After they cleaned the floor, it looked totally new. Just loved it.

They were punctual and thorough. The quality wasn't particularly amazing and I think there could have been a deeper clean but I was satisfied regardless.

The company was very professional and pleasant. It was a good experience and they company did a good job.

Martin Carpet Cleaning Co did a reasonable job. They couldn't get some of the bad stains out. They sent two guys out and they were fine. They cleaned four areas, so the price was good.

They can come to your home to clean the rug but also give a discount if you bring the rug to them. We have a puppy and we called them to clean the rugs before the Home and Garden Tour. They are very cordial and when they say something will be done by a particular time it is.

Two young men were very polite and professional, worked hard the entire time. Carpets came cleaner than with previous companies. They even cleaned a wool area rug that my dog had soiled enough times that I thought I would have to trash it .

I called the night before, only a few minutes before closing, and they were able to fit me into their schedule for the next morning. The two young men arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, and had the job done, thoroughly, in no time flat.My berber looked like it was brand new, and they took the time to place small pieces of plastic underneath the feet of all pieces of furniture.Price was several hundred less than the big-time competitor that first came to mind, and the value was axtraordinary.

Work was performed very well to our liking. We have used this contractor on several occasions in the past since 1995. They cleaned upholstery to our liking in the past, too.

The carpet had several stains which were removed. Stains from blue jeans on the sofa were removed. They were on time and very thorough. While the price may seem high compared deals advertised by other companies, the quality of the work was commensurate with the price.

They arrived on time and set to work moving furniture and got right to work. They made suggestions and cleaned everything and it all looked great. They took great care with all of the furniture and put it all back in it's original locations.

They were very friendly. They were on time, not early or late. They did an excellent job. They were fast. These guys were in and out with in an hour. They worked. the came in and got right to it. My carpets are a different. Where the traffic marks from the dogs came clean and I did not think it would. The dogs tracked in black mulch and stained the carpet and it came out.

Jonah was very professional and explained everything before he started. He and Matt arrived earlier than expected, but that worked well for me. My carpet looks like new. Seriously. I did have a $99 Angie's List Deal of the day for $99 for $200 cleaning. The additional amount covered the teflon coating and deodorizing and an additional room. I will definitely be using Martin Carpet Cleaning again and will request that Jonah do the work.

.They did an excellent job. They cleaned the entire playroom which is the whole basement and it was very dirty. and it is beautiful. I was late getting back home and they waited for me. They were great and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are unbelievable. They are fantastic. Their price is a little more but it's reasonable. They have cleaned carpet in my rental property that was so bad I thought it had to be replaced. They have saved me from having to purchase new carpet.

They were on time, clean, professional, and courteous. They did the job quickly but took the time to look over the loveseat checking on spots that I had not even noticed, took special effort to remove stains, and because the cost to do the small loveseat was lower than the trip free they cleaned up around the loveseat beyond where any over spray was and cleaned the entire entry way that was accessible. When I finally get enough furniture out of the room I will have them back to do more of the house.

Took in I believe three old oriental rugs for cleaning and to get estimate for restoring one. I had all three cleaned but will have to wait to restore the other. Price was reasonable but more than I could afford at that time of year.

I've used Martin Carpet Cleaning numerous times over the years, and I continue to be extremely satisfied with their work. They schedule appointments according to your convenience; their employees, thoroughly professional, arrive on time, and they treat your home with respect. They don't try to "sell" you on additional services like other franchise-based carpet cleaning companies do. They answer all questions and in general, are people who care about their work. Family-owned businesses rock!
