They were awesome. The guy was very flexible, friendly, and thorough.

I was very impressed with Miller Cantrell! I live in an old home in which the sewage line that runs from my home to the sewage system is a line of clay tile. These eventually collapse and need to be replaced - an expensive problem and sure to happen at the worst time. I told them that my neighbors to either side, whose homes are comparable to mine, had had this happen. I asked whether I should consider having the line cleaned out and reinforced from inside with some new systems that exist (e.g. lining the interior with an inflatable tube and with cement that strengthens the tile) or by replacing the line in advance. They told me to just leave well enough alone since it seems to be working fine. I was very impressed with their integrity, since of course they could have made money by convincing me to replace the system. If and when this ever does need to be done, Miller Cantrell will be the first company I call!

As a result of a detailed inspection a pin hole size leak was discovered in the copper cold water supply tube. The cause of the leak was a result of the copper tube rubbing against a motor joint when under flowing water pressurize. A three foot section of the copper water tube had to be replaced.

Price was very reasonable considering extent of damage.

They returned emergency call in a timely manner early in the morning. The plumber arrived at our home earlier than expected, which was a relief since we had to turn off water when pipes burst. He worked hard to find the location of the burst pipes (turned out it was under the tub, which was hard to locate). He fixed both pipes and we had water again! He was professional and courteous while in our home for almost 3 hours. The bill was not as high as we feared and we'll worth it.

In all three cases, the plumber (two times it was John, who we love!) arrived exactly when they said they would. They did the work in an efficient manner and cleaned up after. They answered all of my questions and were very genial. After using several other plumbers and being only somewhat satisfied, I feel like I finally have a plumber I can trust.

We had home warranty so we paid $80. They were fair, accurate, and responsive. My wife dealt with them and she was impressed.

They looked at my jet tub and told me I was not turning it on/off properly. They charged a travel fee and an hourly fee for 10 minutes of advice. I thought the charge was excessive, though the advice was correct.

Very well. They were able to provide a option to keep the budget low and yet be able to meet code requirements.

They had bot h side dug up and completed in less time than expected. This is a very good company to do business with. I would call them again if or when I have future plumbing problems.

SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME, GO WITH THIS COMPANY! We had a gas line leak because of work we had just had done with another company. This company came out the same day at no extra charge! He was friendly and compassionate about this scary situation. He was fast and honest. Told me I could watch him work, ask questions or even take pictures if I wanted. I would highly recommend this company! Gave me peace of mind to keep my family safe in a very dangerous situation!

Great experience, The person who came out to do the job (Ron) had all the supplies and was very patient and did a through job.

It went excellent. When it was time for inspection the inspector said it was a super good job.

Quick response with quote, arrived as scheduled, performed work quickly and was friendly.

He had to work really hard to get it out without breaking it. That way he didn’t have to replace the whole thing. He was very careful to not break it, and he got everything all fixed up for me. It seems like they did a great job. They took care of it under my home warrantee. I called Monday and they couldn’t come out until today. I am not sure that that was their fault: it may have been the home warrantee company contacting them. Once they were out here, it was great.

Our repairman's name as Flash and he did an excellent job. He was polite, on time, thorough, and quick. He did the job exactly as stated and was a pleasure to work with. The company's work was clean and neat. The only thing I wish that they would have done differently was worn shoe covers. I will be using this company again, if needed. Thank you MRC Plumbing!

I like that they came out prompt, did what they said they are going to at good price and I used them for many years.

We seemed to have water leaking from the main pluming sewage “stack” in the wall that was part of a lower level bath room. I called this company to get an estimate for the the repair. A friendly and polite Plummer arrived, looked at “stack” nothing was wrong it, wasn’t leaking. Turned out to be a condensation problem, not a plumbing issue.

When I initially called they gave me a 6 hour window, which I only accepted because I had to be home all day anyway. But when the plumber called at the beginning of that window he asked if 15 min from then would work. Once here, learning we had already done most of the work, he encouraged me to finish the work & save his charge. I asked him to continue & he was quick to finish. This is the 2nd time we've had this company come out & both times they were efficient & personable. His suggestion I just finish myself to save his charge has made me a long term customer, notwithstanding the 6 hour window would never win me over ( and I hope it's something they change).

We needed to correct some plumbing issues in an older house that was under warranty. MRC was the plumber selected for us because of the warranty. At this point it appears that the warranty will cover the following: two leaking toilets two showers that would not heat up enough a leaky faucet It took two visits to complete all the repairs because parts were needed. However, the work was done quickly. The plumber was very pleasant to work with. I felt sorry that he had to do some acrobatics to get under the sink in a tight space, but he persevered. I think that I have found a new favorite plumbing company!

The cost was reasonable. The plumbers were knowledgeable and did an honest job. They were also good about cleaning up afterwards.

They got it all done quickly and efficiently, before it became an ugly weekend. We have used them for plumbing repair as well, and they did a great job. Also they installed a new sink for us once, We are always very pleased. This is a quality company

Everything went very well. They went to look at the issue the day after I contacted the home warranty company, and we got on the schedule within a week (pretty quickly for a big job like this). The plumber showed up 20 minutes earlier than scheduled which was great, and he finished 2-3 hours earlier than expected. I had our "actual" plumber come and inspect the work, and he said everything looked great, and he was very impressed with both MRC and the home warranty company for contracting with a great company. I could not be happier with how well everything went!

Came out on the day scheduled but had to come back with more equipment. The job appears to be done well with no problems. One of the owners did the work and did a good job.
