+ -1 moreWE WERE ON A LAWN TREATMENT PROGRAM WITH LAWN DOCTOR. SEVERAL AREAS DIED DUE TO HEAT, AND DROUGHT. DENNIS QUOTED US A PRICE OF $150 TO RE-SEED. OUR NEIGHBOR WAS ALSO INTERESTED SO DENNIS INSPECTED HIS YARD, AND SAID HE WOULD DO BOTH LAWNS FOR $250 (WHICH WE HAVE IN WRITING) SINCE THEY COULD BE DONE IN ONE TRIP. WHEN ALEX CAME TO DO THE JOB THIS MORNING HE PRESENTED US WITH A BILL FOR $212.50 (200 PLUS TAX). WE CALLED DENNIS, AND HE SAID HE COULD NOT DO BOTH PROPERTIES FOR $250, HE MEANT $250 FOR EACH PROPERTY, WHICH WE DISPUTED SINCE OUR ORIGINAL QUOTE WAS $150 (ALTHOUGH DENNIS CLAIMS NOT TO RECALL THAT NOW). IT ALSO SEEMS TO US THAT IF HE MEANT $250 FOR EACH PROPERTY HE WOULD HAVE BILLED US $250, NOT $200. SINCE DENNIS DIDN'T HONOR HIS ORIGINAL PRICE OUR NEIGHBOR CHOSE NOT TO HAVE THE WORK DONE, HOWEVER WE HAD ALREADY BROUGHT IN TOPSOIL, AND PREPARED OUR YARD FOR SEEDING SO WE FELT WE HAD NO CHOICE. WE PAID THE BILL, AND WILL NO LONGER USE THIS COMPANY FOR OUR LAWN CARE NEEDS.
