The entire process was great. I met with Scott and he was very courteous and explained everything to my satisfaction and helped me decide what system (A/C & furnace) to install. Rick and Willie arrived 2 days later and they were also very courteous and installed my system in less than a day. They went over all the important details and answered all my questions. We recently contacted Logan for a new furnace and AC system in our22 yr old manufactured home in Pataskala and had a quick and reasonable estimate by Cameron who was very courteous and helpful. Several days later Installers Matt and Chris were on time and very much were themselves knowledgeable and professional in their installment! My wife and I were very impressed and encouraged at how friendly and dedicated they were in their work while answering any questions we had! We as well appreciated any explanations they gave us and cleaning up after the work was done. Though we can't actually rate the entire system until all seasons of the year have come we nonetheless are so far satisfied and highly recommend Logan Services to others with similar needs as ours!

Logan's installed a new HVAC system for me. Doug, the technician, and his assistant were very thorough, professional, and did a great job. He also explained how to most efficiently use the system and supplied two CO detectors. The unit is working great and my monthly bills have decreased.
