It looks fantastic! It feels sturdy and solidly set in the ground. The pricing is very fair. He has been in business for over 20 years and it is easy to see why. I highly recommend this company.

Our mailbox was hit while we were on vacation. I e-mailed Dwayne and asked if he could replace the box when we got home. Even though we had 3 inches of snow on February 9th Dwayne showed up as promised, removed the old post and installed the new post and mail box. We have used the Mailbox Doctor several times and have always had exceptional service.

The Mailbox Doctor did a great job. He was replaced our mailbox and post and hauled away the old ones. He left no mess. The mailbox looks great!

It was great. After I filed the claim with the insurance company, I found the provider on Angie's List. I sent him an email, and he responded within a day. He wrote an estimate to replace the mailbox, which I submitted to the insurance company. After I got the claim check, I emailed the provider stating that I had the insurance payment. He offered me two times that he could come out, and he came out on the one that was better for me. The new mailbox and post look absolutely terrific.

He did an excellent job. Mailbox and post look great. Had I known before I purchased the mailbox and post that his company sold mailboxes, I would have purchased everything from him. Getting the post in my car was a challenge. He was very pleasant and answered any questions I had. I called him on Tuesday and he was able fit me in the next day. That was great because my post was about to fall over. If you need a new mailbox, call The Mailbox Doctor. You will not be disappointed.

He provided excellent customer service, did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. He was responsive, professional, kind and knowledgeable. I wish I had more mailboxes so I could use his services again!

He got right back to me about what I needed and even drove to my neighborhood to see what the other mailboxes/posts were like (we live on a cul-de-sac in a neighborhood where the homes are similar style, etc.). Then he gave me a quote based on the box he felt we needed, painting it, the numbers, and labor. He took out our old box and installed the new one/new post in about 45 minutes or so. Matched the color of the mailbox and post to the wood trim of our brick home. Very punctual, professional, and a great job putting in a sturdy new box and post.

Excellent. I left a message in the morning and he texted me within an hour. He came that evening (so within 1 day or 10 hours). Arrived on time and was extremely professional and diligent. He transferred what could be saved and provided the quikrette.I provided the post and any other accessories. It couldn't have been easier for me as I am handicapped and his service was phenomenal...pricing was reasonable!

Contractor responded by email the day the mail box was damaged and came by the next day to see it. It was decided that the mail box could be repaired (did not need to be replaced). Mail box was repaired 4 days later. The work was very professional, neat and moderately priced.

It went great. I just mailed Dwayne a check on a Sunday. I informed him there was no rush and just schedule it at his convenience when he was in the area. He installed it on Thursday. My mailbox has been taken out so many times that we have a spare one we keep in our shed that I can install in minutes. This is due to if you do not have a mailbox they will not deliver your mail. After Dwayne installed the new mailbox he pulled out the spare mailbox and placed it by our garage. I couldn't be more pleased with the way Dwayne installs mailboxes, He was aware of the rural postal rules for installing a mailbox and installed it within specification. I've recommended the Mailbox Dr. to my insurance carrier should they have any customers that need a mailbox repaired and/or replaced.

I first contacted Dwayne yesterday, and he was here (early) this morning! In short order, he'd yanked the old post, leveled and secured the new one, and had the mailbox back in running order. It's a pleasure to do business with someone so prepared, so professional. He is DEFINITELY "the right man for the job"! I would absolutely call him again.

Outstanding experience. I reached Dwayne by phone about noon. He stopped by about 2:30 to give the estimate, then he returned before 5:00 to remove the old box and install the new one which he provided. It is a standard box and we requested two sets of numbers. Re work was finished promptly. Dwayne is pleasant and professional. His price seemed very reasonable, and the promptness was incredible. I hope not to need a new mailbox any time soon, but if I do, I will surely call The Mailbox Doctor.

Everything went great. I couldn't be more impressed. He kept in constant communication via email and delivered services exactly as promised. I have a hectic work schedule, so Dwayne was able to perform all services and addressed all of my concerns when it was convenient for me. The service was really good. I was expecting to pay more for the job I needed. They did it on time and did a good job. It only took them a day to fix it. They are proficient, responsive and do great quality work.

Exactly as Dwayne said it would. Installed on time. Things went as promised and it really looks good. The only regret I have is I never got to talk to Dwayne, all of our correspondence was by email. I had a lot of questions. Dwayne was very patient and answered all the questions I had. I was tired of replacing mailboxes that were taken out by cars and figured I'd hire a professional to do it and was glad that I did.

It was fantastic! They were very responsive, the quality of their work and their products in incredible. After tacking the numbers back on the mailbox he re-spray-painted them to make them stand out again.

I called Dwayne on a Saturday morning and he was able to come out Monday morning and replace our old mailbox and haul it away. He did very good work and arrived when he said he would for a very reasonable price. The $135 price included the new box, installation, and hauling the old one away. A job well done!

Great service. I needed to replace my old mail box with something that had a better street appeal. I placed my order on line. In no time the doc installed my new box on a new pole. First class install set in cement.

Our mailbox was run over early Tuesday morning. We purchased a new mailbox on Saturday and my mom suggested that we look on Angie's List for someone to install it for us. We called the Mailbox Doctor Saturday evening and he had an opening the next afternoon. He was done in 60 minutes and it cost what he had quoted us the night before. He even provided the numbers for the sides of the box! He was friendly and so efficient. We would highly recommend the Mailbox Doctor to anyone that needs a mailbox installed.
