They were very accommodating and flexible, which we really appreciated. Their employees were courteous, professional, and conscientious. I have hardwood floors and newly painted walls; none of which were scratched or dented. I will never use another company again because I am so impressed with Mr. Mover of Ohio.

They have a really fair price and a great service. They do everything on time. They take care of everything. The man who helped me was very friendly.

Overall we were satisfied. They handed everything okay. There were a few things that we disagreed on but we able to come to a solution.

They moved our other son in October of 2011 and they did a good job. Their price was very competitive. One thing good was that they provided boxes that you can borrow or rent. They charge you a fee for that upfront. If they get their boxes back, they reimburse the fee and that was very attractive. You don’t have to go and buy a bunch of boxes. They arrived on time. They did a nice job in putting the things on the truck. Nothing was scratched up while putting the things in the apartment. They took good care of the things. It’s a high quality company. They deliver good service for what they charge. They treat your furniture like it was their own. It was a good experience. I would use them in the future.

Arrived on time. Worked very hard, were careful, Finished unloading in a prompt manner. Very professional and nice to deal with.

They were careful when moving our things. They were on time. They quoted us a price but the cost was a little more than the quote and they eventually just took the quoted price. Things that were damaged they tried to fix them.

They were spectacular. They came out and gave me an estimate. The movers themselves were fast and extremely professional. They even provided little style recommendations on where our furniture should go in our new home.

Overall, I am okay with my moving experience and there are a couple things that are worth noting. First, Mr. Mover was competitively priced with United Movers but I chose Mr. Mover because they could guarantee that my belongings would arrive the next day whereas a United shipment would arrive during a window time frame. This window did not work for my schedule so the next day was exactly what I needed. The estimate process was smooth and required a visit to my residence. The estimator was punctual and seemed thorough. In my case, there would be one day of packing and then loading on the truck the next day and finally delivery the day after that (21-23 Dec 11). On loading day one person arrived to pack my belongings and it seemed that perhaps it could have been more efficient since he did not actually pack everything and stated he could easily 'knock-it-out' the next day with another person. Clearly all my belongings got packed up the next day but even this appeared to take more time than the driver anticipated so I got the perception that he may not have been totally prepared for what he encountered on both days. The delivery was delayed a few hours because of an issue with the condo building and at first the driver seemed concerned about it since he wanted to arrive first thing in the morning whereas the condo stated between 12-4pm. The driver didn't arrive until around 2pm anyway since they claimed mechanical problems the previous evening enroute and everything just sort of worked out scheduling wise. My belongings arrived in good condition but I did have two items that were damaged. One dresser had to be glued together after they left and frankly it is press-wood so I'm not overly concerned. My bed was damaged by the movers and will ultimately need to be replaced at some point in the future but I'm not overly concerned since it's from IKEA and not the most sturdy item. One lesson though, I would have personally disassembled the bed versus having the driver use his power drill that totally stripped the fasteners and as a result I had him screw in a large wood screw to secure the frame so I could at least use the bed. My only complaint and just as a matter of courtesy was the fact that Mr. Mover charged me an additional $150 on top of the $3000 we negotiated for the move. This extra charge was for the 'long carry' experienced at my new location and I don't dispute that however, I didn't realize the charge until I reviewed my credit card statement. I would have really appreciated being notified of the additional charge before hand instead of after the fact. I would use Mr. Mover again but I would be more involved in disassembly/reassembly and inquisitive about the 'final' charges.

Everything went well. They worked quickly and efficiently without causing any damage, and they came in under their estimate. The workers were friendly as well.

It went well (for me, anyway). There were multiple boxes and heavy furniture. Much of the stuff had to be placed in very tight quarters, and the men were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and would use them again myself.

I found them on Angie's List. I would definitely use them again. I have used them twice. The price was reasonable. They did a great job. They were very thorough with the packing. Nothing got broken.

I was more than satisfied with my choice. They were polite, quick, prompt and handled my precious things with great care. They have climate controlled and secure storage facilities. As the move progressed, I changed my mind several times as to what I would be taking to Storage and what I would be taking to Stow. They easily and professionally handled the changes. It was like friends helping you move without the hassles and broken pieces!!! To make matters even more complicated, I had hurt my back and could not be of much help in giving directions. They took this in consideration and worked with me. I could not think of having any other movers who would have been so respectful of my situation. I had a very full home of belongings including lots of pictures, mirrors, decorations, glass, marble, shoes, hats and clothing. They knew how to pack everything. The delivery to Stow was difficult and yet they handled themselves very professionally. Each and everyone of the crew were well trained and polite. Thank you, Jeff and your great crew! I recommend you highly.

We had a very poor experience with our move. Many items were left in the home that should have been moved. clothing, multiple boxes, glass table top etc. We had to load these items in our car and van and move them ourselves after the move. A door upstairs was left off the hindges. I am not sure why the movers did not have me do a walk through before they left. A sofa was supposed to be moved by the movers to the garage last thing. I discovered that it was not moved after they left so they were nice enough to send another crew to move it which we appreciated. The items to be moved were all clearly labeled as to where they were to go in the home. We discovered after the movers left that over 15 boxes that should have been placed in the home were in the garage which was stacked 3 high or more with boxes. We were unable to find our clothing, toothbrushes,shoes and had to dig through the boxes to find items that we needed to be able to function in our new home. In a nutshell the move was a disaster, my husband is in his 80's, me in my 60's. I have used Mr. Mover several times before and had an excellent experience. I rarely see a negative review, so our experience must be unusual. Money was not the issue, the price was very fair for the work involved. I hope Mr. Mover can correct the problems with the crew so that someone on the crew can make sure that all items are removed from the home and that they go to the proper place in the home to complete the move. t

Moved our belongings from Columbus, Ohio to Austin, Texas. They were the only company the said they would take one truck and one crew all the way there and all the way back. I was very pleased with the workers and the professionalism. They got the stuff there and moved in a timely fashion and we did not have to wait several days. I recommend them to anyone in the future.

We were given a quote by visiting the house. The quote was for 4 movers for 8 hours which we initially thought was a little high. But it proved out to be quite accurate. We changed the moving date a couple of times and every time, the phone person (Judy?) was very courteous and accommodating. Did not have any scheduling problem. On the day of the move, the movers(charlie, Kellen, Anthony, Sam) arrived at 9:30 and after understanding what not to move, went straight to work. They worked only with a small (20 mins) lunch break for almost 7-8 hours. They were very polite and skilled at their work. They covered all entrances and stairs railings with cloths and were very careful not to damage any walls. Unloading was equally efficient and handled with care. Each time, they took time to make rounds with us in the house and made sure we were OK with what is being moved and where it is being kept. I would hire them again and would recommend them, especially this crew. The only improvement is that they could have brought a bigger truck. The one that they brought, they had to make two trips, although the total time was close to estimated.

The two men arrived almost 5 hours after they'd said they'd come, but they called twice to tell me they'd be delayed. When they did come, the apologized. I learned that one man had been with the company quite a while and was very professional but the other was in his first week with the company. They'd already worked longer than anticipated that day and the second guy wanted to get done as fast as he could. The more experienced man kept telling him to slow down and be more careful. Eventually the second man dropped something heavy on an antique desk and made a chip in it. They boxed a lot of things that I'd thought I'd be able to handle myself, but ran out of time. So the cost went up. Nevertheless, I was happy overall with their work. I'd use them again if I knew the second guy wouldn't be part of the crew!

From my initial phone call to Mr. Mover, Judy was informative and friendly on the phone when I called for information, which influenced me want to use them over other moving companies. I described the amount of furniture and boxes that we had to move and Judy provided me with an estimate of the cost. On the day of the move, they arrived at our house at the scheduled time and performed a miracle in getting all the furniture and boxes into their van. (They are good at packing efficiently into a truck.) The men were very polite and helpful. At our destination, they unloaded carefully and quickly. Nothing was broken or scratched. Despite the extreme heat and the walk up to the 3rd floor, they were very considerate (laying down carpet protectors and wiping their feet before entering) and pleasant. While Mr. Mover was not the cheapest movers that I found, they were worth every extra penny for my peace of mind. I would use them again anytime.

I was impressed. The owner of the company came out to give an estimate and was very professional and thorough. The estimate was also $300 cheaper than others I got. The movers were on time and professional, quick, and took care of our belongings - no damage whatsoever.

I called the day before I needed help, and they were able to work my little job in--tremendously helpful about it and flexible, without (I believe) messing up their other jobs. Dealing with them was just great: calls returned, follow-through on every score, price set and adhered to in spite of a small communication snafu. My stuff was moved quickly, efficiently and courteously and they were as good as their word.

They did great! I was quoted $120.00 , but paid $200.00 because I had added some things for them to move and they were very happy to help. Some items had to be disassembled to fit down our narrow condo stairs, they put everything back together. Everything was moved with great satisfaction. They men were very friendly, qualified, professional and nice. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank You!
