They are very excellent. They are a very good job. They are very responsive and prompt.

Carpet in family room is white berber (or was at one point in time) and lies between two frequently used outside doors. The carpet was filthy. Now the carpet is clean and I'm not ashamed to have people over. This group charges by the size of the room, not per room, so I actually got a lot more for my money.

I've used Martin Cleaning for several years, and each time they do a great job. The workers are professional, and they don't try to sell you "extra" services that the franchised operations always do. They get out tough stains, and they move furniture carefully. I trust their work and recommend them highly.

They did all that work for the minimum charge of $75! I was certainly impressed and I will use them again! They were above and beyond what I expected.

They charge by the square foot. Everything is by referral basis. If you have a lot of stains or if you thing are not going to come out you call them. They don't use your water either. They remove stains I never thought would come out.

This is the second time that we have hired Martin Carpet Cleaning and have had positive experiences both times. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of work that is completed. Our carpets truly looked new at the completion of the project.

Martin has done excellent work in the past, and the last time they cleaned the carpet in the living room, there were visible streaks or lines left after the cleaning. I called, and they sent out a worker who went back over the area and it was fine. This is my only less than perfect experience with Martin.

Very good. Did a good job especially with the area rugs. A bit expensive for them to pick up the rugs. You can save a lot if you take the area rugs in yourself.

We have a light tan carpet that had gotten quite dirty since our last cleaning, including a few pet stains from a new puppy we got a few months ago. They were able to schedule a convenient appointment time within a few days of our call. They were very thorough & careful not to nick furniture & walls (which has been an issue with other companies). Even the pet stains that we had not been able to get out ourselves seem to be gone now.

A Realtor friend of mine recommended them very highly. After dealing with them, I understand why! They were very easy to schedule with, even gave me a rough ballpark idea of the price over the phone. The workers were very professional from the moment they rang the doorbell. They handled my psychotic cat amazingly well. Even I would have fled the house the first time he sprinted over their toes in a streak of sheer terror of the vacuum. But these guys kept right on working even when psycho-cat got more freaked out and did that in every room. I wish I could remember their names, but they were two great guys and did a really great job--efficiently and thoroughly. I will also be recommending them highly to anyone who asks!

They did a great job! Their price is very competitive. There is a noticeable difference between there being a cleaning and there not being one. The chairs that they cleaned are now white, when they were not when they started.

The only thing is, they did not wear booties inside the house which I didn't understand since they are a carpet cleaning company. Other than that, they were great! I called them on a Monday and they were able to come out on Wednesday.

They arrived on schedule, moved the furniture for me and shampooed the carpets. One light colored carpet was badly stained and now the stain is gone. They assured me only 24 hours would be needed for the carpet to dry and that was the case. The living room sisal rug I had taken to their shop to be cleaned. It had old stains that other cleaners could not remove, but the carpet arrived back with no stains noticeable. Their work was excellent, especially on the sisal rug which no one else had been able to get clean.

Martin's did a beautiful job as always. They were able to get up the vast majority of the cat hair (no small feat) and removed stains throughout. They were professional and very courteous.
