I thought they were very friendly, professional, looked like they clean a lot of carpets and he told me exactly when to come and pick it up, very cost effective and I was very happy with the whole thing. I took my carpet to them. I have used them since. (Area Rug)

Excellent! They arrived early, moved all the furniture, cleaned the carpets, replaced the furniture, used hard foam shims under the furniture. Excellent workers! The carpet looks great!!!

Workers were clean and helpful and they gave you the price before they did the work.

They are great. They do such a clean job. It's so clean and dry and taken care of so well. They are very efficient on their billing, etc.

They gave us an estimate, came to our house exactly when they said they would, and cleaned all our patio furniture cushions. The cushions look much better than they did. They were courteous and efficient, and the final bill was almost exactly what they said it would be.

They came out, did what they said they would do and did a good job.

I highly recommend this company for area rug cleaning. We dropped the rug off at the company (they removed the rug from my vehicle) and two days later it was ready to be picked up (they put the rug in my vehicle). Drop off and pick up saved me 30%. A great deal.

David and Kyle from Martin Carpet Cleaning arrived on time. They measured the areas we wanted cleaned and we discussed various possibilities. Then they went to work. They were efficient and did a good job. They did a nice job of pre-staining the pet stains. We were pleased with the outcome and will probably use them again. We also were pleased with the price which we thought was reasonable, and they offered a senior discount.

The workers cleaned the carpet thoroughly and professionally. I've done business with Martin before, and you can count on them to do a good job. They don't try to sell you other so-called "essential" extras, either. They do only what you want, and they do so well.

Employees were knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 2 and a half hours. They moved some furniture and put foam blocks under the furniture to prevent staining. The carpet looks very nice and clean.

Initial phone contact with company was very helpful. Quoted prices on all cleaning that ended up being very close to final total. Glen and John,the technicians, were very helpful. Made sure we had the furniture cleaned before, explained their technique and went to work. Had fairly low expectations about the outcome, as most of the furniture is cream and light tan, and I have 2 boys and a dog. It looked great when they were finished. This furniture is 10 years old with original upholstery, and looked surprisingly clean when they were finished. They had problems with stains on the ottoman, which they were very upfront about.

The staff was very informative and willing to answer questions. They picked up and returned the rugs on the dates requested. The price was very reasonable. The rugs look and smell great.

They arrived at their scheduled time. Both men were professional and courteous. They spent the needed time to hear my problem areas. I had just painted my walls that went down to the lower level and they were very careful not to touch them with the large hoses they had to place there. The carpet looks great. The bedroom carpet dried quickly but it took two days for the lower level family room to dry. In the past, it hasn't taken that long but maybe the weather had an affect on the drying time. Overall, I was pleased with the work and will call them again.

This was a great service experience. They arrived on-time. They fully explained the process and procedures. They did an excellent job throughout the entire house. They move furniture and and spend a great deal of time making sure they do a thorough job. They only charge for areas that they complete, and you can pick and choose those areas. Their employees are experienced, and present themselves well. I highly recommend them.

My dog ate an ink pen and got ink all over the carpet. While I was spot treating it, the ink was still VERY noticeable (bright blue). I called Martin at about 2pm and they were able to come out the next morning at 8:45. They have a $55 minimum, so I decided to have 2 other rooms cleaned as well (we were going to have this done in 6 weeks anyway). Workers were polite and on time. They worked very quickly. The ink stains are now only noticeable when direct sunlight shines on them and even so, you can only see them if you are really looking. I was very satisfied with the knowledge and courtesy shown and plan on having them come out once per year for annual cleaning!

Dropped off two rugs on a Friday and picked them up on Tuesday. They look great! You save 30% by doing the drop off and pick up yourself (they do offer pickup and delivery, but it's not only 30% more expensive, but there's also an additional flat fee). HUGE savings if you have a van or wagon to do it yourself. Total $93. Had my carpets cleaned a couple weeks later by Mike (who has cleaned them for the past couple years) and as always, the house looks great. Had all wall-to-wall carpet in our 3000 sq. ft. house done this time (4 BR, hall, 2 staircases, den & full basement). Total $250.

I WAS AWESTRUCK AT HOW WONDERFUL THE RUG LOOKED.

THE TECHNICIANS WERE FRIENDLY. THEY CLEANED CARPETS, BUT THE SPOTS CAME BACK. THE NEXT MORNING I NOTICED A LARGE PART OF A PACASANDRYM BED WAS DEAD NEXT TO WHERE THEIR TRUCK WAS PARKED. NOT SURE IF CLEANING CHEMICALS, OR HOT WATER KILLED THE PLANTS. I HAD TO HAVE THEM COME AGAIN AS THE CREAM CARPET IN THE FAMILY ROOM SHOWED LARGE BROWN SPOTS. THE TECHNICIAN ORIGINALLY TOLD ME THEY WERE SPOTS THEY COULDN'T GET OUT (THEY WEREN'T THERE BEFORE THE CLEANING), BUT THEN WHEN QUESTIONED HE SAID IT WAS THE BACKING CAUSING THE STAINS AS IT GOT TOO WET WHEN THEY WERE THERE THE FIRST TIME. THE LARGE BROWN SPOTS HAVE NOT COME OUT AFTER A SECOND CLEANING, AND I FEAR THEY ARE THERE FOREVER.

ONE OF THE RUGS WAS STRETCHED AT THE CORNERS.

JONAH AND BRIAN WERE THE TECHNICIANS THAT CAME, THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. THEY DID MY WHOLE HOUSE AND EVEN MOVED FURNITURE. THEY PUT A DEODORIZER IN THE WHOLE HOUSE. THEY TEFLONNED THE DOWNSTAIRS AND THE STEPS. THEIR PRICE IS EXCELLENT.
