Description of Work: a home inspection was done on a condo that I am purchasing. The inspector was very punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. He was informative and provided me with pertinent information. I have no problem with him. He only took 90 minutes to conduct the inspection which typically I was told takes 3 hours for a condo. However, Ken , the owner did not send the results of the inspection as promised within 24 hours as promised. I was under a tight deadline and had to request twice to him for my report. It was sent electronically. I do id not receive a hard copy. When asking for the hard copy of the report I was informed that do not provide one. Only email copy and I would have to make copies myself if I wanted them. I feel a bit cheated having paid $345.00 for the service. Customer service at best is bad. Do not do business with Kustom Home Inspection.

Description of Work: I felt as though the inspector was very professional, honest and thorough. He was easy to work with and follow as he explained the many intricacies of the home and the inspection. He provided factual information and answered any question I had the best he could. He had enough knowledge to offer advice was needed.

The results we received were detailed (maybe 50 pages of notes!), including photos, and gave clear indications of not only what might need to be fixed but why, and with what urgency. I would recommend this company to ANYONE. By far the best home inspection I have been involved with.

Our inspector, Mike, was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and what the potential issues could be. The report was delivered in less than 24 hours and included everything covered during the inspection. I highly recommend this service.

Description of Work: I scheduled the home inspection with Kyle on Friday the 26th. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about their services, experience, and qualifications. I was assigned the senior inspector Chris, and Mike as his assistant. They were both EXCELLENT. Very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. There is no doubt in my mind that they were thorough. The inspection took 3 hours, as it should have, considering the expense we are putting into purchasing this new home. The reports started coming back as early as that same evening. The reports were detailed, included pictures and everything we discussed was in it. I had one question that I called the next morning to clarify and Chris called me back almost immediately. Great experience overall.

Description of Work: Ken inspected a house that my wife and I were intending to purchase. This included inspection of the interior and exterior of the house (including the roof), inspection of the detached garage, and inspection of other permanent structures (storage shed, driveway, patio, etc.).

Description of Work: A 2-story condo was inspected in preparation for purchase. The inspection included the building exterior, interior, mechanical systems, and structural elements. A termite inspection was also done for a small additional fee. Please note the amount I paid also includes a radon test.
