They were on time, in fact, they were in the area and called to see if they could come early. This was fine with me. The carpet is cleaner than it has ever been after a cleaning and I was more then pleased. I would use them again and also highly recommend them....I already have.

Description of Work: Martin cleaned a shag rug for us. The rug had become stained from years of walking on it and we could not clean it ourselves. They promptly returned our initial phone call for a price quote. They were very competitive on price plus polite and easy to talk to. They came to our house to pick up the rug at exactly the time they said they would be there. The service was completed exactly when they said it would and the rug returned to us. The rug looked like new when we got it back and we are very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning service! We will use them again.

Description of Work: You have to pay tax on the full value, which is understandable with Ohio taxes, so the price initially was a little misleading. I thought they did a good job and were very friendly and professional. I used Rite Rug in the past (they installed my carpet) and I felt they left it a little brighter and more dry than this company.

Description of Work: This was one of the special deals, $200-worth of services for $99. Two bedrooms of carpeting and stairway cleaned. Small kitchen ceramic tile floor cleaned. Excellent service, easy to work with.
