. We almost had a flooding situation because those workers assumed the movers had tightened everything on the washer, so when I ran a load of clothes, water leaked out and down into the basement. Those workers came back immediately and fixed everything. We moved into our home in March. About a month ago, I was loading china into my hutch in the dining room and found a two inch hole in the back. We never spotted it before because it was unloaded and set against a wall.

The crew arrived on time about 8:30 am. They were very careful with all items and very pleasant and kind to my children and family. They were also very fast, finishing loading up my home into vans in less than 2 hours. We were surprised. They unloaded items in short order and moved the rest to storage. I would recommend them highly. In fact, I have already recommended them to friends.

My order was for two men @ $95 per hour, and a team of three showed up to do the move. However they informed me that I would be charged only for two. The team was prompt, efficient, careful and exceedingly courteous and professional. Mr. Mover's original telephone estimate was for a two-hour job. After arrival, the three-man team completed everything and departed within 1 hour and 15 minutes. But the team leader presented a bill for three hours at the rate for two men. When I challenged the total time, he said that Mr. Mover's minimum fee was for three hours, regardless of the actual time. I told him that the lady who gave me the telephone estimate had failed to inform me of such a minimun. Nevertheless, I paid the bill without complaining, because a two-man team might have taken more than two hours to complete the job.

After living in the former home for 28 years and raising our family there, we had a lot of things to move, not so much furniture (we purchased mostly new for the new home), but a lot of boxes (clothing, kitchenware, glassware collection, etc.) We were very pleased with the service. Everyone we dealt with, from the person answering the telephone to the estimator to the movers, were very professional and pleasant to work with. Since we had so many boxes, the coupon for box delivery was very helpful. We rented 74 boxes from them and it didn't cost a penny, considering the coupon savings and the deposit return.

VERY DISHONEST! Co. rep & owner met with us separately and both explained that Mr. Mover was superior to a "van lines" mover because they do not put multiple households together on the truck, thus ensuring firm pick-up and delivery dates. THIS WAS A TOTAL LIE. A few days before move, co. said they needed to come a day EARLY. When crew arrived, they were moving 3 households together on 1 large truck. At NO TIME did sales rep or owner ever say that there was EVEN A POSSIBILITY that this would happen. Their sales pitch to the contrary was blatantly dishonest. Delays w/ other deliveries, mechanical breakdown & lost drivers resulted in 2 day delivery delay & my husband missing a day at his new job. In fairness to the moving crew, they were great-very efficient & extremely careful. Our complaint is not with the moving crew, it is with the dishonesty of the owner and sales rep. Company ended up paying for 2 nights in a hotel and reduced invoice by $150, which doesn't excuse their dishonest.

They were the lowest bid. I felt that their estimate documentation was sketchy, so I decided to go with another company. I didn't have a good feeling of what I was getting.
