I called the and they were able to come out that week. Arrived on time. They were professional and helpful. They got a blood stain off my sofa and it looks great.

They are very good. They were professional, prompt, and efficient. I would use them in the future and I would recommend their services anyone.

We have used them several times and we are very happy with them. It is a family-run business. They are always very professional. The receptionist is very professional with the phone when we make our initial call. We have gone down there and we have had excellent service. We have dropped off a few rugs to be cleaned. Probably the best thing is that their prices are very competitive and they don’t over-soak the carpet and that was the main thing. On an average we spend about $100. We would use them again; in fact, they are actually coming out next weekend.

To have the whole downstairs done it is a little over $100. They do a good job and I trust them. The carpeting is off white and they have cleaned it and gotten stains out that we thought were there for good.

We have used Martin Carpet Cleaning several times and each occasion it has been an excellent experience. The customer service staff is very friendly and helpful in scheduling. The carpet cleaners themselves have arrived when they indicated they would be there and have done a marvelous job cleaning our carpets. They have been successful in removing a multitude of stains, including coffee spills, pet stains, and oil. I would highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

The company was nice on the phone and fit me in when I explained what was going on... BAD pet situation. They were very nice upon arrival. They were very fast, but incredibly thorough. my carpets and furniture looked phenomenal when they were finished.

I dropped my rugs off at their shop in German Village and was told they would be ready in 3 weeks...it actually took 2 weeks. Everyone was very nice. There was a discount for taking them in and picking them up myself. Both rugs look great!

They are very nice: I dropped off the rugs at their store (we live in German Village, so it was easy to do so); they helped me unload the rugs, and the rugs were clean just a few days later. Everyone was very helpful and courteous throughout the process.

I am very happy with the services that Martin Carpet Cleaning gave to us. They were prompt when showing up for their appointment. They were very curtious and did a great job cleaning our carpets. We had some spots from our dogs that they were able to get out of the carpet. We also were very happy with the job they did on our sofa and love seat. I have used them previously and will continue to use them.

I called them on Thursday to schedule an appointment to have carpets cleaned in a home that I was about to rent to a new tenant. They were very cordial on the phone, and were able to schedule the appoint for my requested time on Monday. I asked that they give me a call about an hour before they showed up to confirm that I would be ready for them. They did not try to sell me anything for which I did not ask. When Monday came, they called about an hour and fifteen minutes before they arrived, and they showed up on time. The gentleman that were sent were polite and courteous. They measured the room to confirm pricing (which is based on sq. ft and matched closely what I was given over the phone). I then asked them about deodorizing the carpet as well, and they happily agreed and recalculated the price. They paid attention to details, using different solvents and brushes on tough spots as necessary. They worked hard to get out all spots on the carpet and did an exceptional job. The carpets were left looking better than I had anticipated, and nearly dry. I paid them upon completion of the job.

The young carpet technicians were professional, & punctual. My experiences with all of them have been GREAT!! They come in to clean the carpet, and usually have it done within 45-60 minutes!! Great customer service!!

Great job cleaning the carpets. They were very easy to work with, set up a quick appointment, and my only complaint is I was coordinating the carpet cleaning with the housecleaning service, and the carpet cleaners came 2 hours earlier than expected. But it all worked out, and I'd use them again.

Called Martin on short notice and received an estimate for carpet cleaning for our entire. The home was previously vacant for one year and had some strong pet odors and several stains. They were able to effectively deoderize the home and remove some of the stains and lighten others. They went out of their way to get to our home quickly on short notice. Pricing was competitive with others and professionalism was excellent.

It's a great company. They were helpful when I had questions about the large remnant I wanted to have bound, and the padding that was suggested is excellent. They do good work.

Staff were responsive from time of call to work performed. They explained why they felt they were superior to other services when I asked them but did not put down other services. They did an excellent job. Price is slightly higher than some but work is superior in my opinion. I don't recall the exact dates of services as I am filling this out several months after work. I have used them before and they are now my carpet cleaner of choice
