David and Thomas cleaned the apartment carpet thoroughly - no spots were left with this steam method of cleaning (prior experience with chemical dry-cleaning - another company - left spots that had to be re-treated). They paid special attention to heavy traffic areas. I did not ask them to move furniture but with their attachment, they were able to reach around and under things well. I appreciated that they were on-time, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The plan was to also clean my car's interior but, due to rain expected, David agreed to clean my car the next morning so that I could still make it to work on time. He was able to remove some spots from the seats, even one I hadn't noticed. The car looks great! I've had three prior experiences with Martin - they cleaned an oriental rug (at their location) and a wool area rug, as well as a black cloth ottoman at our office. (The black ottoman needed extra attention , due to unknown spots - probably dried food. David and Matt had magic chemicals that removed the spots and left the ottoman looking new!) I've also dropped off a carpet runner for a van at Martin's location - looked great and delivered back when promised. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

They have always done an excellent job! I will not use anyone else. They cleaned a very dirty grey carpet and made it look brand new!

I just gave you the details. My carpets are clean and one day later they have dried out quit well. My closets are clean which I am especially happy about. For me this was a "Day of Happiness" if you still use this designation.

They went out of their way to fit me in before Thanksgiving, were very prompt and did a good job. I have used them before and will use them again.

They were extremely nice! They were scheduled to come at 2:30, and they called saying that they were running early. They came cleaned the carpets and they were out of there by 2:45.

I bought the angies list deal for carpet cleaning. It was the first time i used them. they showed up on time and were professional. They did a great job. carpets looked and smelled great

Very poorly at first. We had dog urine stains on wool, very difficult issue. We were assure by the sales department that it could likely be remedied. The technicians we not allocated appropriate amount of time/effort to have a shot at remedying the issue. After talking to Mt Martain on the phone, he agreed to send a second crew out at no charge and they did a substantially better job. I think with a bit more effort we could have been FULLY satisfied. This is a quality company and Mr. Martain is a man of his word. I just don't think they were listening to the customers desires on this job causing undue duress. Amendment to original review 9/16/13: I received a call from Brent Martain after he saw my review. He wanted to make things better. He did. The techs came out and reworked the stains and brought the cleanliness lever up substantially. They also took the area rug and reworked that too. I agreed to pay an additional $60 for the extra work, but only if I was happy with the results. Over all I am. The steamer did open a seam in my carpet that I now have to pay someone to repair. I suppose it can be argued that it was not their fault or responsibility. Mr. Martain said he has never had that happen before. I'm at a loss as to how to respond. These folks are good, I think I just had a series of misfortune. They are delivering the ornamental wool carpet later this week. It is nice to see they care about their honor. Many do not.

The service providers arrived promptly and were friendly and courteous. One of the couches was being cleaned because our cat urinated on it. After the couch had fully dried and a few days passed, I noticed the smell was still in the cushions, so I have to take them in and pay for another cleaning, I don't know if that is the result of insufficient cleaning or just what happens with cat urine.

They did the best job ever on the carpets. We have used several name brand carpet cleaners in the past, but these guys are much better. Carpets were very clean and very dry when they left. Very professional in every way.

BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT BY PHONE. WE HAD TWO PROPERTIES THAT NEEDED CARPET CLEANING. SCHEDULING WAS OK, BUT NOT NECESSARILY PLEASANT WHEN I NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE. THE TWO PROPERTIES WERE CLEANED ON SEPARATE DAYS. THE TECHNICIANS WERE POLITE AND EFFICIENT.

The servive they provide is just excellent. They do exceptional work at very reasonable prices. The technicians they send over are always helpful and considerate and very skilled. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I took in a 10x12 size finished edge piece of carpet. It had been in a moldy, dirty basement. They moved the carpet in and out of my vehicle for me. It was cleaned wonderfully - feels and smells great!

They were excellent! They were pretty quick to respond in terms of setting up the appointment after I purchased the Big Deal. Their service providers were very friendly and they made adjustments where they needed to.

I learned about Martins maybe 10 years ago from a lawyer who collects Persian carpets. So this is where I've always gone. They always do a good job. I knew they would or I never would have gotten that referral. He did love his carpets.

The company did a great job on our carpet. We were very happy with the service.
