Lance's Hidden Fencing

Description of Work: Lance's Hidden Fencing is the only company that we'll use for our electric fencing needs in the future. There was a mix-up with our address initially that caused us a little concern, but this was dealt with professionally and quickly. The turnaround time to have the fence installed was only a few days, and Lance was wonderful to work with. He was excellent with our dog and very thorough in the training. While we could have installed the actual fence ourselves, we definitely would have missed key aspects of training our dog if we hadn't let a professional do this. | |Our pup managed to get her collar off (how, we'll never know) and she completely destroyed the sensor. Lance had a replacement dropped off at our door step just a couple of days later at no cost, and it included the same collar pattern that we had initially picked out. I couldn't be happier with this service!

Description of Work: Lance's Hidden Fencing install underground wiring and other equipment for an electric dog fence. Lance gave us a good training session with our two dogs to help us get them acquainted to the fence. After we worked with this for a few days we realized the area we had specified we wanted the dogs to be able to access was a lot smaller than we thought it should be. Lance had the technician come back out and re-run the wiring to better suit our needs at no additional cost. Lance is also very good with dogs and his expertise there really helped get our dogs to respect the boundary.

Description of Work: Great experience. Both Mike, who installed the fence and Lance, who trained our pup, were courteous, friendly and professional.

Description of Work: The transmitter was not working correctly. Lance had a technician out to the house within a day to review the problem and replace the transmitter (under warranty). Overall, the electric fence has worked very well.

Description of Work: Lance's Hidden Fencing came out to install an electric dog fence on the last days of December. they took the time to make sure they understood the zoning we wanted, and they gave us options and educated us on the best setup. the technician did the install in less than two hours, and stayed to make sure I was comfortable with the setup and knew how the whole system worked. He was always courteous, and, by the end, I felt completely satisfied and comfortable for what we purchased. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They have provided fence repair services several times. They also service the collar receivers and the fence controler. Lance's employees are always on time, patient, thorough, and professional. Their costs are reasonable.

Description of Work: Lance and his associate were great to work with! They installed an electric fence and trained my two small dogs. The electric fence is one of the best things we've invested in! Lance's associate comes out and installs the line, then later on that day or shortly thereafter Lance tests everything and does the training with the dogs. They are both excellent!!! My very neurotic puggle responded to Lance so well and the training stuck nearly right away. Also we had a tiny issue with the line because of a storm a week or so later and they came out and fixed it up immediately. I cannot recommend them enough!

Description of Work: Everything that has been said here by other reviewers - completely true! Ryan did our insulation, he was great and Lance came by as soon as he was done and did the training. Great price and the best customer service!
