Description of Work: Had to respond to a leaning mailbox concern from the HOA. These guys know what they are doing and do it for a very reasonable price. They left no trace of their work apart from the perfectly level mailbox. The landscaping around the mailbox looked like it was from before. Appreciate the professionalism !

Description of Work: Dwayne installed our new mail box and post, including assembling the parts, digging a new post hole, and inserting a gravel footer. Dwayne also removed the old mail box and post. The job took about two hours and went quite well. Dwayne was punctual, courteous, and professional; he explained the job beforehand and did just what he said. We are quite satisfied with his work and should use him again.

 + -1 moreI saw that my mailbox (with wooden post) had fallen over during the night. I was not sure why- maybe someone knocked it over or maybe it just deteriorated. Anyway- I knew I did not have time or skill to fix it. I found The Mailbox Doctor on Angie's List and sent an email with my information and address. Mr. Smith went to my house to take a look. Within a couple of hours I had 2 estimates with different levels of work for my selection. I confirmed what was required and set a time for later that same day. Mr. Smith arrived right on time and within the hour had the new post installed and my existing mailbox attached. It looks great and I could not be happier. The next day I received a follow-up email and an attached receipt. I highly recommend this provider!

He was here when he said he would be, did the work professionally, and was very courteous during all of our contacts with him.  + -1 moreOur Mailbox Post and mounting needed to be replaced so we searched Angie's List and called the Mailbox Doctor, Dwayne Smith. I called him late on Friday afternoon, he returned my call promptly, and did the installation on Monday. In all my life I have never paid much attention to Mailboxes and how they are mounted, but Dwayne sugested a Cedar Craft Williamsburg Post. It, in my opinion, is a beautiful piece of wood, and the way he mounted the box on the Post made it even more attractive. In fact, every time we go to the Mailbox we enjoy and appreciate seeing it because of his work. I highly recommend Dwayne in every way. He is a fine person to do business with.

 + -1 moreWe called the company on Friday, March 2. We sent him a picture of our mailbox, and he said that he had the same model. Dwayne was at our house on Tuesday, March 6th. He replaced the house and painted the whole mailbox. The only issue was that the paint did not and quot;matchand quot; the others in our neighborhood. We called him that evening, and left a message explaining our dilemma. He promptly emailed us offering to switch out the whole unit within a day or two. He was here today, replaced the whole unit, and stained it to match the others in the neighborhood. It is rare that you get this level of customer service, and Dwayne went above and beyond. We hope to never have to fix a mailbox again, but if we do, he will be the first person that we call.
