The installers were hard working, professional, and efficient. I was impressed how hard they worked and how quick the install was.

From the lady who took my call late evening on 10/22/2019 to Brandon and Nate (installers) were awesome. Brandon and Nate were on time every day. Explained in detail installation process, they were easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the job they performed and clean up. Logan Services should be very happy with the quality of work these 2 employees performed in my home!

Installers were great. However I relayed a question about the air conditioner efficiency rating to a company rep who never followed through. I had to go to the national Trane customer rep to get an answer.

From Sales to Installers fantastic service. Highly recommend.

The workers show up and installed everything in a few hours, They knew their job, and were on time, no surprises. Being the summer months their office was very busy, and coordination suffered a bit because of the rush to get things done.

The techs were efficient, careful and knowledgeable. They were careful to protect flooring and carpet. I had both AC and furnace replaced with new Trane products.

Salesman was very knowledgeable about the products, explained how each functioned and worked with each piece. Installers were very experienced ,knowledgeable and neat . Work was done in very organized and neat manner , they took time to explain anything I had concerns with , when finished then went through the complete system and showed us how everything worked.

The installers were nice and did good job. But now that they got my money my air conditioning now 1 year later is not working. They told me I was out of their area and will not work on it and my warranty is out. Which I checked and it was out of warranty by 2 weeks.

Automated contact by text but then I have to call to schedule. Line was busy. Can only call them between 9am-5pm. No one can do anything by text even though they act like they can. This was a waste of two days trying to communicate and schedule

I found the people I worked wit from Logan Services to be knowledgeable and very professional. There was no 'hard sell'. They took the attitude that if I had contacted them they would simply present me with the options they had and allowed me to make a decision based on what I was comfortable with. The products they offered were high quality and the price reasonable. I am satisfied that I received very good value for my money. The installation crew were experienced and professional. I base that upon both the quality of their work and the speed at which they accomplished the install. All in all I am very satisfied with the service I received from Logan and do recommend them.
