Mark Catrell initially estimated about $250 over the phone for the installation but the cooktop was not delivered on time requiring another trip. The plumber sent, who's name was Mike, was the friendliest and most professional person a company could send to your home. He worked efficiently, quietly, and cleaned up before he left. After installing the new gas line Mike returned a few days later to install the cooktop. For some reason the regulator was not installed, but they returned promptly once I noticed the cooktop was not operating correctly and installed the part within 48 hours. We were very happy with the follow up and communication.

Everything with this job went as smooth as silk. Within three hours of my initial call to them, I had a new hot water heater installed. All of the staff - from the person I talked with on the phone to the plumber who performed the installation - were as nice as could be. I requested a special brand that they did not usually use, and this firm had no difficulty locating and picking up the brand I requested. They left their work area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I will absolutely use them again!

The company seemed pretty busy. They got held up at another appointment on a Friday afternoon and had to reschedule on Saturday. While they did a good job of calling me to let me know of the delay, it was still an inconvenience. When I called back a week later to ask a question, I never received an answer to my message. Therefore, we didn't hire them.

Very good. Responsive and explained everything. Will use again for future plumbing issues.

It was an excellent experience. I now use them to do other types of plumbing work. They know what they are doing even with complicated jobs. They were very efficient and they solved the problem. They were quick and they cleaned up the huge mess. The bathroom has hardwood floors and they didn't leave a scratch on it. They are really smart about plumbing.

I had some general plumbing maintenance done in my house by Miller Ranney. He was very informative and very professional, and he did a very good job. He will be coming back to check up on the work he has done, but by and large, I was satisfied.

I trust him more than any other plumber. They are just very honest. I highly recommend these guys. They are very reliable. I would use them for anything that comes up.

He came on time, did his work and cleaned up well when the job was completed. Instead of me having to pay him on the spot he sent me an invoice after the job was done which I found to be quit considerate. I would definitely use him again and recommend his service to anyone.

They were great! Punctual, communicative, fairly priced. Price was well worth it. Very good at what he does and very personable.

I called the company to have the annual back flow testing completed on my irrigation system. They stated they would be able to perform the service on the following Monday or Tuesday and would call to confirm which day they could make it. They didn't call or come on Monday or Tuesday. The company called Wednesday and left a message to find out when they could come out to do the testing. I called them back and told them to come any day that week. They conducted the testing on Thursday. They mailed me the receipt of payment in a few days. The company employees were courteous.

I've used them for years and they're simply wonderful.

It went reasonably well. They always came back to take care of any questions or problems we have had. We only wanted a slide bar and shower head in our master bathroom and then decided afterwards that it wasn't going to be high enough for my husband. They told us that they would not be able to take the slide bar out without damaging our marble, but they offered to put in an additional shower head that would be higher.

Reasonable price. They were punctual.

The plumbers were friendly and recommended their standard fitting(freeze and siphon protection). No more leaks!

They were prompt in answering my call and had me go pick out a faucet the next morning. It was another day before they got out with the new faucet but when they did get there they were in and out in 1/2 hour and were very courteous and professional. I have used them before and find you can always count on them to be that way. The price included the faucet and a soap dispenser.

Miller Raney was very prompt in responding. When I called for an appt, a person, not an answering machine, picked up and scheduled an appt for the next day. When I had to reschedule at the last minute, they were very accommodating. The plumber was on time, worked quickly to cap off the gas line. When he was not able to adjust the fireplace, he recommended another course of action. I will definitely call them again.

I got Miller Ranney's name from my handyman, and they are specialists in gas leak repair. My handyman was working in the house and I asked him about the gas smell I noticed. I thought it was the furnace and called the company which installed my furnace in the fall. They came out said that it was not the furnace, but the water heater and that it might also be the pipes. I called the company which installed my water heater last spring, they came out and tightened the pipe to the water heater. This is when I called Miller Ranney to check for leaks because the furnace company suggested I have everything checked to be safe. Miller Ranney could not find any issues at all. The problem was obviously with the plumbing company who installed my water heater.

ALL WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY. WORK AREA WAS LEFT CLEANER THAN IT WAS FOUND.

THEIR ESTIMATE WAS THE HIGHEST OF THE FIVE THAT I RECEIVED AND ALL OTHER COMPANIES STATED THAT THEY WOULD INSTALL A COPPER LINE. THIS ONE STATED THAT THEY WOULD USE PLASTIC. COPPER IS BETTER AND MORE EXPENSIVE SO THEIR ESTIMATE WAS OUT OF LINE WITH THE FOUR OTHERS I RECEIVED.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND GAVE ME TWO OPTIONS FOR REPAIR. ONE THAT WAS CHEAPER AND MIGHT NOT LAST. THE SECOND WAS MORE EXPENSIVE AND INVOLVED THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DRAIN. WE CHOSE REPLACING IT. THEY COMPLETED THE WORK MUCH FASTER THAN I EXPECTED, AND DID A GOOD JOB.

ON TIME AND EFFICIENT, NEAT AND FRIENDLY, AS ALWAYS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
