He got he mailbox for us and installed a new post. He also did staining, and it looks excellent. He did a great job.

Dwayne did an amazing job. He used our metal mailbox and got it connected to a wooden post that was really beautiful. He stained the new post to match our house (we provided the stain). He even put some mulch around the post so the grass wouldn't grow too close to it. Dwayne is an excellent provider. He deserves his ultra-high rating on Angie's List. He truly does. He was very responsive to our initial call and even met with us at odd hours to help us with our work schedules. He is friendly and helpful, provides all the answers to your questions and seems to like his job. We're so happy with the results of our mailbox fix. Thank you, Dwayne. Very convenient way to replace your mailbox. Process was easy, good, quick communication, and it was installed a few days after I put in a request on his website. I will recommend The Mailbox Doctor to my friends.

Went to the Mailbox Doctor's website and picked out the type of mailbox and post that I wanted. I had some questions about the paint colors available and whether the mailbox and post could be painted different colors. I emailed my questions to Dwayne ( the Mailbox Doctor ). He was very quick to respond and answered my questions about possible choices and prices and even offered suggestions for other combinations of the box and post. I scheduled everything via email. The mailbox looks great. Dwayne did an excellent job. I am only sorry that I did not contact him sooner. My mailbox was falling apart and propped up with bricks for far too long. Now I have the nicest looking mailbox on my street.

Dwayne Smith AKA Mailbox Doctor certainly chose a difficult way to make a living. He had to dig and dig, through hard ground in 35 degree weather, removing buckets of dirt. At one point he was face down in the post hole, cleaning out debris. He worked quickly, though the job took nearly 2 hours. He was friendly, professional, and extremely hard-working. Not only that , but he was meticulous. He replace large rocks that were around the box and replaced all the mulch, so that you can't even tell that he had dug up the ground.

Dwayne is fantastic! I called him on Thursday 2/20 to come and reset my post. He was able to fix me in that night! He came by, reset my post and acctually tweaked a bit of the mailbox structure so that it appeared more straight (without me asking him to do so)! :) I was very pleased with Dwayne and would recommend him to anyone. My mailbox now looks much straighter and isn't leaning like it used to. I was amazed by Dwayne's speed in answering my call and fulfilling my request. If you have any issues with your mailbox, you need to call Dwayne, he treated me right and I'd expect he would do the same for you.

The service was excellent! I found this service provider on Angie's List to begin with. I emailed him and he emailed me back right away. My mailbox was knocked over on a Friday. It was back up and running by Monday afternoon. The price was extremely reasonable, my interaction with the provider was very professional and polite, and the work got done quickly and correctly.

Dwayne called back within 30 minutes after I left my message, and told me he had a nearby job, and would stop by to see what needed to be done. He looked at the mailbox post, which had been hit by a careless driver, and gave me price of $60 to dig a new hole and properly install the mailbox post in the ground, with a new mount. He returned the next day and completed the job. I was pleased with the work completed and will definitely use the Mailbox Doctor again when the need arises.

Dwayne is a very responsive and did exactly what he said he would do on what was a fairly cold day.

They did fix the mail box and to the requirement of HOA. It costs $120 for the job, which is reasonable. The only thing they should do is to put back the sign of the house number. Other than this, very good.

The mailbox looked very beat. We talked about getting it replaced for over three years. Finally, we noticed that several people around us had replaced or painted their mailboxes, so the pressure was on. I called The Mailbox Doctor and left a message about replacing the old one. Dwayne, had stopped by when we were out to look things over. He phone me the same day and told me the mailbox and post did NOT need to be replaced. He said we could get another five years out of the one we have! All it needed was to be painted and straightened up. Dwayne told me he would do all of the above for $55.00. So I jumped on this deal. I was ready to pay $200.00 + for a new one, plus having it painted to match the house. Dwayne, did a wonderful job! It looks like new. I was home when he did the work. I would look out to see how things were going and could not believe how much work he put into the job. He was working on a very windy cold day, but put well over two hours into the job! We are more than happy with the work he did. Thumbs way up! What a difference when we drive up to our home. The Mailbox Doctor Rocks! Thank you!

My husband and I had been out of town and when we got home on Sunday we realized someone had knocked down our mailbox. The mailbox (solid steel) was still completely in tact, but it just needed to be re-set. I contacted Dwayne on Monday evening around 5:00 and he had texted us a picture of the re-set mailbox on Tusday before 12:00. He was extremely professional and came to do the repair very quickly. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. I had kind of hoped our ugly mailbox had been damaged so he could install a new one. We may in the future have him just replace it with a new one.

Dwayne did a great job. He did the research to find numbers that fit and look good, he matched the paint, and made the mailbox look almost like new. It would have cost hundreds of dollars to replace it.

Dwayne was great to work with. He quickly got me estimates the same day I put in a request, and once I was ready, he had the mailbox installed within 2 days. He painted it to match our house trim and even painted our address numbers to freshen them up as well. He texted a photo when the job was done and payment was a breeze. Wish all home repairs were this easy!

My mailbox just fell over (it was in sad shape) and Dwayne was able to come out the very next day to remove what was left of the old mailbox and install the new one. Looks great. Couldn't be happier.

Was extremely polite, efficient, and thorough on repair and area clean-up. Additionally, Dwayne used or salvaged serviceable items of the support which he could have replaced and billed me for. Painted entire platform as to match all new parts (which he did not charge for). All-in-all, the Mailbox doctor was better than I expected and would highly recommend their services!!

He did a very professional job and did not harm any of the flowers or landscaping around the mailbox. He responded to my request for service quickly and did the work when promised. I would recommend him to anyone needing a new mailbox.

This was a great and easy experience. I work in an office so we initially communicated via email. I was impressed by how quickly he responded. I spent a lot of time searching the internet for a good deal. I definitely feel that I got my money's worth. He called about an hour before he would arrive at my house so I could be there to meet him. He was polite and professional. My new mailbox is GREAT! It is solid in the ground (doesn't wobble). We were not home. I told him via email what I wanted. I asked that he makes sure the new one was exactly the same as the old one. New mailbox was installed as ordered with little to no disruption to the ground.. Great Job....

We needed to replace our mailbox as it was starting to rot. I placed my order early in the morning.. Shortly there after I was given an appointment with the date and time. He came at 11:00 the next date and was done within the hour. He took away are old rotted mailbox and the new one is awesome. I would highly recommend him. I
