They have been excellent! I have used several companies over the past several years and I end up frustrated with each one because they failed to keep my lawn looking good as if a professional was taking care of it and were very unresponsive when I had questions or concerns. Lawn Doctor has been a pleasure to work with. My lawn looks great and the owner treats each customer lawn as if it is his own. I happened to catch him when he was applying a treatment and he took the time to talk to me about my lawn and what I needed to do from a watering perspective. I would highly recommend Lawn Doctor if you are tired of how your lawn looks and frustrated with your current service provider.

Everything looked really good. My grass looked nice and green and the aeration helped a lot. I called them a couple of times and they got back with me very quickly and were very courteous and they always left information about what was done on each service and said to call if I had any questions or issues.

My Dandelions were out of control and I was afraid they would spread an multiply to my neighbors lawn. The Lawn Doctor got them under control very quickly.

After returning from vacation, our lawn was a disaster. I called the provider who was supposed to take care of the lawn and he kept giving me the run around by not returning calls and not even coming out to look at the lawn. After putting up with this for three weeks, I called Chris at Lawn Doctor. He came out the next day and determined that the lawn had dollar spot fungus and immediately applied a high nitrogen fertilizer. Within a few days, the lawn started to come back. Since then he has made two more fertilizer applications, aerated and seeded the lawn. He returned all of my calls promptly, came to the house when he said he was going to, and did a great job. I would give him an A+ for price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge of his product. My lawn went from the worst in the neighborhood to the best. We have signed up again for next year and will use Lawn Doctor even though I still have to pay another provider through my HOA fee. We advised the other provider not to touch our lawn.

This was fine. The communication could have been better because they did before I thought they were going to do it.

Aeration and reseeding went great. The communication with the Lawn Doctor was great, guy showed up timely & did nice job and even left notes. The aeration took out the little chunks of ground - which definitely was preferred to some that just pound holes into the ground. I can see the reseeding taking root in several places in the yard, even though we weren't great at watering it. I would recommend this company.

Can't complain about service but I asked for 24 hour notice because we have dogs and I wanted to water the lawn as it has been very dry. As we all know, it's hard to punch holes in dry ground. They did not call. They did not show up on either of my suggested dates and then left me a note telling me my yard was "very dry." I knew that; which is why I wanted to water prior to there service. Disappointed rather than angry.

Scott was very flexible in scheduling, arrived when agreed, and went right to work. While this is one of those jobs that the outcome won't be known til Spring I believe Scott did everything properly so it should be a good outcome

They came and did a thorough aeration. I did not have to be home, so it was very convenient.

The services performed went very well. He took the time to do it right and not rush and even went the extra step in telling me what I should do next. I'm very happy with his services and will definitely use him again.

Scott was right on time. He was very friendly, polite, and professional. He did a great job. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

The service was good. I have no complaints. I got one of those special deals. I can"t remember the price (I think around 120.00), or the date (I think 3 treatments). I usually do it myself but my dad got sick and died this summer so i needed some help. The treated area (front 1/2 of the property) is definitively a deeper richer green than the back, but there is still crabgrass and some some broad-leaf weeds. This is not a problem because this lawn was on the shabby end of the spectrum to begin with. If your lawn does not have a too many weeds or too much crab grass it is great because the lawn is a rich green.

Job was performed completely and to my satisfaction. They left the bill with mail in envelop attached to my front door know. They did not damage anything as far as I could see.

They did the fertilization and it was good. They were awesome. The weeds are down a little bit and the grass is growing. It's green.

At first I was a little skeptical because I hadn't heard from them upon purchase of the Big Deal. Turns out they were sending me messages through angie's list and as soon as I messaged them back they were promptly out and performed the services requested. They did lawn aeration as well as fertilization. I was not home during any of the services provided but they left a note attached to my door of the services performed and also suggested other services they would do to my lawn as well as the price it I was interested. Overall I had a great experience.

They responded right away to setup appointment. Was delayed due to rainy weather and then again when their machine broke down, but after being rescheduled twice they did come out and complete the job to our satisfaction. Still beats doing it yourself. They also left a note after completion and always were quick in communicating.

They do a good job and are very prompt. They leave the area in good shape. They are competent and I have been using them for five or six years.

We are still using them. We had had four or five treatments done. They did what they said they were going to do. That was important.

We have used this company this year for the first time. They were extremely good to work with. I had asked that they only do five treatments, whatever was the best. I also asked that they call the day before coming, which they did without fail. They were very professional, provided the service as asked, didn't try to sell us things we didn't want. Our lawn really perked up this year..it had gone through a few hard years, different service providers with questionable results, and this year it started to look good. We live on a country road, so we are not going to 'lawn of the week' or anything, but the weeds had gotten out of hand and some bare spots were starting. Now we are back in shape!
