Description of Work: As a tenant, my lease requires annual carpet cleaning to be performed by Martin Carpet Cleaning. In preparation for their arrival, I removed a lot of furniture so that the cleaning would be thorough. The two service representatives were very professional in their appearance and work. They provided recommendations for future annual cleanings and care of carpet in the interim. Would gladly use them again even if not required by lease agreement.
