Moore and Sons' crew members were punctual and courteous. They did a very nice job trimming two trees and the cleaning afterward. Mr. Moore planted 2 dogwood and 1 cherry trees himself. He advised and patiently explained to me step by step how to care for the trees. He came back two weeks later right after I called him about the cherry tree being damaged by some deer. He pruned and secured the tree trunk with no extra charge. We are very pleased with the services and would highly recommend Moore and Sons Tree Service.

Very well. Shrubs were removed, top soil added where needed and mulch applied. Care was taken to not harm surrounding plants. You would never know that the shrubs had ever been there. Excellent work.

We had extensive storm damage to four of our trees. Three of the trees were over forty feet tall with large limbs from one oak tree landing on the roof and causing major roof damage. Terry Moore came out immediately, surveyed the damage, and scheduled for his crew to start work the next morning. His crew was at our house working for over eight hours. When they finished their work, you would have never known they were there. The quality of the work and clean-up was exceptional. Terry frequently checked in with his crew and met with me after the work was completed to make sure we were satisfied. We have used Moore and Sons Tree Service in the past and will continue to use them in the future. It is a great company!

We have used Moore and Sons tree service several times and we have been very happy with their work. We have a large tree in the back yard with limbs that were touching the roof. Terry Moore responded promptly to my call and we looked at all of our trees. He suggested a treatment for insects in one tree, which will save the tree. His estimate covered the tree limbs on the roof and also trimming two other trees. The work was done today. The crew was very professional and polite. They worked quickly and did a complete clean up.

We called and asked that a limb be cut off of our tree where it over hung the garage. The Forman said we shouldn't cut the limb off, but that we would like what they would do. Sure enough the tree looks beautiful and you can even see where anything has been cut off! They also trimmed up two other trees.

They just took out trees trash, trees and a mulberry tree for a pretty good price. They were great. They came out when they said they were going to and did a good job.

We've used Moore and Sons Tree Service before. They're reasonable in price and they did a very good job. He had been here a couple of years ago when we had another tree removed. We got him referred from a friend who has used him. They were great. Mr. Moore came with them when they first came. He introduced me to the man who would be the job site person in charged and I talked with him during out the process. He was very professional telling everything. The young man who came to help was also very good. They came in, did their job and did not cause any problem. We were shocked with the price. We expected to pay with someone else at least two thousand. I don't know why they were so cheap but they were. They were very prompt, very professional and they were not here as long as I thought they would be doing what they did.

Pruned trees and removed some old bushes.

Removed very large ash and stump in front yard and smaller ash and stump in backyard. Also trimed 3 other trees. Cleaned up very thoroughly.

I wanted an ash tree removed and a replacement tree planted. I also wanted the ash stump and another tree and some bush stumps ground out. Plus, a neighbor's tree needed to be trimmed away from my house. Since autumn is a good time to plant a tree, I contacted Mr. Moore about doing the work for me. He was able to fit me into his schedule the following week. There were some surface roots in the way of where I wanted the replacement tree planted, so they removed the roots before planting the tree. They did a very nice job and cleaned up the debris. All fallen leaves and branches from the trees were removed, and the yard was tidied when the work was complete. Highly recommend.

Trees removed, stumps ground. All debris removed as promised. I could not be happier with this professional job. I will be contacting this company for future tree removal at another property.

I think the work may have taken longer than anticipated. The work was very professional. Clean up was impressive.

This is the second time that we have used Moore and Sons Tree Service. Terry Moore provided an estimate after walking around the yard and doing an inspection. We had 2 large shrubs at the side of the house that needed to be removed and we had 4 trees that needed to be trimmed. Terry arrived promptly and provided a detailed estimate for us. The crew arrived on time and did the work very quickly and efficiently in windy conditions. They did an excellent job of clean up of all the branches and debris. I would definitely call them again.

The branch fell on the fence Saturday early morning. I called 3 tree service companies locally and left 3 messages. None of them were able to call me back until Monday. I spoke to a different company first, and they were not able to get someone out for an estimate until Wednesday with a 24-48 hour turnaround. On Monday afternoon, Moore and Sons called and left a message. When I called back, I left my address on their answering machine. Tuesday morning, I received a call. They were at my house and gave me an estimate ($350) to remove the branch. They could do the work that afternoon. Given the quick turnaround, excellent response (calling me from my yard so if I had questions, they could be answered), and ability to do the work quickly, I gave the go ahead. I also asked for an estimate to remove the other branch, which the man gave over the phone. I authorized both services. When I got home that afternoon, the crew was already working and had removed the fallen branch and were cutting down the remaining branch from the tree. I would estimate it took about 4 hours total and they stuck to the estimate. The yard was cleaned up when they were done. They were all very polite and professional and answered my questions clearly. I would certainly use Moore and Sons for any future tree service I have and would recommend them to my friends.

A storm destroyed one of my trees and damaged another. Terry gave me an estimate for this work and suggested another tree be removed because it was distorted and could cause problems. The crew was fast and very professional. I asked Terry to give me suggestions for what variety of tree to use as replacements, which he did. Nice work overall.

They stand by their work. The guy is like a tree genius. He really knows trees. We are happy with him.

Very positive. They were very concerned about doing what was right for the health of the tree as opposed to cutting branches. They were very knowledgable and asked my opinion and expalined what they were doing prior to doing it.

They kept to their estimate and know a lot about trees. Kerry Moore sent his crew out; they did the work and cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job. You could not even tell they had been here so it was really nice. Mr. Moore is very knowledgeable and professional. I will use them again in the future.
