They do rather push to remediate yourself which I did, but not easy! They also connect with a company, Biocide, that supplies materials and plenty of advise. Felt somewhat like they were pushing though.

Fantastic inspection. Very thorough. However, my biggest concern is the dining room which is now my room where I sleep in and work and being handicapped, problem on stairs. I have trouble breathing, and throat problems congestion, and this bad rash. I am allergic to mold. There is a crack in wall under window where I sleep and also a crack in the bottom framing of the window. I have tried to put caulk in it to stop the cold. This is my main area of concern right now. The rest of the house is not the big problem.
