Description of Work: Repaired broken scree on iPod with retina display. The screen was successfully repaired- a big plus since my daughter broke her just issued school iPad. However, it seems expensive when you look online at the cost of parts and the process. Additionally, the display quality is not the same as before, I do not recall being informed that this would be the case. All that being said- they fixed it and we were thrilled!

Description of Work: Had my laptop in for slow performance. They recommended cleaning the hard drive. In the process, they misplaced some data, but after we talked to the owner, the problem was resolved successfully.

Description of Work: I sent my sons laptop in to be repaired. In the end they could not get the parts to fix it, but there service was outstanding. They emailed me every two to three days to tell me what was being done and where in the process the laptop was. Their system for getting the laptop to them was to sign into their website, answer the questions about your laptop and they then email you a shipping label. They do not require payment up front for shipping or diagnostic work. In the end, as I stated above, they could not source the parts to repair the unit, so they apologized and sent it back. THERE WERE NO CHARGES TO ME. It cost me nothing. In this day and age that is amazing.

Description of Work: I TOOK MY LAPTOP IN FOR SERVICE. A COUPLE KEYS WERE NOT WORKING. THEY RESET THE KEYPAD, CLEANED THE WHOLE SYSTEM FOR 1 HR LABOR ($70). I ALSO NEEDED A NEW BATTERY, WHICH THEY WOULD HAVE HAD TO ORDER (3 WEEKS). I FOUND IT ONLINE FOR $80 LESS, AND RCVD. IN 5 DAYS. OVERALL STILL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
