Move went very well. Judy in the office handled all the details and was very helpful. Scott ran the move and was a professional. All furniture and collectables made it safely with no damage. Fantastic movers!

From start to finish we received excellent service. Judy manages the operations and does a great job. She paid attention to our requests and made it all happen as we desired. The crews were professional and a pleasure to work with. We had no substantive damage to any of our stuff.

A very professional crew. They were courteous, took good care of our possessions and carefully covered all carpets before they started moving. I was very satisfied with their work.

When I called, Pam (who I think was the name of the women who answered) was great and she was able to get the guys over late that afternoon since they were in the area. I explained that the stairway and hallway the couch had to go through to get to the second floor room was very narrow and there may be a chance they can't do it. My husband and inlaws tried already and got it stuck! It was now sitting in our tenants downstairs unit. I asked if we would be charged if the job could not get done and she said no. That that was great! So, I said let's do it. The guys got there and were very quick and professional. They looked at the space it had to go through, they shrink wrapped the couch to make the dimensions a little smaller and they made a valiant effort to get it into the room. Unfortunately, Do to our very old house and narrow door frames and hallway, it didn't make it through the hall. They brought it back down into the 1st floor unit, put all our doors back on (yes, they had to take off 3 doors! our tenant's front door, the front door to the second floor and the door at the top of the stairway) and said they would come back with another guy and proper ladder to take it up our front balcony. One way or another, they were determined to get the job done! But, he did not feel comfortable doing that that night as it was now dark. Safety come first. And I agreed. They came back Friday as planned and were AMAZING! Those guys hoisted that couch up a ladder and through our second floor balcony with no problem. It took no time! They had to take the screens down, and put them back up on and cleaned everything up. They were great! Well worth the money! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

The guys were great and very professional. it took the entire day (I mean the entire day) to get everything moved, but they were troopers the whole time! Very pleased with their services and would be more than willing to use them again!!

Wow! This company was great! I interviewed 4 companies- Terry, the owner, showed great customer service and attention to detail on the needs of our move. I felt like I hired a company that actually cared about my move and not just another transaction. From inventory to the crew of 4 hard working guys, nothing but first class service. I was absolutely stunned on the prep the guys did to protect my home- plastic or boxes on the high traffic areas. I am so glad I got the last estimate and used this company. There rates were very comparable (if not significantly less!) than others. Give them a call!!

They did a very good job, and were very professional. They had an excellent value for the service.

Very well. The men are all very friendly and personable. They work hard and are careful with our belongings. The banisters are covered as well as the floors. I have some very heavy pieces of furniture which they were able to maneuver...and they let me change my mind a couple of times on where to place a piece in the room.

This is the second time we are using this company in the last 6 months. I called Judy to schedule, she was very professional, very understanding and she was quick to respond and she sent 2 movers within 48 hours. They arrived on time and were very pleasant and friendly. I took Aaron and Chris around the home and showed them what we want moved. They were very fast and did a great job. I do not remember the name of the other 2 gentlemen that moved stuff about 3 months ago-they too were wonderful. I strongly recommend this company. They are very professional, very prompt and punctual and they have a good group of employees. This is the only movers that will use. Wonderful people and very affordable, very punctual. They do the job right. And always with a smile.

We purchased nine commercial shelving units from an old warehouse to organize a basement in a very old commercial building. We were able to load the items ourselves because we could drive the truck right into the warehouse and we did not have to carry anything any distance. Even taken apart into pieces, the parts were large and very heavy. At our destination, we were unwilling to even attempt to get these items into the basement because we knew we would cause considerable damage. Mr Mover employees unloaded the truck, carried parts through 3 narrow doorways, over very expensive flooring, past very expensive furniture and helped assemble the units in the basement which was around an impossibly narrow corner and down steep narrow steps. Because of space limitations, we were unable to utilize any variety of wheeled carrier. The guys did a great job. Nothing got nicked, or gouged or dropped. They showed up on time, carried ridiculously heavy loads and were very careful with everything. We did much of the assembly ourselves while the men carried things in from the truck. We were very pleased and would definitely hire them again.

Received a card in the mail to explain the services provided. Impressed with the owner who gave us the estimate. They showed us items that were damaged prior to the move so that we were aware before moving. Had containers to place all hanged clothes. Courteous workers that gained our trust. Prices are very reasonable for the work.

Everything went very smoothly from the estimate given to us by the owner right through the delivery and placement of our furniture in our new home in Arizona. The couple that was the driving team, Pam & Jeff were very helpful with all of our requests and very careful with all of our belongings including an antique tea cart that arrived in perfect condition. Nothing was broken or damaged which was our greatest worry. They did a fantastic job!!!

I needed a mover to put my things into storage for the long term. I have a lot of family antiques and wanted an organization that would take good care of them. Initially I called another mover for a price quote. He had me walk around the house and describe my furniture to him, then he gave me a quote. I wanted someone to come to my house, look around and talk to me. My second call was to Mr. Mover. Pam answered the phone and scheduled Jeff to come to my house. She came with him. They were very knowledgeable and won my confidence immediately. A bonus was that their price was lower than the one quoted over the phone by the other company. Pam happens to live near me, so she and Jeff brought me boxes as I needed them and showed me how to pack breakables. Someone from Mr. Mover was always available for every question I had. The team that came to load the truck was cheerful, friendly and professional. They wrapped all of the furniture in pads and had it loaded up in no time. The price they charged me came out to be $25.00 less than the quote Pam & Jeff gave me. Another bonus!

Scheduled the move approximately one month in advance, one day before the move the moving company called to change the time to an hour and half later, movers were then over an hour late from that time. Movers reported they did not know about the storage unit even though I specified it when scheduling (they did do it anyways). Movers took a cigarette break and left cigarette butt on my front porch. Also, sloppy, ie left wood piles in a messy heap rather than stacking and did not wear anything to cover their shoes when moving items into the house.

The guy was very professional. The quote was very detailed. I thought the price was reasonable. I was happy with the guy who came out to give me a quote. I was happy with the quote. The quote was approximately over $1700.

They were beyond fabulous. They went above and beyond with everything.

went great from start to finish. the 3 guys they sent knew what they were doing and took pride in there work. they made the misery of moving as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend them.

It was a great experience - from the owner, Terry, who came to give us an estimate, to the movers, Yves and Kyle, who did the heavy lifting. Not only were they professional and sensitive to covering the banister and furniture carefully, they were friendly and cheerful and worked without resting on an 80 degree day. We will definitely call Mr. Mover again when we want the furniture returned after renovation.
