Excellent experience. Wallpaper was difficult to remove due to it's age and also the fact that the walls had not been sized/sealed properly when it was installed. Melvin and his crew do great work and cleanup afterwards. Also Melvin is an great source of information when selecting paint colors and paint types. I was very pleased with the results.

We were thrilled with their work. They showed up on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. They did a superb job.

It went very well. They were very quick, proficient and professional. The price was really great.

They were very friendly, but the work was slow and messy. They could not do the work for the original estimate because it "took more time" than they expected. There was quite a mess from sanding the drywall, which might have been understandable, but there were splatters of paint all over our woodwork and the floors. When they stripped the wallpaper, they just let the chemicals drip all over our woodwork and never wiped it down. Two of our bathrooms were very dirty and we had paint all over our sinks and in our tub. They left small pieces of wallpaper everywhere. We are still finding them outside our home. In the foyer, you can see brush marks in the paint where they cut in along the baseboards and doorways. In a couple of areas we could see the primer showing through and had to paint over it ourselves.

Mr. Moyer and his helpers did a fantastic job. When M Moyer came to do the estimate he was very thorough and took a lot of time explaining what was involved. When he and his helpers arrived to start the job they were careful to protect the floor and surrounding woodwork. They were very efficent and completed the work in a timely manner and did a great clean up. I would definitely recommend Mr. Moyer and his team for any wallpering jobs. This could have been a ''messy'' job with the paper dating back to the late 1800's but, they made it look so easy!

Melvin was great! Since he was booked we decided to try to do it ourselves he stayed and talked to us and gave us some good advice!! What a great guy. If we are still not finished when he is done we may give him a call.

WALLPAPER REMOVAL GETS AN "A+", AND THEY WERE VERY FAST!!! WALL REPAIR GETS AN "A-" AND CLEAN UP IS A "B". MELVIN AND HIS SONS WERE QUICK AND CHEAP!

Mr. Moyer was the best contractor we have ever had for anything in our house, period. When he came to prepare an estimate, he very carefully noted every small detail that might require attention (e.g., a light fixture, the location of a former light fixture, a dent in the drywall) and asked us what we wanted to be done about it. At first we thought ''uh-oh,'' the price is going up and up. But what it actually meant was that we had no price surprises, no additional charges, after the job got started. Mr. Moyer's price was extremely reasonable, the job that he and his crew did was absolutely superb, and they were polite, considerate and a pleasure to have in our home while they were working.

A wonderful experience. Mr. Moyer and his crew were friendly and provided lots of information about the work they were doing. Work was on time and high quality. They cleaned up the area completely. When a handle was damaged, Mr. Moyer obtained a replacement and installed it in 24 hours. Completely satisfied.

Mr. Moyer was ready and willing to accept our job on short notice. We had recently bought the house and wanted these rooms painted before moving in. Mr. Moyer was able to adjust his schedule to accommodate our needs. His price was reasonable compared to past experience, and all of the painters were courteous. They cleaned up every night, and placed items left neatly away.

IF I EVER NEED ANYMORE PAINTING OR THINGS OF THIS SORT I WILL CALL THEM.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, ALTHOUGH THEY DIDN'T CLEAN UP VERY WELL. ALSO FOUND PAINT SPLATTER ON OVEN GLASS AND OTHER AREAS. ANOTHER THING THAT I THOUGHT WAS NOT RIGHT, WAS MELVIN TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO LUNCH AND THEN PICKING UP THE PAINT AND WOULD BE BACK IN 1 HR. WELL, HE WAS GONE OVER 4 HRS. OTHER THAN THAT I WAS PLEASED WITH THE JOB.

MR. MOYER'S STAFF ARRIVED ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK QUICKLY, CLEANLY, AND EFFICIENTLY. THE WALLS WERE READY FOR US TO PAINT!

MOYER AND SONS DID A FANTASTIC JOB PAINTING OUR HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY METICULOUS IN THEIR PAINTING, AND WE DID NOT HAVE ANY PAINT WHERE IT WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE (I.E. NO PAINT ON THE BASEBOARDS OR DOOR FRAMES, WHICH ARE NATURAL WOOD COLOR). THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT, AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AFTER THEY LEFT, INCLUDING VACUUMED AT THE END OF EACH DAY. THEY COMPLETED THE ENTIRE JOB IN 4 DAYS AND HAD PREDICTED IT WOULD TAKE 5 DAYS. THEY EVEN FIXED A BEAM IN OUR KITCHEN TO MAKE THE BOTTOM FLAT, AS THE PLASTER HAD BECOME DENTED IN. OVERALL, WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DID PAINTING OUR HOUSE, AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

AFTER LEAVING A MESSAGE WITH HIS WIFE, MR. MOYER RETURNED MY CALL THE VERY NEXT DAY AND ARRIVED THE FOLLOWING DAY TO INSPECT THE AREA AND GIVE ME THE ESTIMATE. HE BEGAN THE WORK PROMPTLY THE NEXT WEEK, AND WORKED CONTINUALLY UNTIL IT WAS COMPLETED. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH, PROMPT, POLITE AND PLEASANT, AS WERE HIS HELPERS. THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB, AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING. THIS WAS A LARGE, DIFFICULT AND DIRTY JOB, IN A 100+ YEAR OLD HOUSE WITH ORIGINAL PAPER AND PLASTER. THIS IS A WONDERFUL COMPANY, A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH, AND I DO INTEND TO HIRE HIM AGAIN TO DO MORE WORK.

MR. MOYER RESPONDED TO MY MESSAGE THE SAME DAY AND WORKED ME INTO HIS SCHEDULE JUST A FEW DAYS LATER (IT WAS NOT A BIG JOB). HE ARRIVED PROMPTLY AT OUR AGREED TIME, CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AND DID A GREAT JOB. WE PAINTED THE WALLS THE NEXT WEEKEND WITH MINIMAL PREPARATION.

THEY WERE EXCEPTIONALLY NICE, AND REALLY KNEW THEIR JOB.

CALLED AND SCHEDULED AN INTERIOR PAINTING ESTIMATE. MOYER & SONS SET A TIME, SAID THEY'D CALL WHEN THEY GOT CLOSE TO OUR HOME. NEVER CALLED. NO ONE SHOWED FOR THE ESTIMATE WHILE I SAT AT HOME AND WAITED. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE CHOSE ANOTHER PAINTER TO DO OUR WORK.

MR. MOYER AND HIS SON WERE EXTREMELY RESPECTFUL, ON TIME, REASONABLY PRICED AND THEY CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE. WE ACTUALLY ENJOYED HAVING THEM IN OUR HOME.

MR. MOYER CAME OUT AND GAVE ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE AND WE SET A DATE TO START THE WORK. THESE WERE WONDERFUL PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE EFFICIENT, THOROUGH, EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND CAREFUL WITH MY FURNISHINGS AND BELONGINGS. THEY WORKED A FULL DAY EVERY DAY, AND ONE DAY WERE EVEN HERE UNTIL AFTER 7 TO GET MY BEDROOM FINISHED AND BACK IN ORDER SO THAT I COULD USE IT THAT EVENING. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

MR. MOYER, DAVID, MARSHALL AND CAROL{?} WERE ALL VERY NICE AND PLEASANT TO BE AROUND. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND WERE REASONABLY PRICED FOR ALL THE HARD WORK THEY HAD TO DO. I WILL DEFINITELY USE MOYER & SONS AGAIN!

THEY EASILY COULD HAVE CHARGED ME TO TAKE DOWN AND RE-PAPER, INSTED OF SIMPLY CLEANING THE MARKS OFF. THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, REASONABLY-PRICED, AND ALL-IN-ALL A PLEASURE TO HAVE AROUND. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE - THEY TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. EXCELLENT COMPANY, POLITE, WELL-PRICED, HIGHLY-SKILLED IN THEIR PROFESSION. AN A+!

MELVIN HAS A FAMILY ARRANGEMENT, WITH A SON, DAUGHTER, AND A BROTHER WORKING AS A VERY EFFECTIVE TEAM. THEY PREPPED AND PAINTED EVERY ROOM OF A 2800 SQUARE FOOT HOUSE BEFORE WE MOVED IN. GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND VERY FRIENDLY FOLKS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB PATCHING A PLASTER WALL THAT NEEDED A LOT OF HELP. KEPT ME FROM HAVING TO CALL A SEPARATE PLASTER GUY. WORKED WELL WITH MY CARPENTER TO REPAIR AND PAINT ONE ROOM IN PARTICULAR. ANOTHER HAD A SAGGING CORKBOARD GLUED TO ONE ENTIRE WALL IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM. THEY WERE WILLING TO REMOVE IT BEFORE PAINTING IT. ALSO, THEY REMOVED PEELING WALLPAPER AND A WOOD PICTURE RAIL IN THE DR BEFORE PAINTING. MELVIN TOOK OUR SELECTED SHERWIN WILLIAMS PAINTS AND MATCHED THEM VERY WELL USING HIGH GRADE BENJAMIN MOORE PAINT. COULDN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE. GREAT JOB!

MR. MOYER WAS PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK PRIDE IN HIS WORK.
