They did an Excellent job. I called McAtee at 10am and had someone at my house by noon. The had a great response time and I really needed a quick response time. They provided me with a free quote to fix everything for 290. They then got straight to work and had two people on the job. They needed a part and one tech when out on their own to get the fixture while the other got to work. Later determined the pipe coming into the house and the meter was not up to code and advised me they would like to fix it and they would have to remove the parts they just repaired because it was all extra that wasn't needed. They did this at the same price and didn't charge me anymore then the quote. This was a lot of work too and I am VERY grateful for the work they did. My water is running now and it only took them about three hours of work. They did an excellent job and everything is working fine. No more leaks and now my meter and pipes are run the proper way and up to code. They clearly knew what they were doing.

Their price was $750, and they didn't have anything broken down on the estimate for materials or labor. It was a flat rate, and even though they were extremely polite and responsive, the price was way over what it should cost. I had another service provider come out and do this repair for me, and while they had done other work as well, it was only $110 to repair that same section of PVC pipe.

Work was very professional. The team arrived early on a Tuesday morning and were completed by mid-afternoon. We requested copper rather than plastic and we paid for this out of pocket. Service was covered under an exterior water-line warranty. We were back in service quickly and with limited downtime. The only downside was the mounding of dirt on replacing the trench, we've had to work on leveling it out as the spring has come along, but expected as much with the timing it happened.

I had the company come out a few days before the service to provide an estimate to clean out 3 outside drains to the street, install a new frostproof outside faucet (& sweatball valve) with shut-off inside, and clean out the kitchen drain & the basement drain to which it's connected. Joshua provided the estimate and explained the entire procedure to me. He and Aaron arrived within the time frame promised and spent about 4.5 hours doing the requested work. I was especially pleased they were so thorough and efficient; and cleaned up the work areas so well after each part of the job, including scrubbing under the sink, cleaning the kitchen & basement floors, and spraying the street clean where the drain debris had accumulated. In addition Josh advised me how to properly prepare both outside faucets for winter, which heretofore I'd been doing incorrectly. Also, the receptionist who handled phone calls was very courteous and competent. I would use this company again.

They were very prompt and called to inform me they were on their way. The work was performed in good time and they made certain all was in working order before leaving. At our request, they returned the next day to replace the insulation which had become damp since it involved working near electrical current.

They were professional and prompt. They took their time to be careful digging since we have a sprinkler system they didn't want to damage. Even after digging such a huge deep hole, after replacing the dirt with the grass still intact on top, you could hardly tell what they did!! It was amazing how well the yard looked despite that kind of disruption (which had to be done). They did a great job and we will use them again!

McAtee was good. They came on time, they were in and out pretty quickly. They actually showed my how the work went.

They did a decent job. I may use this company in future.
