King of Kings Carpet Cleaning

First of all I was 10 to 15 minutes late to the appointment. Mr. King was waiting for me in my driveway when I arrived. I have say that he could have easily been annoyed, but greeted me very professionally and was completely understanding. He and his son did a fabulous job cleaning our furniture. It had been quite a while since I did this last (we try to do it yearly) - the cleaning solvent and steam cleaning got all of the dirt and stains out of our furniture and left a nice citrus smell. I've had cleanings in the past from other companies that didn't use the steam cleaner to extract the soaps and water - this did not do as a good a job and took longer for the furniture to dry. The big deal coupon I bought really didn't cover the size of our sectional - and Mr. King was very fair in charging me a little extra to do the whole piece. I also added the chair and ottoman and had him scotch guard all of my furniture - all at a fair price and again the quality fo the cleaning was excellent. I was very happy with the service I received and plan to use this service annually. I also am having KofK's clean an area rug.

It went very well. We had a big disaster in our house with lots of pet damage on our carpets (and I mean lots). They thoroughly cleaned the carpets and were very professional. This required significant effort on their part. They were very professional.

I emailed Mr. King after his company offered a service at a special rate through Angie's list, tho my project was not covered by the promotional offer. Mr. King promptly emailed me back with a quote which was reasonable. I delayed in calling to schedule the service, and as a result thought we would not be able to get this done before the holidays. But Mr. King got us on his schedule, and he and his son completed the work yesterday. We were very pleased with the improved appearance of our furniture, and plan to have this company back to do additional work.

Mr King and Jamaal arrived right on time and efficiently took care of the agreed apon cleaning. I was expecially pleased that they had good success as the furniture was very dirty and had pet stains. They were both very pleasant and informative.

King of Kings did a tremendous job. When I called to set the appointment, they were extremely friendly and polite and very flexible in their scheduling. They showed up slightly early for the appointment and were very very friendly and professional--I walked the house with them and showed them the carpeted areas I wanted to be cleaned. Jamal calculated the exact cost of the cleaning and answered all my questions/explained everything before they performed any work to make sure I was comfortable with them. I've used other carpet cleaners in the past and often felt that they sped through the cleaning and simply got the carpet wet without doing any real deep-cleaning. Jamal and his son took their time and did a very thorough job--I haven't seen the carpets look so good since we first bought them three years ago. They left a complimentary bottle of professional-strength spot remover with me and said I could call and they would leave a free refill at anytime. Jamal explained the warranty and told me to call him anytime if I wasn't satisfied or needed him to return to touch-up any areas. In addition, he offered me a 6-month cleaning at half-off, and their company offers service plans that include regular discounted and free cleanings as part of a package and they offer flexible payment plans where you can make monthly payments if this is easier for you. In all, I was very satisfied with my experience and will definitely use King of Kings again for my carpet cleaning!

I was pleased with this service. I was able to schedule the job quickly and Jonathan and his son showed-up as scheduled and were very professonal and courteous. They managed to get stains out of my furniture that I thought might never come up so it looks better than I expected. I liked that I was dealing with the owner of the business, and it was obvious he takes customer service and satisfaction very seriously.

From the start to finish the entire process was smooth and efficient. The service was top notch. Jonathan and his son were both very curtious and knowledgeable and worked hard. We've had our carpets cleaned before by others and have not experience such a high level of professionalism and quality as we did with King of Kings, our carpets were very clean after their work. We received a thank you note after for the business. I would definately refer them to others and have already.

Could not have been more perfect. Purchased "Big Deal" 11/25/2012 I called business immediately he responded when business opened on Monday 11/26. Appointment Tuesday 11/27 at noon. Very professional, accomplished the services after arriving on time. Very knowledgeable, left information. Definitely, I would recommend both Angie's List and his business.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for carpet cleaning. Had 4 areas plus stairs steam cleaned. We also had one area protected with a stain repellent. Jonathan and Jamaal did a phenomenal job- the carpet looks great and is ready for the holidays. They were on time and really made the extra effort to take care of my house by using equipment to seal the door (it was cold out) and protected all corners during the cleaning. We have had other companies clean our carpet and they never did that! Jonathan left specific post-cleaning instructions and gave us info on how to keep our carpet looking its best between cleanings. It was a pleasure to have them in our house. We will use them from now on and I have already recommended them to several friends.

They called when they were on their way, and were punctual. We reviewed ahead of time what areas we wanted cleaned and they did everything we requested be done. It was a nice touch that they wore those plastic booties over their shoes and gave us 2 extra pair to use while the carpet was drying.... The guys were professional, yet very friendly. Best of all, they wanted my husband's approval of the quality of service before final signature. Impressive!

This man was extremely professional and considerate. He also seemed very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and was willing to educate me further. He and his son were efficient and respectful during the visit. I highly recommend this company.

Over the years I have had experience with various carpet cleaners with mixed results. When we recently bought a new home, a great deal from King of Kings provoked me to give them a try. I set up the appointment -- which in and of itself was a great experience -- and we agreed on a date two weeks away. The weekend prior to the cleaning I received a confirmation call from the company and the day of the cleaning they also called about an hour ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. Jonathan and his son showed up with smiles and enthusiasm. They both donned protective shoe covering prior to entering my home. Once inside, they pre-inspected the areas to be cleaned. After reviewing and measuring the areas, they went through each room and raked the carpets to pull up and loosen the dirt. While his son prepared the equipment, Jonathan sat down with me and explained how his cleaning process was different from others and what other services his company offered. He also had wonderful material about carpet maintenance and his company so that I could keep it on hand for future reference. Once the cleaning began, he and his son worked very thoroughly and carefully in each room. This alone impressed me as I have had previous instances with other companies where kids show up and whip through everything as if they are trying to set some record. Jonathan, on the other hand, took his time and made sure the job was done right. After the cleaning, protection was added to one area. Once this was done, Jonathan personally re-inspected every room to make sure it was perfect. He asked me if I had any questions and if I felt he did an exceptional job, which I absolutely did! He and his son carefully put their equipment away and he gave me some final instructions on helping the carpet dry along with thanking me again for the opportunity. A week later, the company followed up with a phone call to make sure I was still happy with their service. It's refreshing to know that there are still companies who not only take pride in their work but are polite and professional as well. I've been wanting to write this review for awhile because I think if there is one way I can say 'Thanks' again to them, this is it. If you are thinking about who to use for carpet cleaning, give them a call.

They were very responsive. Notifications in the email about what was going to be done, what I needed to do to be prepared for their arrival and a reminder of when they would arrive. They arrived on time, they were very informative and did a great job, No surprises and they cleaned more of the carpet than I expected. They also protected one room for free and gave me a sold bottle of carpet cleaner which I have since used and it was better than anything previous that have bought (free refills too). All in all a very enjoyable experience and I will definitely use them again.

Everything went well, the service provided was exactly as described. The company did not show up at the appointment time. I called and left a message. The company appologized and asked if they can come right over. They were there 20 minutes later which was about 1 hour after the appointment time.

The men were careful to put protectors on corners, then cleaned the carpets and applied a spray to protect a heavily traveled area. They were very personable and curteous and I am please with the carpet cleaning. I would definitely use their service again.

Introduced themselves. On time! Very friendly and great job on all carpets.

Jonathan and his helper arrived at the specified time. He walked through the rooms and let us know what was going to be done. They protected all corners in the house so that when they brought in their cleaning hose from the truck there would be no damage. They were quick and very efficient. One of the carpets had some stains on it that we could not get out. They got out all but one of the stains and the size of that stain is greatly reduced. I'm very satisfied with the work and would hire them again.

Jonathan showed up and we walked through the house looking at the areas where we needed to have our carpet cleaned so they could come up with a plan of action. We bought a "Big Deal" but then added on 2 sets of stairs (so glad we did that as they are impossible to clean!) and one more area. We had moved all the furniture out of the room and had vacuumed the carpet before they arrived. Jonathan and his helper did an outstanding job on all 4 areas and the 2 sets of stairs. I had previously used my Kirby shampooer and that (in the end) made the stains from our teenage boys even worse. They were able to get out of our rec room carpet - tobacco spit (yuk!), soda pop spills, and who knows what else after 8 years of abusing the carpet. He gave me additional written instructions on how to keep my newly cleaned carpet clean which no previous carpet cleaning person had done. Very helpful. Instructive. Professional. Warm and friendly. Efficient and effective. Would highly recommend to others and will definitely use his services again.

Our carpet was newly installed about 9 months ago. We have multiple animals and children in the house. To stay on top of things, keep up with our warranty, and improve on the appearance, we decided to have the carpets cleaned. When the crew arrived, they were very professional and courteous. After assessing the areas to be cleaned and discussing an area that needed additional treatment due to the animals, they got straight to work. In less than an hour, they were wrapped up and heading out. Before they left, they took the time to give us tips on prolonging the life of our carpet. The carpet looks great and the smell is quite pleasant. The overall experience was very positive. We would recommend King of Kings Carpet Cleaning to any one.

Jonathan and his team are very professional and curtious. The understand how to clean carpets and take pride in their work. We have two dogs and they tend to have accidents. Jonathan makes every effort to make it clean. We do participate in the carpet cleaning plan. It helps us keep on top of keeping the carpets clean on a regular basis. You may find someone cheaper but this company is very professional and does it right.
