Description of Work: I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing strongly enough: Lance listened to my issues over the phone, came to the house in less than 24 hours, gave solution to my (already poorly installed) invisible fencing, was thorough and extremely friendly and courteous. And his pricing was more than fair! What more could the consumer ask for :-)A+ for Lance's Hidden Fencing.

Description of Work: I can't say it more bluntly... if you want an invisible fence, don't call anyone else. The level of service, including everything from being on time, being ultra considerate, going ABSOLUTELY OUT OF THEIR WAY to make sure that you have all the information you need to train your dog on the fence and keep him or her both SAFE and HAPPY is unreal. If you're a first time or novice dog owner, even if you've grown up with dogs, the free and sincere advice and techniques that Lance provides to make sure that both you and your dog have the best, most loving, and happiest relationship possible is, as stated earlier, both absolutely out of his way and insanely useful. Lance was here yesterday. This morning I began to employ some of his tips for walking my dog - something that is above and beyond his job. By this afternoon my dog was already walking much better on a leash. I'm not kidding. If you want someone who will do EVERYTHING that it takes to make sure that you are happy with your invisible fence and that your dog is as well, there really isn't anyone else to call. As another example, yesterday, one of his very capable employees (I can say that because I met him today) was to come out and do the actual installation, while Lance was to come out a few hours later to do the training. Unfortunately his employee, Bryan, had an emergency and had to call off. Most employers would just reschedule. Lance, however, shifted his schedule and came out at the appointed time to do it himself in the snow. But that wasn't enough. He then spent three hours in our yard training our dog, while training us to train our dog. And oh yea, if you haven't noticed, he's about the nicest guy you will ever meet. AND THE PRICE IS OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! Seriously, if you read this and get someone else, I'm sorry. I've done all I can for you.

Description of Work: I'm unsure about the total spend because the services performed were related to fixing a broken fence installed by another vendor and a transmitter apparently damaged by lightened striking the fence. Lance or Ryan, the technician, made several visits to fix the problem. Lance also worked with our hyperactive 50 lb 8 mo. old "puppy" to help her--and me--train to the the fence. After several visits, with little or no extra cost, the fence wire has been replaced and all equipment is new and working. We will resume training our puppy, but she got it quickly with Lance's expert training. This company is dedicated to customer service and Lance and Ryan love and understand dogs. Natasha kept us well informed from the Columbus office, and our visits hear near Cincinnati were always on time. I have no hesitation about recommending them for your hidden fence needs, including training your dog to his or her new fence. Both you and your dog will learn a lot and will appreciate the benefits of a secure hidden fence and the security of knowing you have a company that stands behind their work 100%!

Description of Work: We have worked with Lance on many occasions. He is fabulous! Most recently Lance came back out to retrain our newest pup to the underground fencing. He takes the time to train the dog and even brings his dog along as an additional training tool. Lance responded to my call for service within one day and scheduled to come out within the same week. Many neighbors have used Lance as well and have high reviews.
