Lance's Hidden Fencing

Lance's did a great job fencing in our 2 acre corner lot. They helped us divide the yard into front and back zones and clearly marked the boundaries. They had nice collars to select from as well. Absolutely the best price and service around central Ohio.

Installation was great. They were supposed to follow up with a larger collar for our dog and it was never sent. We also requested an additional collar for our cat and it took 2 weeks to arrive after they stated they would send the next day.

They were fantastic. There was nothing I had a problem with. They were prompt, they answered my phone call quickly, they came out quickly. When we had any concerns with how it was installed, they answered all of our questions, and they followed up and asked how everything was going.

This company is INCREDIBLE! Within an hour of sending an e-mail, I received instant communication about the service provided and scheduled an appointment. Lance called me later that afternoon to get a better idea of my system and showed a vast knowledge of other company's products (ours was an already-installed Invisible Fencing System). Mike showed up right on time and within 15 minutes diagnosed the issues. Total time for fix was about 45 minutes....and that included putting PVC piping around the breaks (since they are near flower beds) to ensure they wouldn't get cut again. Also, had the collar battery caps for only $10!!! I will definitely use again...it might be an Invisible Fence system they will service, but I won't even bother with the OEM anymore...Lance's is the way to go! Thanks guys!

They were responsive and pleasant. They had to cancel and reschedule the night before due to the technician being ill and agreed to come out the following weekend instead of waiting an additional week. I was confused because the deal I purchased included all equipment, installation, and training of both dogs. The technician was nice and very efficient, but didn't seem to know that training was included in the deal. We were refunded (or are in the process of being refunded) the extra money we paid for the second dog's equipment, but we wanted the training so I'm a little disappointed by that.

Great! They were professional, resolved the problem and did not charge anything. Similar experience to the one we had 4 years ago.

Great. Our land is heavily wooded and there are several places in the two acres enclosed by the fence where the wire is not buried due to the tree roots. They were able to find the breaks and splice them.

Completed repair and came back to at no charge when same condition represented 1 month later.

All the employees were great. It took our dog awhile to figure it out, but he gets it now.

It went very well. Everyone that I worked with was very patient in answering my questions. The installation was just as explained to me. The trainer was very nice to our dog. We did have a storm with lightening that was hitting over our house the day after installation. I think that is why our fence was not working. It was quickly remedied by a repair at no charge. My only concerns are that when we tried to do follow up training, our dog just wanted to bite the leash. When we gave up on the leash and let him go, he seemed to go through the fence with no reaction. The collar was set on 4 of 10. We have since bumped it up to 6, but he has still gone through. We will continue to work with him. Since he is not yet 6 months old, we don't want him loose until he gets neutered. I would use Lance's Fencing again.

It was great. Mike arrived on time and was very personable. He worked consistently in outlining the parameters, and going to work. After about 3 hours, he did a fantastic job training our dog (and us).

Installer shows up at prescribed time and walked property with me to understand how I wanted the layout designed. Completed the installation and trained my dog. Very personable and very good with the dog who is a five month old puppy. Had some trouble with the transmitter beeping and overheating. Technician came out and replaced the unit at no charge. Very pleased.

They were GREAT!!! The young Man that installed the system was on time, professional, very knowledgeable and terrific with our dogs. Just a great overall experience and what I have come to experience with all of Angie's List suppliers.

Perfectly professional - no complaints

Installed fence promptly and professionally and provided me and my dog training to start using it immediately. My dog LOVED Lance and I felt very confident in my transition before he left. We're planning on using this company again to to acclimate our new puppy.

Very nice, highly professional. Scheduled a free consultation to get an estimate as we were looking at fencing 4 acres of our yard. Ryan came and was very helpful, two days later he came back and did the install. He did a great job! We then had Mike out to do a training session with our puppy. He was very patient and did a great job. We then have taken what we learned from him and trained our older dog. The fence is working great and training is going well also. So happy we pulled the trigger and hired them!

We had our fence put in yesterday and I couldn't be happier. From the time that I made the purchase, they contacted me within a day and had the install set up within a few days. Mike was on time, we walked the perimeter and he set everything up just how we wanted it. I was surprised at how quickly it was done. Our pup had a good idea of what the flags already meant because we had a wireless system, but Mike still walked around with us with Dexter just to make sure. He was professional, friendly, and most importantly he was thorough. Our house is set up with a breezeway, and we wanted Dexter to have access to the side and back porch, but not to the front, so Mike put in a barrier. Since Dexter didn't require the training, he gave us the barrier at no additional cost. This company is WONDERFUL! Extremely great prices, and they don't try to upsell. They made it clear that if we had any issues, to let them know so that they can correct. I think they are the most honest and reliable company I have ever worked with. We had a great experience with this company four years ago when we first got our dog. Recently, we worked with them again when we moved into our new home. There were some issues with cut irrigation lines, but they were quickly resolved. Also, after our dog somehow escaped they were willing to return and test the fence boundary to ensure the technology was working well. We appreciate the way they care for customers (and their dogs).
