Moore & Sons Tree Service

Everything went well. We have used Moore and Sons for all of our tree service needs, and they always do excellent work

They were very professional over the phone and provided a prompt quote. I ended up using someone else but was happy with experience with Moore and Sons.

I have used Moore and Sons Tree Service for the past few years -- from removing a large tree to our tree trimming every couple years. Terry is wonderful to deal with -- he is clearly knowledgable and really cares about doing a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were definitely punctual. They cleaned up everything and even raked my yard. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.

He made suggestion as what to put in. He had his crew take out hedges and stumps. He came back himself and did the planting. He did a superb job. He met me at a local nursery so I could see exactly what plants he was going to put in. He went out of his way to do a super job for me.

They could not get any equipment into my back yard so it was just the men and their saws. The ash tree was leaning toward the house and over a patio. They did a fantstic job. When they were finished not even one leaf on the many plants we have was broken. They cleaned the mess up so well you would never know they had been here. I have used Moore and Sons Tree service before and I would definitely use them again. It was also the best price of the five companies I got quotes from.

First job involved removing 3 dying trees and trimming a huge maple tree at my newly purchased residence; second job was to grind out 3 stumps from trees lost in the September windstorm; third job (and most recent) involved replacing 3 trees lost last year.

Mr. Moore and his team were prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

Came over the day I called to look at the tree and give an estimate. He thought he could be out the next day to do the work. He was unable to come the next day, but called to let me know he wouldn't make it and would come on Monday instead. Showed up on Monday, as promised and got the tree back up and staked into the ground.

They did a good job. It took them a little while to get out to me, but that was because of the huge windstorm. They got there within a couple of weeks and took care of the situation. There was no problem.

The process went well, though it was delayed in both the original call back and completion of the work once we accepted the proposed cost for the work. Delays were due to the autumn overload of tree work from high wind damages to many trees in the area. This was explained and was not a problem. Mr. Moore gave clear explanations of the work to be done, and the people who completed the work did just that. All the workers were respectful and completed the work as expected.

They were fine. They cleaned up neatly and stacked the wood. They were polite to each other.

They did a good job. They were concerned about a damaged limb and tried their best to save it-explained all to us. We have used them before and again their price was the lowest of any we received.

Though we had to wait a few weeks to get the trees trimmed due to unforeseen extra work for the company, it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend Terry and Sons to anyone who needs tree service.

They cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional and reasonable. When they said they were going to do the job they did it in a reasonable time. They also removed a tree stump.

Placed call to them and left message to call back. They did not return call for about three days but came out in about a week to look at job and gave me verbal proposal and then took another week to get written proposal. They came out on day scheduled and did job while I was gone which was great and did a good job.

Very easy to work with and very hard working crew. Terry Moore came to the site to confirm the work and answer questions before they began. Terry and Joe are very knowledgeable and made recommendations that influenced our decisions in a positive way. The crew worked non-stop to complete the job and our yard was in great shape after they left. The trees were reshaped and they look great. The job turned out better than we ever thought it would. I will be hiring them again to replace the trees that died. Terry walked through my neighborhood with me and showed me the trees that he would recommend for the replacement. He was very informative and patient with our questions. They were punctual, professional, and affordable. I would highly recommend. I have used in the past with similar results and I will definitely hire again.

They are professional, wonderful people. They are very knowledgeable.

They were very nice and came out soon after we called for an estimate. They gave a verbal and written quote. They gave us different options of quotes too. They seemed fair. They had the work done within a week of us agreeing on the quote. The person they had come out for the stump removal was good as well.

This is the second time I've used this company. Their service is FANTASTIC! Not only is their work on the trees impeccable, there is absolutely no debris left. The only way you can tell they were at the site is by seeing how wonderful your trees now look. I'm going to use them to remove an old tree at the company I work for. I have complete confidence in their work, and will recommend them to anyone.

This is the fourth time we have used Moore and Sons - we will continue to use them. I have been very pleased with their service. Terry, the owner, is quick to return calls. The guys who come to work are conscientious. I would highly recommend them.

Terry was quick to call me back, took care of the main service himself and did a fantastic job! He is good about following up and took care of a small problem with my fence after another contractor had some troubles with it. I am very impressed with his knowledge about trees and extremely pleased with his professionalism. I am planning on calling him again for other services in the future.

Very well. Provided estimate quickly. Called before work was to be done (as requested), showed up as scheduled, moved all patio furniture that was under trees, cleaned up the mess completely. Can't evaluate overall job at this time as it's still winter and trees have not come out yet.

Terry met me on site to evaluate the work to be performed. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He said he would send a written estimate and was true to his word. He performed the work when he said he would and for the cost estimated. We are pleased and would have them back to do more work.
