Mr. Mover of Ohio Inc

Pam worked with me to work out a schedule, that worked with mine. Everything arrived safely and right on time. It was a very hectic time, and the professionalism and expertise of the movers was excellent. Kudos to the crew leader! He was great. The only problem I had was that the crew was in huge rush. The company is so good, that they are overbooked! It felt, at times, like the crew was the customer...they were in a frantic rush. Thanks Pam for helping me move again! You're great...

Nothing got broken, they dropped off plenty of boxes that we could use to move. Outside of one guy helping himself to my last redbull, I was very happy with the service they provided.

Phenomenal, personalized service. In addition to friendly, punctual workers, they really listen to your concerns and pay special attention to what is important. For ex: I had a large bookcase. It had been damaged when being moved in the past. They came out several days in advance to disassemble it and mark each component so that move day would go smoothly. At the end of the move day, they brought in 3 extra workers to reassemble and hoist into place.

Very good. This was my fourth interstate move in 25 years and Mr. Mover was by far the best mover I have used. Pickup and delivery was as and when promised and no surprises at the end. We had three bids and Mr. Mover was the lowest. The final bill was exactly the amount of estimate. They even helped with some of the last minute packing at no additional charge. Nothing was lost or damaged.

Where to begin? First let me say that I WOULD NOT recommend this company because my review is lengthy and many of you won’t take the time to read it so I’m letting you know up front. The details are as follows. I scheduled the move 3 wks in advance. The receptionist asked me about items we would be moving and since we were downsizing it was not a 4 bedroom, full house move. We brought very little furniture. Most of the move was already packed boxes and bins, garage items (lawnmower, snowblower), small frig, freezer. We had them move a washer and dryer to our next door neighbor and deliver sofa and chair to our daughter. The first quote she gave me was for a two man crew with an estimate of $647. She also offered to have a crew in the area drop off some used boxes and wrapping paper. Sold!! Not so fast, my friend! 4 days before the move I placed a follow up call since no boxes had materialized and no one had called me to confirm. This time I spoke with a different person who seemed very perplexed at the information I was given during the first call. I know that the information was correct because I had the notes I had taken during the call. It soon became clear that I needed a 3 man crew and bigger truck $$$$$. She said that normally they have someone come out to the house for an estimate - this was not offered to me when scheduled 3 wks in advance. She then stated that it was too late for that. I was told they would arrive between 8-830. They got to my house at 920 - this was confirmed by 2 people other than myself. I showed them the items to be moved and said I had budgeted for 7 hrs @ $180/hr. They confirmed that they could do it in that time frame. At the time of payment I was informed that they were charging me for 8 1/2 hrs!!!! I was never informed that their drive time to my house before the move was included and he said they arrived at 830 - wrong!! He took 1/2 hr off and charged me for 8. The lack of professionalism with the office staff and the cost over run made this a very unpleasant experience. Moving is stressful enough without all of the above mentioned short comings. So if you don’t mind lack of follow up and your budget allows for massive over runs then this is the company for you but I would recommend you go elsewhere.

Staff was on-time, friendly and did quick work. They were extremely efficient and packed the truck well. Only concern was they didn't know how to install the wood bulkhead, but truck driver was able to adjust it.

Mister Mover is an excellent, well run company! We have used them twice in the past few years and their quality, care of our belongings and long term employees are excellent workers...they don't stop until the job is complete!! They used plenty of blankets to ensure our goods would be protected and their on time service both from the office and moving employees are great people of integrity! If they haven't received an Angie's List Award, they should!!

Three gentlemen were fast, responsive, courteous, and extremely hard working. They accomplished the move in record time and with no inconvenience to me. I felt they were professional and caring during the whole process. I would recommend them and definitely hire them again. Completely pleased.

Everyone from Mr. Mover was extremely helpful and polite. The fellows who helped me pack were very careful and accomplished a lot in a short time. The group that loaded and unloaded the trucks did it in even less time than the estimate, which was very reasonable to start with. I would highly recommend them.

The move went flawless! Sub zero wind chill temperatures, actual temperature was 8. Two trucks, 5 men, they packed and moved everything without complaints of snow and cold. This what true professionals do. Thank you Mr. mover!!

From the day I called them until we were unloaded in Tenn was 7 days. They loaded all of our stuff in two trucks in two days, drove straight to our place in Tenn, and unloaded both trucks in 5 hours. The owners were very hands-on and were present during both days of packing. They brought 7 packers and just did a great job. All of the company employees were professional, very hard working, and polite. Everyone showed up on time and worked through to the finish. I've moved 13 times in a 25 year military career - hands down this was the BEST move we have ever had and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys to anyone needing their services.

The move was absolutely painless! The crew was prompt, courteous and fun! They were meticulous and so very careful in the way they packed and moved my things. No damages whatsoever.

The crew was extremely careful and a pleasure to deal with. They worked quickly but carefully.

The movers were great, even when confronted with obstacles (like getting a piano down a small flight of stairs). They worked hard and found solutions to the seemingly impossible. And they did it in the rain.

Everything went amazingly well. Every time I move, multiple things break, but this time only one thing broke and they quickly mailed me a check. All their workers were very professional. I've moved a lot and finally a moving company that I would hire again--but hopefully I won't have to move again!

We could not be happier with the results! Me. Mover arrived on time, worked hard but we're very careful with all our furniture. We had prepared for the move by packing and moving most of the "smaller" stuff, taking apart beds, disconnecting the washer and dryer, etc. Everything was on the truck within two hours, including a piano, washer and dryer, and freezer. In two more hours we were moved into our new place with all furniture set in the correct rooms ready to go. We found a couple of minor scratches on one chair, and no other damage. We would highly recommend this company!!!!

The movers arrived on time and took great care when moving articles.

Arrived right on time and were courteous and professional from the beginning to the time the job was completed. Took extra care with everything, even helped me get dust ruffle on the bed before putting down the mattress. These guys worked hard the whole time! Asked questions if they needed clarification about where something went - or anything. The estimate bid was the $$ amount we paid. Would recommend Mr. Mover to anyone.

Went well overall! The two downsides were 1) they only provided 2 of the 3 men promised and 2). the office guy who surveyed our apartment prior to the move underestimated the amount of stuff we had so the truck was too small. This meant the moving day lasted a bit longer than anticipated. However, Mr. Mover did not charge us for the extra trip they had to take for the rest of our stuff, and then gave us a serious discount since they didn't have all the men promised. Overall very happy with their customer service and the movers were very professional and polite. We did not notice any damage to our furniture and would be happy to use them again for any future moves.

Very well. Dave and Mark were wonderful. We picked up first load from storage unit, took to condo, then took some items to parent's home, left a few things and picked up bedroom furniture and some living room furniture. Also dropped off a washer and dryer that were in condo and moved my washer and dryer from storage unit. I had 14 boxes of books that were heavy My place was on the third floor with no elevator. The movers were wonderful and worked very hard. No complaints even though it was difficult. They were very respectful of my things and did a wonderful job. I would definitely hire them again. They also put together my bed frame for me and put the boxes in the rooms I requested them to be put in.

All went very well. The staff was professional and friendly.

Mr. Mover did a great job. Good communication with crew and office staff. Moving crew arrived within estimated time window and completed the job on time. Cost was less than estimate.
