Moore & Sons Tree Service

The whole operation, which took only about one hour, went very well. They did an excellent, very thorough clean-up. Another tree-service , also rated well on Angie's List , was in the neighborhood and gave us a lower estimate ( by about $40), but Moore's had been highly recommended by a friend....so we chose Moore's.

They were fine, and I did not have any complaints or anything. The work was satisfactory. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were very good. They have another crew that comes to grind the stumps and they will be coming later in the week. You don't have to pay until the stumps are gone and they just send you a bill once they are completely done. The workers that came out were polite and really cleaned up the yard when they were through. They just went out of their way to be friendly; their customer service was very good.

He was nice. He showed up on time and had the information he should have had. I would use his services in the future if needed.

I thought that they were very reasonable and prompt. I had a good experience with them.

I have used Moore and Sons at 2 different properties that I have owned. Always professional, hardworking, and honest. Trimmed 4 very large trees in my front yard and one in the back. They treat the trees like they are their own. Always clean up promptly and completely. Very knowledgeable and willing to offer advice and information. Could not recommend more highly.

This is a terrific company! I first found them on Angie's list and used them a few years back. Again this time they came out to look at the problems areas including one branch that was scraping the house and keeping us awake at night. They looked at ALL the problems with the trees and then wrote a contract with the items we asked for listed first, and then suggested add-ons to the contract. They called before they came to do the work and not only did they clean up and remove all limbs, branches, leaves, but ALSO removed limbs that had fallen in a storm which we just had laying around. We truly appreciated that! They did a fabulous job! One thing I have learned from their previous work is that I won't even know how terrific this work was until the next season when the new growth occurs on the trees as a result of their work. Now- everything looks like it has had a wonderful "haircut". I will hire this company again. No doubts about that!

Ended up delaying this project. Plan to use this vendor in the fall or next spring when I remove the trees and trim the remaining trees.

As always, they arrived as promised, provided professional work, and cleaned up everything. You could not tell they had been working on my property. Nice guys!

Terry is a true professional. Knows his business. Cares about trees and cares abouthis customers. Fast, on time and on budget. Highly recommended.

They come and spend a whole day and do a lot of trees. I like their clean up. They are phenomenal. You can barely find a speck in your yard once they are gone. They do a great job. The prices are good too. They know trees very well. We wanted some landscaping and walked around with them. They are very knowledgeable about trees and how to trim them properly so that they grow well. They are very professional. I rate them high overall.

Everything went very well. Terry and his employees give an honest days work for an honest days pay. What more could I ask or expect!

They have a certified arborist, who talked with me, which I think is tremendously important. I learned that having a certified arborist is very important when having someone do this kind of work. I was very pleased with this person and the decision he helped me make.

Moore and Sons did a fabulous job. We were facing a situation with a neighbor and we had a bunch of trees put in. They were kind and the prices were great. They were very knowledgeable and the trees were gorgeous. It has been over 5 years and the trees are still beautiful. I cannot think of anything that I disliked.

I was satisfied with that service. We would work with them again.

Mr. Moore gave me an estimate for some tree work that I'd wanted done. He called me the day before to let me know he was coming the following day. The tree branches and wood were taken away. Very tidy clean-up afterwards.

The Moore Team is great. They did a very thorough job on all our trees. We have a Weeping Birch that needed a lot of work and the tree looks better than it ever has. We also have an Ash tree that is being treated. The crew went over that tree with a fine tooth comb and ultimately did find some Emerald Ash Borer damage. They removed and documented the damage so that we couuld talk to the person treating the tree. The conclusion: the damage was probably 2 years old and the tree is healthy.The bottom line: The Moore Team does a great job at a great price.

He is very knowledgeable and professional. I've used him about 4 or 5 times at two different houses. I gave him the task of figuring out how to trim the tree making sure the neighbors could walk under it on the sidewalk, trim the higher branches so that when it gets covered with ice (heavy) it doesn't block my neighbor's driveway and still make it look nice. He did a great job making my tree look balanced and attractive, and did a terrific job cleaning up the site. I'm pleased.

We have been using Terry for years for anything tree related. He has always been very responsive and his crews have always done an excellant job. Wouldn't use anyone else for any of our tree servicing.

This is the second time we have used Moore and Sons and we would definitely use them again. Met us right on time to give an estimate, showed up as scheduled and performed the work as quoted. Pricing was comparable to another quote we received. They do a great job executing the work, as well as cleaning up. Other than the changes to the trees you'd never know they had been there when they are done. Very happy overall.

Terry Moore has done several jobs for us, and is always very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. When we needed to replace a downed tree, he recommended a weeping cherry, which has become one of our favorites in the yard.
