David and Henry did a fantastic job restoring the beauty of our carpets. Our staircase carpeting is 20 years old, but you'd never know it after Henry finished working on it. Even the edges of the treads, which usually show the most wear, look practically like new. The two men also restored the brilliant colors of our 2 Oriental rugs. Throughout the process they were very polite and professional. We've hired Martin Carpet Cleaning before, and we'll hire them again. Price is right!

I have 2 large dogs and they do work every 6 months. This is a company my grandmother used 60 years ago and they've maintained their quality and do an awesome job.

Everything went very smoothly. We had prepared all of the rooms with removing all necessary furniture in advance so the cleaning was done quickly and the technicians were courteous and answered all questions. They even were able to provide little pads to allow some things to be set back sooner, which was very appreciated.

It was great! Have used them in this home and my other home.

I received quick communication from Martin's regarding scheduling of the job and it only took about a week to get on the schedule. They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They cleaned two rooms and a flight of steps and they looked great. I felt that they took more time and care in getting the carpet clean than the company I hired in the past. I thought the cost was reasonable especially since they did such a good job. I would use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

Chris and Jordon did a great job of cleaning the furniture and rugs. They took their time were very thorough.

The first pair of workers were prompt, courteous, and took care with my furniture. They were very insistent that I inspect the carpeting after the job was done and voice my satisfaction, which I did. However, when the carpeting dried, the pet stains that I wanted removed were still visible. I called and they sent out a second team to re-clean the stained areas. This team was not as courteous and did not move my furniture back when they were done (even after I mentioned that I could not do it myself due to recent surgery). The second team was not able to do anything to help the stains, and simply had an 'oh,well' attitude, and left. I called the company the next day, and they explained that there are no guarantees on pet stains. I didn't find this in writing anywhere and have hired other professional carpet cleaners who were able to get the same types of stains out the first time with no issues. I would not use this company again. If you have pets, I recommend Master Clean. Cheaper and better quality work. I will be hiring them to complete the job that Martin didn't finish.

Prior to their arrival we emptied the room and vacuumed. The service techs were prompt, efficient, and professional. They worked as a team and completed the work in 30 minutes.

I've been using Martin's cleaning for a number of years, and they always come through., The technicians, who I requested in advance, Andy and James, both treated my home and me with respect. They told me exactly what needed to be done, and advised on the pros and cons of some additional services, I like the way they did not try and force me to do additional things (e,.g,. scotchgard), something which I have found quite annoying with other cleaning companies. I trusted their advice on everything, They did a thorough, high quality job. And I felt as if they took pride in their work and in serving their customers. Some might say that Martins charges more than the nationally franchised outfits, and they may. But you get what you pay for; and if you want your carpeting and furniture cleaned excellently, then trust Martins to do it--trust me! They'll do whatever it takes to make it right,.

The two-man crew arrived on time, provided the estimate based on my cleaning requests, did the cleaning and applied stain resister. They were efficient and thorough and completed the time in a timely fashion. They were great and I'll definitely use them again.

They were super. They had a senior discount at 10% and it was amazing.

They came, we told them what we wanted done, they measured and told us a price. We agreed and they cleaned! The drying vac did a great job, was totally dry in 24 hours. We have used them many times and always does a "very" satisfactory job. "Very" professional and helpful.

I needed my carpet cleaned and didn't have a bad experience last time. Martin moved the furniture and got underneath it. It took them a long time for them to do the work. It was more expensive -- but I got a lot of work done. They showed up on time, too.

They did a great job! I've used them in the past. They were at the home for about 2 hours working in the Master Bedroom, 2 other bedrooms, and the carpeted basement.

They called to see if they could come early and I told them they could come at a certain time which was not as early as they had hoped to come. They were polite as always. They are the only company I let clean my carpet which is a very picky and expensive California Berber. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats so they always have special "problem stains" to try and get out. I ALWAYS ask for Andy and if he can't get a stain out ..no one can. All the providers of service are competent but Andy is exceptional. They moved and replaced the furniture I needed moved, they put pads under the legs etc. They showed me the work after they were done and explained any problem areas. Nancy, the office lady schedules the appointments, if you get one of the men I suggest you ask for Nancy who will set up an appointment to suit your schedule.

Gentlemen were on time, pleasant and worked to remove a few stains in the carpet. Very pleased with the results. I would hire them again.

Perfect! The carpets looked great and dried quickly. We cleared out of the room and vacuumed prior to the technician?s arrival. It took them about 40 minutes to complete the job. They were quick, courteous, and professional.

Wonderful job! They were able to clean the oriental carpets as well as sculpted carpets. I have used the in home service as well as the drop off service. Bothe types of services were well worth the money and did a good job of cleaning the carpets.
