Martin Carpet Cleaning Co

I always use Martin for my carpet cleaning. I get the Scotchguard treatment to protect against spills at least every other time. They do a very good job!

I spent $120 on that work. My carpets are cleaner than the last company I used. I was very pleased with the end result. They bring their own water in their own truck. The water is heated for extra cleaning. I am on the second floor and they have a hose long enough to get it to my house. They are properly equipped. They were pleasant and business-like. They did not try to sell me any products. They asked me what I was using in different spots and they advised me on what to use to remove spots.

They were very good about being there on short notice. They did the job quickly and efficiently. They're prices aren't the cheapest is the only thing I would not put in their "excellent" area.

Did an outstanding job. The carpet looks like it can take another 10 years wear. the condo was vacant, so they were able to get all the corners clean without any problems. Very happy with results.

Wow...they were super nice and professional on the phone. They explained their "green" cleaning process and the estimate was great! Now I know why this family owned company has been around so long. I ended up getting new carpet, so I did not need the old stuff cleaned. However, Martin will be the only ones I call in the future!

I took a carpet to Martin to clean and he told me that it would be a waste of my money. He said that there was a whole slew of pottery barn rugs that the backing got deteriorated and melted. Mine was left on the moving truck and that happened so I just took it to him. He said there was definitely a problem in the industry and that a lot of these carpets (I don?t think they make now any more actually) and he could clean up and he was pretty sure that the smell would still be there because it's about the glue and backing. My carpet had sat on the moving truck for a week and a half at the end of July, so I just threw it away. He was very helpful and I would use him again. He even recommended certain companies in town that sold good quality carpets. I would use him again for his honesty and helpfulness. He also cleans tiles and at some point I may have them out if I ever need to clean the carpet.

They came early and called 20 minutes before. Quick.

Arrived on time as promised. Very professional and took care of the furniture moved. We were pleased with their work.

I really liked the foreman professional approach to his job. My wife really thought that the two men did a great job and they were very customer focused and friendly. Definitely will use again.

They came on time, answered all my questions, performed the work efficiently and in an excellent manner. Offered additional services but did not try to get me to spend more money. Explained the final bill thoroughly and explained how it differed from the estimate. Were careful with furniture and provided good information about when the carpet would dry, when to bring back furniture, etc. Would definitely use them again for carpet and upholstry cleaning and would recommend to others.

Jim and Josh called ahead and said they would be arriving in 15/20 min. They arrived on time, were very professional. They walked through and took measurements and gave me the cost up front. The basement has white carpet and has alot of traffic, (Especially on OSU game days) so it was pretty dirty. They cleaned it and our bedroom and our area rugs. They were very carefull. They laid down a rug in the hallway on the hard wood floor to prevent scratching. They also put up protectors against the door frames. I would highly recommend your company to everyone. The white carpet looks almost brand new. Great job

The rug was stained with dog urine about eight years ago, rolled up, and hidden in the basement. I didn't think we could use it again, but Martin did a great job! There was some browning of the perimeter backing and fringe, and they re-cleaned it to try to get it as white as possible (which took an extra day), but they couldn't get all the brown out. They attributed it to dye in the backing adhesive, and I believe them. The brown doesn't show in the carpet, and it looks (and smells!) great!!

The carpet cleaners arrived early and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. They were careful to move furniture and my children's toys and placed foam beneath all furniture while the carpet dried.

Two workmen came on time. Areas were reviewed and measured (for pricing which was close to estimate). Went about their work, asked us to look at areas. We requested a second pass of some steps, which they did with no hesitation. They provided instructions on how long to preferably stay off cleaned areas and what to do, if you needed to walk on them slightly earlier. Very courteous. Finished in slightly more than 1 hour from start. Very pleased!

The two men arrived on time. The listened to my concerns. They were professional. They did a thorough job. They were able to get out a difficult stain. They also gave me tips on how to treat stains for future reference.

The two men arrived on a timely basis with great attitudes. I was a bit rushed, being the holidays, and their nice personalities were a delight. They looked at the work to be done and went around my home with care. I have a small dog and the men were careful of her safety. The cleaning turned out VERY well and the carpet was not saturated feeling which is a problem I have experienced with other cleaning companies. I am pleased with the entire process....from the reservation through to writing the check, which was a reasonable amount for the work done. I highly recommend Martin Carpet Cleaning.....they will have all of my future business. I will also be using them for upholstery cleaning after the Christmas decor is put away.

They arrived promptly and did a nice job. No wet soggy carpets afterwards.

I used them last year and they were good. The price was what I expected, but it was not what I would consider cheap. We were able to schedule the appointment quickly. They came out when they said that they would be. I believe that one of the guys who came out had come out the year before.
