Lance's Hidden Fencing

LANCE ROCKS! I noticed our dog went through her electronic fence. When I got her back, I noticed one of her prongs on her transmitter was broken. I emailed Lance right away that night and he responded at 11:30pm ( Do he ever sleep :) ). I said to leave the collar on the front steps and he will be by to fix it the next day. He did and replaced the batteries. He is amazing at what he does. He truly has the best customer service out there. I can't thank you enough for coming to my rescue.

Incredible. Above and beyond! This guy is fantastic - just a pleasure to be around. My dog wanted to go home with him and my wife wanted him to stay. He is so passionate about what he does and he is a true dog whisperer. I wanted to flag an existing old system in a house we purchased so we could put in flowers beds. He gave us a prompt appointment was there on time and stayed 3 and a half hours - he flagged the yard and then spent another 2 hours training our dog on it. We had an old interior invisible fence zone system we were going to throw out and he said - i'll take it and E-bay it that will cover me - he did't even charge us for the call. The installer, mike, was very professional and positive. Lance was very personable and trustworthy. He came out several times to train and check on our dog. Our puppy was a little young but Lance was amazing with him! I like that I feel like I can always call Lance if I need help with the fence.

We were very happy with this deal and the service Lance's fence provided. We actually had this fence installed on the same day we closed on our new house. The fence installer (MIke) showed up promptly at the scheduled time. We took a quick trip around the yard to identify where we wanted to have the wire run. We wanted to keep our dog out of a small side yard, and Mike was able to configure the wire to make this area off-limits. We identified the best spot in the garage to install the transmitter, and Mike went to work. Installation took him about 2 to 2 and a half hours. Pavers were moved and replaced nicely. The small trench where the wire was placed was done professionally. Transmitter installation was done professionally as well...the wires were nice, neat, and everything tied down securely. Lance arrived an hour or so after Mike completed installation to provide training for our dog. Lance is a very engaging individual. He asks pertinent questions about owner expectations, the dog's behavior and demeanor, and similar things. You can tell he's tailoring his training to meet the individual needs and expectations of each customer. This isn't a one-size-fits-all training. Lance spent the next hour showing out dog the new perimeter but also training us (myself, wife, and kids all participated) how to teach the dog to respect but not fear the perimeter. We have not had any problems with the system since installation, but I have no doubt that Lance and his team will handle any needs we have with this system for many years to come.

We did not receive service on the initial date that I received, but I will give the fact that contact was made by e mail. Upon my secondary e mail, I received a response and service was completed the next day. Service was excellent and I submit this recommendation after having having two neighbors contracting with other companies and not having them succeed with their companies. Lance helped us guide our dog to a pet that we can completely trust being outside and has continue to help us trust in our pet's safety. I highly recommend this company!

Installation went great. It was pouring down raining, so I felt bad for the guy, but he was a complete professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. Training with Lance was awesome and our dogs really enjoyed learning with him. A few months later and the dogs are completely trained and happy with their yard!

Lance went above and beyond to help us repair our fencing. He was super friendly as allways. He was helpful, responsive, and his customer service was out of this world. I can't say enough about how great his customer service is. We've worked with him in the past and we will keep calling him in the future.

Lance's installer gave us good advice for where to place the wires. He finished in under 3 hours. The next day Lance came out to train us and our dog on how to use the fence. He spent over 2 hours with us, answering tons of questions and making the process easy. His demeanor is calm and positive. He bonds well with dogs and their owners. By the end of our time, he seemed to know our dog better than we did. We were confident to take over the training on our own. So far, so good. I really think the way Lance trained our dog set us up for success.

The technician who completed the installation was knowledgeable, professional and responsible. He arrived on time, walked the property with me, listened to my concerns and wants, and offered relevant suggestions. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness. Lance arrived next (as scheduled) to train the dogs (and us). We have two small rescue dogs who warmed up to Lance quickly. One of our dogs had been abused and is wary of strangers, so I was amazed how quickly she came to trust Lance. He educated my family on the system and then taught us how to train the dogs to obey the boundaries of the invisible fence. He stayed until the dogs were showing success and reviewed training expectations going forward before leaving. We did not feel rushed but rather confident when Lance was finished. I highly recommend him.

I call in the morning and schedule the install afternoon. They install the fence in 2 hour. Installer was very respectful.

Lance came out on a Friday night and spent 3 hours training our two dogs, answering questions and helping us to learn how to train the dogs on our own. I wanted to schedule a second session but he advised me that he didn't think it was necessary. He was patient and very good with our dogs; and had someone out in 48 hours to alter our fence die us. Excellent service! I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking about an invisible fence.

Great customer service - I talked to the owner asked a lot of questions via phone & email. Very responsive. He sent in his technician, Ryan, and I couldn't be more happy with Ryan's service. Very professional and I could tell that he's been doing this quite awhile. Installation for a 1/3 acre lasted for 2.5 hrs. He made a sawcut on my driveway to bury part of the wire and he covered it up and cleaned up everything. It has been 8 weeks since the install and everything is GREAT. My dog now freely roams around our yard and front of the house. Priceless service.

Lance was here for training and spent > 90 minutes with us. We had previously used Invisible Fence and there is no comparison regarding the training - Lance is awesome!

I?ve always heard good things about Lance?s Fence from friends, but after seeing their Angie?s List Big Deal, I had to purchase one for my Father. Unfortunately our family lost a family member/pet to a car which was just a awful heartfelt experience. She was as much of a pet to my parents, and they decided to get a new puppy. I practically insisted that we get Lance" Fence Big Deal an invisible fence, and I?m grateful that we did. Lance?s Hidden Fence was great, on their communication, scheduling and installation. My folks wanted to ensure that their new puppy had the run of the majority of the yard, but wanted to exclude certain areas that would be used by guests ? driveway, walkway to the house, etc. Lance's Fence helped with the design and cleanly implemented. And after a few short weeks, a puppy Boston Terrier is successfully contained. If you've every owned one, this is quite a feat. Thanks!

We purchased the hidden fence through a big deal- it included all equipment and installation but we paid separately for the training. Everything went as planned- they were very thorough and took time to make sure they put the fence where we wanted it and explained how it would work and what would have to watch out for when edging the lawn, etc . Lance came and did the training and was great- our dog pretty much had it down that day and it didn't take long before we could take the flags down. He can even go out without his collar on (when we forget to put it on) and he doesn't go past any of the fence. We thought we got a great price and great service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

It’s turning out good so far. We purchased additional training from him. The communication and explanation as to how to use the system was very good as was the quality of the work.

The whole process went splendidly - from initial contact on the phone, to and through the installation/training session. Lance obviously cares about the pets he is training. He was very professional, thorough and was willing to take as much time as was needed to help my dog acclimate to the new yard he had! As far as price is concerned, you won't find a better one - I am certain! I got estimates from 2 other companies, one of which was twice what I paid!!! I would give this provider 10 stars if I could!!!!!!!!!! You won't be disappointed.

It goes very well. they installed in in last november. I called them again this March to reconfigure it. They came the next day and reconfigure my fence. Like the service and will use it again.

Excellent all around. Response time to our phone call was immediate. Very punctual and professional. Hidden/invisible fence installed. Lance came to train the dogs and did an excellent job. It was obvious that he is a dog lover and the dogs responded well to him. GOOD PEOPLE. Recommend highly and would use again.

I had an okay experience with Lance's Hidden Fencing. Their work was fine. They did the job. It was fine.

They installed a hidden fence on the perimeter of our lot and an inside fence in the basement. Lance also spent three hours training our dogs (and us) to use the fence and gave us not only all of the equipment that we needed to use the fences, but also aids and guidance to continue training. It was a great experience. Lance and his employees clearly care about their customers' dogs and Lance is very knowledgeable about dog training and behavior. We couldn't be happier.

Ryan came to install the fence and was on time and very professionsl. Lance then came to train our dog. He was amazing. The dog felt very comfortable with him and listened , which is saying alot for a 5 month old active puppy. Lance also explained everything to us on how to go forward. After 2 hours Lance had trained our dog she is very comfortable in the yard and has not attempted once even with distractions. Great job I would highly recommend!

Overall, we were exceedingly pleased with the service we received from Lance's Hidden Fencing, and would highly recommend Lance and his team to anyone. Lance was great to work with, and he seems to possess a natural talent for training and working with dogs. We are very happy we chose Lance to provide our fencing, and it was a job well done!

Lance and his team were excellent. They had no issue coming to Dayton to install our system. The installer was excellent and explained everything he planned to install. Lance took his time with us and our puppy to ensure that we fully understood how to get the best results out of our new system. You can tell that he truly enjoys his job and enjoys dogs. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. His prices are the best and his professionalism and attitude are top notch.
